Abstract

The strategic geographical location of Tegal City supports the development of business and services. YOGYA Group is a Supermaket and Department Store company. In building construction there is a structural analysis that is used as a method or system to achieve development as planned.The method used in this research is qualitative method. Literature method by collecting data, studying and identifying.Observation method by conducting a survey to the research location. Adhering to the guidelines of SNI 2847: 2013 (Requirements for structural concrete for buildings), SNI 1727: 2013 (Minimum load for building design and other structures), Guidelines for house planning and building loading (PPURG 1987) and SNI 1726: 2012 (earthquake resistance planning procedures for buildings and non-building structures).This analysis obtained a result of dimension data and the number of beam reinforcement, column, plate and the number of pile needs for the YogyaTegal department store building.Keyword : Analysis, Building, Concrete, SNI, Strategic

Abstract

Planning for a 4-storey hotel in Kuningan is projected to support supporting facilities for the tourism sector in Kuningan Regency, supporting facilities like this are really needed by Kuningan Regency which has great potential in the tourism sector and is proven by the continuing increase in the number of tourists every year, with the development of Kuningan Regency and the increasingly widespread the construction of multi-storey buildings is needed planning in order to make efficient use of land. To support the availability of tourism support facilities, this research will examine the planning of hotel building structures based on SNI 2847-2019, SNI 1727-2020 and SNI 1726-2019 and calculate the budget plan for the structural work. Referring to these rules, the dimensions of the structural elements and the need for structural reinforcement can be produced that meet the rules and can also support the work force and loads received on a building including earthquake loads, wind loads and rain loads. The cost of building a 4-storey hotel building in this study is Rp. 26,712,400,000.00 (Twenty Six Billion Seven Hundred Twelve Million Four Hundred Thousand Rupiah), and the cost of building a one square meter building is Rp. 4,345,716.00 (Four million three hundred forty-five million seven hundred and sixteen thousand rupiah).

Abstract

One of the businesses that supports transportation is the construction of Bridge infrastructure. In improving and supporting transportation facilities, the condition of the bridge must be in good condition. The Cimanuk Bridge which originally used the Steel Box Girder & Steel I Girder structure with a pillar in the middle of the span, the structure will be modified into An Arch Steel Bridge without pillars. Cimanuk Bridge is ± 100 m long, including a long-span bridge so that it can use An Arch Steel Bridge Structure. [1] SNI 1726:2019 about Seismic analysis for design It uses the equivalent static. Analysis method based on SNI 1729: 2020 about Specification for structural steel building. And SNI 1725:2016 about Loading for bridges. The methode of structural analysis performed using SAP2000 version 22 software. The structural calculation process includes the determination of the structural system, load analysis, structural modeling, internal force analysis, reinforcement calculation, and examination of structural element requirements. The result show main structure profile using Double WF 700x550x40x45, Longitudinal Girder WF 500x200x10x16, Transverse Girder WF 1200x500x20x28, Tie Beam BOX 1000x1000x50, Wind Bracing using Square/Box.
