Abstract

The purpose of this is to test and analyze how debt, profit, company size, and cash flow affect financial distress in financing companies on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, either partially or simultaneously. This research includes quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study was 16 financial institution companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used a purposive sampling technique to obtain data from 9 companies with a total of 45 observations. The statistical method is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that the classical assumptions have met the requirements. Partially (t-test), Debt, Profit, Company Size, and Cash Flow have a significant effect on Financial Distress. Simultaneously (test F) Debt, Profit, Firm Size, and Cash Flow have a significant effect on Financial Distress. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination is 97.8% while the remaining 2.2% of Financial Distress is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Companies must improve work effectiveness and efficiency to survive. The business wants earnings to ensure its existence. This research looked at the impact of the quick ratio, debt ratio, and inventory turnover on return on assets in businesses listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. This study utilizes quantitative and categorical data. Collecting data using literature. This study covers 52 consumer goods firms listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. The sample is 23. As a consequence, the Quick ratio has no impact on the return on assets of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2019. For the 2016-2019 timeframe, the debt ratio has no impact on the return on assets of firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. For the 2016-2019 timeframe, inventory turnover affects return on assets in the Consumer Goods Sector. Ongoing changes in debt ratios and inventory turnover impact return on assets in Indonesian consumer goods businesses

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a part of the Ministry of Education and Culture's efforts to address long-standing learning problems, exacerbated by the Covid-19 epidemic. Low student learning outcomes, especially in basic areas such as reading literacy, define this problem. Teachers and principals are important components in the successful implementation of teaching and learning activities. Therefore, a teacher must really understand the curriculum, starting from a theoretical understanding to its application in the classroom, which is always under the supervision of the principal. The purpose of this study was to determine the supervision tools used in the implementation of the education unit level curriculum (KTSP) at the elementary school level in Padang Panjang City, West Sumatra. The data collection procedures used in this study are: (1) in-depth interviews, (2) participant observation, and (3) documentation study. The findings of this study include nine techniques used by principals in the supervision process during the implementation of the independent curriculum (KKM) at the primary school level using the instruments used, namely. (1) review of learning administration; (2) review of the flow of learning objectives; (3) review of learning modules; and (4) evaluation of learning implementation every school year

Abstract

The benefits of technology are also increasingly sophisticated and make it easier for educators to carry out all tasks such as using a computer or laptop in preparing reports and learning using visual media, preparing annual reports such as tax payments can also be done online using the online DGT application. Motivation itself is a change in energy within (personal) a person which is indicated by the appearance of feelings and reactions to achieve goals. This training was held to motivate Khairul Imam IT High School teachers to prepare financial and online tax reports. This activity was carried out in June 2024, with as many as 20 people participating in the activity and 6 lecturers who also acted as resource persons.

Abstract

Ketika konsumen ingin melakukan transaksi berbelanja online, internet banking menawarkan berbagai manfaat. Tujuan penelitian antara lain adalah untuk menentukan dan menganalisis bagaimana teknologi infomasi dan fitur layanan berdampak pada keinginan nasabah untuk menggunakan internet banking. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sebagai dasar. Metode convenience sampling digunakan untuk mengumpulkan sampel penelitian dari 60 mahasiswa di wilayah yang menggunakan Bank SUMUT Link. Metode pengumpulan data, termasuk kuesioner, wawancara,dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Teknologi Infomasi berdampak positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Nasabah, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,420 > 2,002) dan signifikan 0,019 < 0,05. Sementara itu, Fitur Layanan berdampak positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap Minat Nasabah, seperti yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai thitung > ttabel (5,701 > 2,002) Studi ini menemukan bahwa persepsi konsumen terhadap teknologi infomasi dan fitur layanan menyebabkan minat tinggi konsumen dalam menggunakan internet banking.
