Abstract

This research aims to find out how good interpersonal communication is in family conflicts in the k-drama series Queen Of Tears. This type of research is literature study. The instrument in this research uses aspects of interpersonal communication in marriage, namely; openness, empathy, supportive attitude, positive attitude, and equality. This research aims to review the literature regarding interpersonal communication as a step to be applied by married or unmarried couples to better understand interpersonal communication with partners. This research includes an analysis of scientific articles related to this topic. The results of the research show that effective interpersonal communication between partners can strengthen household relationships and influence positive perceptions of recent divorce cases. Factors such as listening ability, responsiveness, and empathy are several things that need to be considered in building effective interpersonal communication between partners. Therefore, this research provides suggestions for improving interpersonal communication with partners and being more open with partners.

Abstract

Generational diversity in the modern work environment presents unique challenges in communication. Differences in values, preferences and work styles between generations can hinder collaboration and productivity. This article discusses the importance of effective intergenerational communication in modern organizational leadership. By understanding and addressing these communication challenges, organizations can create a more inclusive and productive work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan servant dan implementasi program service excellence di Akademi Televisi Indonesia (ATVI). Gaya kepemimpinan servant didefinisikan sebagai pendekatan yang berfokus pada pelayanan kepada orang lain dan mempromosikan pertumbuhan dan pengembangan mereka. Program service excellence adalah inisiatif yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan di ATVI dengan tujuan memberikan kepuasan maksimal kepada mahasiswa dan staf. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pimpinan dan staf ATVI serta analisis dokumen terkait program service excellence. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang positif antara gaya kepemimpinan servant dan implementasi program service excellence di ATVI. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan servant secara langsung mempengaruhi kualitas layanan yang diberikan oleh staf ATVI. Para pemimpin yang mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan servant cenderung menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, memberdayakan, dan mendorong karyawan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi. Selain itu, program service excellence di ATVI juga mendukung penerapan gaya kepemimpinan servant dengan menyediakan kerangka kerja yang jelas dan sumber daya yang diperlukan bagi staf untuk memberikan layanan yang unggul. Penelitian ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi organisasi, terutama dalam hal pengembangan kepemimpinan dan peningkatan kualitas layanan. Dengan mengadopsi gaya kepemimpinan servant dan mengimplementasikan program service excellence organisasi dapat menciptakan budaya kerja yang positif, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, dan meningkatkan kinerja keseluruhan.

Abstract

Gojek is the largest on-demand service platform in Indonesia and a pioneer of the ecosystem model, offering various services including transportation, food delivery, logistics, and digital payments. Gojek requires leadership that is capable of maintaining good communication across all levels of the organization. Effective leadership communication is crucial at Gojek, given the dynamic and multi-service nature of its business, as well as the complexity of coordination across the various cities and countries where the company operates. This study aims to analyze the role of transformational leadership communication in supporting innovation and collaboration at Gojek. The method employed is a descriptive, qualitative case study approach to explore the application of transformational leadership in managing geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams. Data collection was conducted through literature review and covert observation. The findings reveal that Gojek employs an adaptive, participatory, and innovative leadership communication style. This style effectively motivates employees, strengthens collaboration, enhances performance, and generates positive social impact within its ecosystem. These findings contribute to understanding how communication strategies in leadership support digital transformation and sustainable business development.

Abstract

The research findings reveal that: (1) at the text level, the representation is conveyed through six signs of low-angle shooting techniques using an Oppo smartphone camera, challenging male ideological dominance in Javanese, European, and Chinese patriarchal ideologies; (2) at the praxis discourse level, the film's production system reflects the generational shift in perception, particularly among Generation Z, within the smartphone content industry; (3) at the discourse context level, it serves as Oppo Indonesia's marketing communication strategy to target the male segment, which is significant in the Indonesian smartphone content industry.
