Abstract

Argosari Village is an area located next door to the northwest corner of Bantul Regency with an area of 628,4720 ha. Argosari Village is precisely located in Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. Padukuhan Pedusan is part of Argosari Village. Padukuhan Pedusan is one of the hamlets located in the Southeast of Padukuhan Sedayu. With an area of 41.66 ha. Administratively, padukuhan Pedusan area is divided into 4 Neighboring Pillars / RT. Rt 057, 058, 059, and 060.  One of the Association of Mothers in Pedusan Hamlet, is Dasa Wisma which consists of Mothers from 10 houses. So far, Dasa Wisma Pedusan's activities are only arisan and save loans, when in fact if the association is managed properly, it can provide positive activities as well as produce. One of the positive activities offered to Dasa Wisma Pedusan mothers is knitted handicrafts and macrame, whose manufacturing process is relatively easy, can be done at home, and generates income that can improve the family economy. Currently, macrame crafts are in great demand by lovers of handicrafts. The problem faced by the Pedusan guesthouse decade to start activities is the absence of companion instructors, models that have not been diverse, and product marketing mechanisms. This service program is in the form of: 1) providing training and mentoring in making knitted and macrame, 2) training and product marketing assistance, and 3) Simple bookkeeping training and assistance. It is hoped that this activity will make the activities of the homestead decade more useful and generate additional income for members.  After this activity, mothers and young women have produced products in the form of knitting and macrame that are useful, and in the routine activities of meetings always improve their proficiency. Participants hope that similar activities will always be held so that member skills will increase and can increase income.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service program is to provide production and marketing assistance to Partners, namely Aricha Batik, which produces contemporary batik types. The problems that exist in the production aspect are the motifs and patterns of batik that are less diverse, whereas for the marketing aspect Partners do not have a nameplate, conventional marketing mechanisms, packaging that is still simple, and do not make financial reports. To solve this problem, the servant provides several solutions, from the aspect of production, the servant offers a solution to the Partner to produce the type of batik that is being sought by potential potential customers; while from the marketing aspect, the servant offers a solution to make a signboard at the production location, make a gift box, a more attractive logo, market through social media. Servants also offer solutions in the form of assistance in preparing simple financial statements. The method used to solve partner problems is to hold discussions, trainings, create signboards, brands, exclusive gift box packaging, and create social media accounts. The results of this community service activity are the increasing diversity of batik motifs, the presence of attractive logos (brands), name boards installed, exclusive gift boxes, paper and plastic bags, marketing training, training in preparing financial statements, and forming social media accounts to market products. . Besides providing production and marketing assistance, the servants also offer products to potential consumers. From these activities several office uniform orders took place, which resulted in an increase in sales revenue.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Pengelolaan dana desa merupakan salah satu isu penting dalam akuntansi sektor publik karena berkaitan langsung dengan penggunaan dana publik dan pencapaian tujuan Pembangunan desa. Meskipun alokasi dana desa terus meningkat, efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama dari aaspek akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi Masyarakat, dan kompetensi aparatur desa. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Akuntabilitas, Transparansi Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Partisipasi Mayarakat, dan Kompetensi terhadap Efeketivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa.Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan data primer dan pendekatan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 120 aparatur desa yang meliputi Kepala Desa, Sekretaris Desa, Kaur Keuangan, Kaur Perencanaan, Kaur Pemerintahan, Kasi Kesejahteraan, dan Kepala Dusun. Responden tersebut berasal dari dua kecamatan, yaitu Kecamatan Gondang dan Kecamatan Sambirejo, Kabupaten Sragen, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Hasil Penelitian: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi pengelolaan dana desa, dan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, sedangkan Partisipasi Masyarakat tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa.Keaslian/Kebaruan Penelitian: Penelitian ini menyajikan kajian empiris tentang penerapan model Partial Least Square (PLS) dalam menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas pengelolaan dana desa dengan metode survei. Kebaharuan penelitian ini terletak pada penerapan model PLS pada konteks pengelolaan dana desa dengan mengombinasikan variabel akuntabilitas, transparansi pengelolaan dana desa, partisipasi masyarakat, dan kompetensi yang masih relatif terbatas dikaji dalam penelitian sektor publik di tingkat desa.
