Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and assess the effect of service quality on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction variables on depositors or customers of Bank BNI Malang. The sampling technique in this study using the purposive sampling of 100 respondents to the depositors or clients who use the services of BNI Malang are already quite mature and has been transacting at least twice. Data collection techniques used is by using a questionnaire. The analytical tool used in this study uses regression analysis to test mediation Sobel test. Sobel test results show that the probability value is less than the value of alpha, indicating that the quality of service is a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty mediated by satisfaction variables.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berlokasi di Desa Pendem Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu yang bertujuan untuk menunjang Kota Wisata Batu, Desa Pendem mempunyai slogan Desa Berdaya Kota Berjaya. Sebagai lanjutan dari program pengabdian masayarakat tahun lalu dan melaksanakan RPJM Desa tahun 2020-2025 maka tim pengabdi melihat kawasan sungai yang bisa dioptimalkan pemanfaatannya. Hasil identifikasi masalah di lapangan ditemukan bahwa pihak desa membutuhkan konsep desa wisata khususnya wisata di sekitar aliran sungai. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat mengenai pembentukan sungai tematik dan wisata kawasan sungai. Penetapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Desa Pendem sangat tepat karena masyarakat di daerah tersebut menginginkan adanya perubahan pada lingkungan alam sekitar, khususnya sungai yang ada dan dapat menciptakan manfaat dari alam tersebut. Hasilnya adalah : pelatihan berjalan dengan baik dengan terbentuknya SOP pengembangan desa wisata.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of webpage quality, Payment System, and E-satisfaction on the E-loyalty and E-satisfaction of E-Commerce customers. This research implied data from 180 Shoppe's E-commerce customers in Indonesia, selected using convenience sampling. Through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), we showed that website quality and payment systems directly influence E-satisfaction and E-loyalty. E-satisfaction mediates the effect of website quality on E-loyalty but does not mediate the impact of the payment system on E-loyalty. This implies that E-commerce can cultivate customer E-loyalty by creating E-satisfaction that affects website quality and providing a convenient payment system to maintain customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal and analyze the importance of the role of buying interest in the relationship between giving discounts and consumer purchasing decisions on a product at the Ramayana department store in Malang. Although it has given many discounts and is often done, but if it cannot generate consumer buying interest in the product, then the consumer does not decide to buy the product offered. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with variables consisting of price discounts, buying interest, and purchasing decisions. The population of this study are consumers who have purchased products at the Ramayana department store in the city of Malang. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique and collecting data using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, the data analysis used was path analysis to test the direct and indirect effects. The results of the study show that price discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, price discounts have a significant effect on purchase intention, purchase intention has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price discounts have a significant effect on purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

Abstract

This study examines and analyzes the effect of web display and price on buying interest in e-commerce Shope through trust as a mediating variable. The type of research used is explanatory research with survey methods and quantitative approaches and data collection using a questionnaire to 100 respondents to Shopee users in Maros Regency, South Sulawesi. The collected data was then analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that the price and trust web display positively and significantly affected buying interest. Web appearance and price have a positive and significant effect on trust. Then web appearance and price have a positive and significant effect on buying interest through trust as a mediating variable.
