Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Pematangsiantar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang karyawan dan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengujian yang digunakan adalah uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F dan Uji t. Dari hasil uji validitas diperoleh r hitung > r tabel untuk masing-masing item pertanyaan dan uji reliabilitas angket diperoleh alpha cronbach masing-masing variabel yaitu 0,694 untuk variabel X1,  0,819 untuk variabel X2, serta 0,828 untuk variabel Y. Nilai ini lebih besar dari taraf signifikan r tabel yaitu 0,3494. Analisis data masing-masing variabel diperoleh persamaan regresi berganda Y=0,240 + 0,531 X1 + 0,609 X2 + e. Diperoleh nilai R2 sebesar 0,602 ,yang berarti X1 dan X2 menjelaskan pengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 60,2% sedangkan sisanya dijelaskan variabel lain diluar penelitian. Uji parsial yang dihasilkan masing-masing variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat dengan signifikansi penelitian lebih kecil dari 0,05, serta hasil perhitungan uji-Simultan sebesar 21,913 dengan f tabel 3,128 yang artinya Fhitung>Ftabel dengan level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Kantor Cabang Utama Pematangsiantar. Kata kunci : Karakteristik Pekerjaan, Karakteristik Orgnisasi, Kepuasan Kerja

Abstract

Human resources or employee is the main driver of the success of a company that needs special attention from the company so that employees can work more diligently in order to achieve company goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. The study population was all employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch karyawanya number reached 73 (seventy-three). The samples used total sampling so that the sample drawn from the entire population. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires in the study sample, amounting to 73 respondents. The test used is the quality of the test data and test the classical assumptions. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis, simultaneous F test and the partial test. The result showed that simultaneous leadership and motivational variables affect the performance of employees at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch, where the F count> F table or 16.196 > 3.128 with a level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,005. The coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0.316 means that the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch 31.6% and the remaining 68.4% is influenced by other variables outside of research. Conclusions from the research that there is a positive and significant effect of leadership and motivation on employee performance at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch. It is expected that the people at the at PT. Rajawali Nusindo Medan Branch further enhance the leadership and motivation so that employees work even harder to compete and will automatically improve its performance in the company.                           Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the place, price, people on the interest of visiting again at the tourist attraction of Pasir Putih Beach Parbaba Samosir. The population in this study as many as 17,182 tourists and using random sampling in sampling technique as much as 100 in the attractions of White Sands Beach Parbaba Samosir. Data collection technique in this research is done by spreading the questionnaire (questionnaire) which measurement with likert scale and processed statistically using multiple regression analysis and testing of t test hypothesis, f test, and coefficient of determination that previously data have been tested using validity test, test realibility, and the classical assumption test. Data processing using SPSS 22.0 for windows. From the results of validity test obtained rhitung> rtabel for each question item and reliability test questionnaire obtained alpha cronbach each variable that is 0.786 for the variable X1, 0.779 for the variable X2, 0.667 for the variable X3 and 0.455 for variable Y. This value is greater from the significant level of rtabel is 0,306. Data analysis of each variable is obtained by multiple regression equation Y = 1,301 + 0,042X1 + 0,049X2 + 0,136X3 + e. Obtained R2 equal to 0,193, which means X1, X2 and X3 explain influence to variable Y equal to 19,3% while the rest explained variable outside tourist object. Partial test produced by each independent variable has an effect on dependent variable with the research significance is smaller than 0.1.           The conclusion in this study is the location, price, actors of tourism positih influence on the interest of visiting again at the Object of White Sands Beach ParbabaSamosir Keywords: Place, Price, People, Visitor Interest

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan dapat menjelaskan pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth terhadap Keputusan pembelian di Kafe Potret Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 700 orang ditentukan dari jumlah pengunjung Kafe Potret Medan dalam kurun waktu satu minggu, dan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 88 pengunjung. Sedangkan tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (kuesioner) dan pengujiannya yaitu uji kualitas data dan uji asumsi klasik.Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t, dan uji R2. Hipotesis penelitian dimensi Kualitas Pelayanan dan Word Of Mouth secara parsial terhadap Keputusan Pembelian diterima jika t hitung > t tabel dengan tingkat signifikan 0.05.Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,662. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 1,990 t hitung  > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima, nilai t hitung variabel X2 sebesar 2,628 t hitung > t tabel maka hipotesis diterima. Dari 2 variabel, variabel Word Of Mouth yang paling dominan mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian  sebesar 2,628. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Word Of Mouth, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThe purpose of this study is to identify and able to explain the influence of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth to Purchasing Decisions of Kafe Potret Medan. The population in this study were 700 people from visitors Kafe Potret Medan in one week, and the samples used were 88 visitors. While the techniques of data collection using the questionnaire and use the test of quality data and classical assumption. The hypothesis test uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The study hypothesis was partially of Service Quality and Word Of Mouth dimension to  Purchasing Decisions is acceptable if t hitung > t tabel with a significant level 0.05. The t tabel value in this study 1.662. The t hitung X1 is 1.990 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted, t hitung X2 is 2.628 that mean t hitung > t tabel then the hypothesis is accepted. Abstract

Based on its area, Pasar Melintang Village can be used as the newest tourist location on the outskirts of Medan, which offers natural views that are still beautiful, typical of the countryside, namely the concept of agro-tourism, namely traditional rice farming. Pasar Melintang Village has excellent potential to develop agro-tourism due to the available natural conditions, fertile soil conditions, and cool air climate. This is very supportive of cultivating various agricultural commodities by implementing an environmentally friendly land management system. Based on the research pre-survey conducted by researchers, the Deli Serdang area has not yet implemented the concept of agro-tourism, even though the Pasar Melintang Village area is very suitable for use as agro-tourism based on traditional rice farming because the population is dominant as a farmer. This type of research is associative, the people in this study amounted to 272 people, and the number of research samples amounted to 73 people. The kind of research data is quantitative. In this study, the researcher took the data collection technique in a questionnaire (Questionnaire), and the statistical test used was Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the partial test, it can be concluded that the location has a positive and significant effect on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. The village's potential has a positive and significant impact on the development of agro-tourism based on traditional lowland rice farming in Pasar Melintang Village, Lubuk Pakam District. Abstract

Pasar Melintang Village has a rice field location developed into one of the agro-tourism areas in the Deli Serdang Regency. Where currently, the existence of this location is only known to the local village community and requires further development. The aims of this study are to 1) Analyze the influence of personal characteristics on visiting interest and 2) Analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing in moderating the relationship between personal characteristics and visiting interest. Independent variables are personal characteristics and digital marketing as a moderating variable. The population in this study is the people of the Lubuk Pakam District. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with the following criteria: 1) Respondents have come to the village rice field tourism location, 2) Minimum age is 17 years, 3) Minimum education is high school equivalent. When collecting data, the team was able to get sixty-three respondents who met the criteria. The analysis technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study are that personal characteristics have no significant effect on the interest of visiting tourists. However, digital marketing can effectively moderate the relationship between personal characteristics and interest in visiting.

Abstract

Pembuatan masker pada masa Pandemi ini sangatlah penting karna masker dibutuhkan masyarakat, utamanya di Deli Serdang, sehingga masker sangat dibutuhkan untuk menjaga diri dari terserangnya Covid19 terutama ketika kita keluar rumah. Proses pembuatan masker ini mendapat dukungan dari Kepala Desa dan beberapa masyarakat. Masker yang telah dibuat akan disebarkan kepada Kepala Desa untuk bantuan pada masyarakat dan sebagian dibagikan langsung kepada masyarakat dan salah satu kader di Deeli Serdang. Dalam pembuatan masker, ada beberapa bahan yang diperlukan, (1) dua bahan kain katun untuk kain yang di luar 20 cm dan kain yang di dalam 16 cm, (2) dua buah tali karet sepanjang 26 cm, (3) bola dan jarum, (4) gunting, (5) jarum bundel, (6) penggaris. Adapun tujuan dalam pembuatan masker ini adalah Memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat Deli Serdang cara membuat masker dengan mudah dan cepat dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan COVID- 19
