Abstract

 Gusnita, (2013). Pengaruh Lingkungan Sosial Masyarakat terhadap Motivasi Belajar Siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013 (Pendidikan Geografi STKIP PGRI Sumatera Barat). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi, menganalisis dan membahas data tentang pengaruh lingkungan sosial masyarakat erhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat Tahun Ajaran 2012/2013.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa yang ada di SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 229 orang. Sampel penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sistem proportional random sampling dengan proporsi 30% sehingga sampel berjumlah 68 siswaBerdasarkan analisis regresi linier sederhana, ganda (multiple) dan korelasi maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (3,325 > 1,668), kekuatan hubungan rendah (r = 0,379) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan keluarga terhadap motivasi belajar siswa sangat kecil (14,4%), (2) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,865 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk kategori sedang (r = 0,333) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan sekolah terhadap motivasi belajar  siswa termasuk sangat kecil (11,1%), (3) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,422 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk sangat rendah (r = 0,286) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar siswa termasuk sangat kecil (8,2%), (4) Terdapat pengaruh jarak tempat tinggal terhadap motivasi belajar karena thitung > ttabel (2,383 > 1,670), kekuatan hubungan termasuk rendah (r = 0,451) dan besarnya kontribusi termasuk sangat kecil (20,3%) dan (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara lingkungan keluarga, lingkungan sekolah, lingkungan masyarakat dan jarak tempat tinggal secara bersama - sama terhadap Motivasi belajar  siswa SMPN 2 Sungai Aua Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. karena thitung > ttabel (7,758 > 3,150), kekuatan hubungan termasuk sangat rendah (r = 0,574) dan besarnya kontribusi lingkungan masyarakat terhadap motivasi belajar siswa termasuk sangat kecil (33,0%).

Abstract

National Identity is a national identity which is the characteristics or characteristics, feelings or beliefs, culture or habits of a nation that distinguishes one nation from another. Indonesia's national identity is pluralistic which consists of a fundamental identity, namely Pancasila, instrumental identity, namely the 1945 Constitution. The digital era has brought many positive changes that we can now utilize as much as possible. But at the same time, the digital era also brings many negative impacts, causing new challenges in human life in this digital era. Thus, these efforts can ensure the maintenance of the nation's identity and integrity. By fostering the spirit of nationalism and patriotism, a natural sense of love for the country will grow, which is one form of effort to maintain the identity and integrity of the nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the comparative study of the Thought of K. H Ahmad Dahlan and Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah in Moral Education. The method used in this study uses a method or library approach (library research), that library or library study can be defined as a series of activities related to library data collection methods, reading and recording and processing research materials. The results of this study indicate that the comparison of the thoughts of K. H Ahmad Dahlan and Prof. Dr. H. Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah in moral education is as follows: The concept of moral education in the perspective of KH Ahmad Dahlan based on high values and noble life is expected to form a more perfect student's personality, both related to the potential of reason, feelings and actions. While the concept of moral education according to Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah is inseparable from the nature of Islamic education itself which is guided by the Qur'an and sunnah. Moral education seeks to shape the character, character, morals and human personality so that it is able to distinguish between good and bad, right and wrong. According to Abdul Malik Karim Amrullah, moral education is defined as an effort to form knowledge in humans that functions to run life to be able to open human eyes to always have knowledge and have a far and broad view of the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Digital Literacy, Academic Atmosphere, and Internship Experience on the Work Readiness of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at Dharma Andalas University. The population in this study consists of active undergraduate Management students from the 2018 to 2024 cohorts, totaling 517 students. The sample for this study consists of 114 students, specifically active students from the 2020 and 2021 cohorts, as they are considered proficient in using digital devices due to the implementation of online learning during COVID-19, and students who have taken internship courses. This study is categorized as quantitative research. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. The results of the study, using multiple linear regression analysis, indicate that digital literacy, academic atmosphere, and internship experience simultaneously have a significant influence on work readiness. Additionally, digital literacy has a positive partial effect on work readiness, the academic atmosphere has a positive partial effect on work readiness, and internship experience has a positive partial effect on work readiness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda, serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menggunakan model Alessi dan Trollip dengan 3 tahap pengembangan yaitu Planing, Design, dan Development. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk uji alpha dan uji beta menggunakan angket validasi dan angket respon yang ditujukan kepada ahli materi, ahli desain instruksional, guru dan peserta didik untuk memberikan respon terhadap produk yang dikembangkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk lembar kegiatan peserta didik berbasis digital materi pengaruh kalor terhadap perubahan suhu dan wujud benda dapat dinyatakan sangat layak dan mendapatkan respon yang sangat baik untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu bahan ajar dalam mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh hasil validasi ahli materi diperoleh skor sebesar 3,8 dengan kriteria “Sangat valid”. Hasil validasi oleh ahli desain instruksional diperoleh skor sebesar 3,3 dengan kriteria “Sangat valid”. Penilaian respon guru kelas V SD Negeri Kaluarrang mendapatkan skor sebesar 3,8 dengan kriteria “Sangat baik”. Sedangkan penilaian respon peserta didik kelas V SD Negeri Kaluarrang dengan jumlah peserta didik sebanyak 19 orang mendapatkan skor keseluruhan 3,6 dengan kriteria “sangat baik”. Kata Kunci: Lembar kegiatan peserta didik, digital, perubahan suhu dan wujud benda.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of the work environment on employee performance at CU Keling Kumang Batu Buil Branch, Melawi Regency.  The research method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. The data collection techniques and instruments used are divided into two, namely, primary and secondary data. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis and calculation of coefficients of determination. The research variability consists of an independent variable, namely the work environment (X) and a dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population used as a sample (saturated study) amounted to 30 employees The results of the study found that the work environment (X) that occurred had a significant influence on the performance of employees (Y) in CU Keling Kumang Batu Buil Branch, Melawi Regency.

Abstract

This study entitled The Influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Mitra Karya Surya Kencana in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. A good organizational culture can be a driving force for employee performance, this can also have an impact on good performance results from employees and can help companies reach their goals. The problem raised is whether there is an influence of organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Mitra Karya Surya Kencana in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. There are two variables in this study, namely organizational culture which is the independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. The population in this study were 33 people, namely all employees at PT. Mitra Karya Surya Kencana in Pontianak, West Kalimantan. The results obtained in this study are that organizational culture has a significant influence on employee performance at PT. Mitra Karya Surya Kencana in Pontianak, West Kalimantan, which can be seen from the results of the t test and based on the value of the coefficient of determination (R2).
