Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan makna dari tanda-tanda yang terdapat di dalam logo Bank Mega Syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan makna dari tanda-tanda yang terdapat di dalam logo Bank Mega Syariah. Identitas suatu lembaga merupakan cerminan dari visi, misi suatu lembaga / instansi yang divisualisasikan dalam logo instansi. Logo Bank Mega Syariah yang dibuat saat ini mencirikan identitas dan tujuan yang akan dicapai oleh Bank Mega Syariah, transformasi logo baru Bank Mega Syariah menjadi cerminan semangat seluruh elemen Bank Mega Syariah dalam mewujudkan cita-cita Indonesia. Penegasan symbol “M” yang selama ini sudah banyak dikenal, sebagai representasi dari aspirasi, optimism, peluang dan cita-cita masyarakat Indonesia serta keinginan untuk membangun masa depan keluarga dan bangsa yang lebih baik dan lebih sejahtera. Identitas suatu lembaga merupakan cerminan dari visi, misi suatu lembaga/instansi yang divisualisasikan dalam logo instansi. Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang semiotika yang berada di dalam film „Citizenfour‟ dimana dalam film tersebut terdapat adanya makna dari sebuah tanda yang diantaranya yaitu Sign, Object, dan Interpretant. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa menjadi seorang jurnalis yang berani mengungkap sebuah kebenaran. Dimana kebenaran tersebut sangatlah berbahaya karena menyangkut sebuah keamanan negara. Dalam film ini banyak sekali makna yang dapat diungkap dari seorang jurnalis yang sangat cermat dalam menjalani profesi dan sekaligus dalam mencari berita yang merupakan sebuah kebenaran dari rahasia skandal yang dilakukan oleh NSA (National Security Agency). Semua ini berarti bahwa seorang jurnalis harus lah berpegang teguh atas prinsip yang ia punya, memiliki kecermatan dalam melakukan tugas dan dalam mencari, mengungkap, serta menyebarkan berita aktual yang didasari atas data-data yang mendukung kebenaran tersebut

Abstract

Organisasi sosial merupakan suatu perkumpulan orang atau masyarakat yang memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu berhubungan dengan tujuan sosial membantu mereka yang membutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui komunikasi organisasi dalam Yayasan Laskar Koin Seribu dalam program Warung Berbagi di tengah pandemic covid-19 oleh Laskar Koin Seribu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teori manajemen dari George R. Terry dan Leslie W. Rue. Hasilnya diketahui keberhasilan program Warung Berbagi selama masa pandemic covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh Laskar Koin Seribu yaitu dengan menerapkan empat unsur manajemen. Program Warung Berbagi Laskar Koin Seribu dilaksanakan melalui penyaluran bantuan hasil donasi dari para donatur.

Abstract

The spread of the Corona or Covid-19 virus has spread globally or worldwide, including spread in Indonesia. The spread of this virus is very panic and also causes public unrest. Public anxiety and panic have become excessive with the confusing news regarding Covid-19 so that the truth of the news conveyed becomes a question. In this case, the contribution of mass media or online media is very necessary in delivering messages to the public so that there are no misunderstandings in receiving a message or news. In delivering news, a media must have its own characteristics in constructing the news. The characteristic of this news can be seen from the style of writing news that is conveyed by framing news, commonly known as news framing techniques. The purpose of this research is to get an overview and analyze the understanding of online mass media, namely www.detik.com and Www.kompas.com online in framing the news about preventing the spread of Covid-19 online. Selection of www.detik.com and www.kompas.com with the consideration of being the most popular news portals today. The framing analysis in this study uses the framing model proposed by Robert N. Entman. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in framing news between www.detik.com and www.kompas.com, namely in news delivery. In construction, www.detik.com implements objectivation constructs with a more general or global narrative. While www.kompas.com frames its news by applying an externalized construction where the narrative of the news contains the day's outpouring or the reader's expression, besides that the delivery of news is more detailed and concrete.

Abstract

This reaserch aims to know the perception of custumer satisfaction in the service of Gojek drivers in Jakarta. The population in this study arethe consumers who use the Ministry of Transportation online. Using sampling techniques in dept interview to the informant that add up to 3 people with their ages and different professions. Analysis technique used is a used qualitative descriptive method to provide facts and data. The result of the perception of customer satisfaction in the service of Gojek drivers in Jakarta was positive. Service driver Gojek proven can affect customer satisfaction. Duw to transportation online community services to perform, then starting from the performance nor the transport attribute can affect the perception of the customers. Good or bad perceptions that exist in the community against the online transportation, depending on the quality of the service itself. The succes of a services in the field of services support by the performance drivers of transportation online at the time or providing service to customers. Services provided to the community will greatly influnece public perception as well as a good perception towards transportation online.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of tenant complaint handling at Parama Apartments. The procedures for handling tenant complaints at Parama Apartments are as follows: (a) Tenant Relations receives complaints; (b) Tenant Relations records complaints on the Complaint Request (CR) form; (c) Provide CR form sheets to the relevant Department; (d) Followed up by other Departments; (e) Supervisor conducts field checks; (f) the Chief fills in the Work Order (WO) form; (g) the relevant department undertakes remedial work to eliminate complaints; (h) The relevant department completes and signs the CR form on the action line and asks for acknowledgment of work results from tenants; (i) Tenant Relation receives CR form from the relevant department; (j) Tenant Relations records in the complaint list; and (k) Tenant Relations makes monthly reports; and the communication model for handling tenant complaints, including conducting regular tenant satisfaction surveys organized by the Parama Apartment Owners and Occupants Association (PPRSHAP).

Abstract

This research discusses NET.Good People community in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (Jabodetabek) as part of efforts to strengthen their existence in political discourse during the 2019 Presidential Election. The instagram-based NET.Good People community in Jabodetabek came up with a political discourse content to maintain the image of NET.TV in the community without taking side with one of the presidential candidate pairs but rather asking the public not to abstain from voting. This research uses qualitative approaches and Critical Discourse Analysis method with the variants of Norman Fairclough. The results of this research show that the NET.Good People community in Jabodetabek did not take side with one of the presidential candidate pairs in the 2019 election. However, this research highlighted the importance of community members to take part in politics without being an abstainer in the presidential election in line with the messages they have sent on the instragram.  The instagram messages were neutral and substantively called on the public to vote in the 2019 presidential election for the sake of a better Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

Regional head elections in Indonesia will be held at the end of 2020, to be precise, on December 9, 2020. Quoted from data taken from droneemprit.id, the 'PILKADA' TREND recorded around (175k) conversations on Twitter social media. The main purpose of this study is to examine the political communication that occurs on Twitter social media related to the pros and cons of the implementation of the 2020 Pilkada. Political communication that is built through Twitter social media, can shape public opinion and simultaneously mobilize massive political support, please note that Twitter has a very strong role to influence, and even shape the results of a campaign (Caplan, 2013, 12). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection method in this study is library research. The results of this study show that the pros and cons of holding local elections are common, because through social media, twitter, political communication can occur massively.

Abstract

Konflik rasial yang terjadi antara Asia-Amerika telah terjadi sejak zaman Perang Duniake II. Bagaimana bangsa Amerika telah mendominasi Asia selama puluhan tahun lamanyamenjadi latar belakang munculnya diskriminasi terhadap kaum Asia. Akibatnya, hadir sebuahfilm sebagai bentuk perlawanan atas stigma tersebut, yaitu film Crazy Rich Asians yangberusaha menggambarkan bahwa orang Asia juga bisa mendominasi orang Amerika. Hal inimembuat film kerap menampilkan stereotip budaya Asia yang sudah mengakar kuat. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana representasi stereotip budaya Asia melalui adegan,dialog, dan visual ditampilkan dalam film "Crazy Rich Asians" yang mampu memicu konflikkomunikasi antarbudaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis teks semiotika RolandBarthes dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan paradigma kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa stereotip yang direpresentasikan dalam film sebagian besar menunjukkan stereotip gayaberpakaian (dress mewah, rambut sanggul, cheongsam), prinsip hidup (orang Asia cenderungkolektivis dan Amerika cenderung individualis), kelas sosial (orang Asia memandang kelassosial yang setara), visual (penggunaan warna merah dan emas, ornamen khas seperti guci, vas bunga, piring, lukian, lampion dengan ukiran khas China), dan kuliner (sumpit, kue bulan, kueonde, tradisi makan pangsit).
