Abstract

Abstract. Based on the results of the road geometry evaluation, the following results show that the actual straight road width is between 6.2 - 10.2 m, whereas theoretically the width of the straight road must be made 9 m. The actual grade grades from Stockpile to the West Pit range from 6.98% to 15.83%. The cross slope from Pit to disposal is 4%. Superelevation figures are recommended to overcome road bends with a maximum speed of 40 km / h with a width of 12 meters curved road is 4.98%. The actual productivity before repairing the haul road using the dump truck is Hino Ranger FM 260 JD an average of 18.47 Ton / Hour. This productivity has not yet reached the production target set by PT. Alliet Indo Coal Jaya which is equal to 20000 tons / month. Abstract

Abstract. PT Nusa Alam Lestari in July 2018 on the mining front of the Seam C1 hole carried out mining activities along the 97 meter opening hole in the main hole and 4 branch holes that had been realized. The amount of groundwater discharge entering the mining area at the Seam C1 hole is 5.112 m3 / minute. The number and specifications of the ideal pump for pumping water from the Seam C1 pit mine front are 2 units of Airlux pump with a discharge capacity of 6 m3 / hour in operation, with an Airlux pump with a discharge capacity of 6 m3 / hour with a maximum head of 12 meter; the actual total head is 25.08 m on front of Seam C1. The dimensions and shape of the sump design are ideal for underground coal mine drainage systems at the Seam C1 mining site planned to be rectangular with dimensions of 2 m in length, 1 m in width, 2 m in depth.  Keywords: Underground Mine, Mine Dewatering, Groundwater Discharge, Pump, Sump

Abstract

Wor k accident which often happen at PT. Nusa Alam Lestari are caused by unsafe action and unsafe condition.The main cause of the accidents is the insecure employees' behavior. Those work accidents may ha ve  correlation on the implementation of The  Safety  and Occupational Health Norms. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of employees' knowledge, attitude and action against the implementation of The Safety and Occupational Health Norms in Underground Coal Mining of PT. Nusa Alam Lestari. The type of this   r esearch is correlation research whose goal is to find out whether there is the correlation between the two variables. The population of this research is the whole temporary and permanent employees remain at PT. Nusa Alam Lestari. The total of the employees is 156 people. The size of sample in this study was determinate by using the Slovin's  formula which  is obtained 61 people.Data collection was obtained by using questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Furthermore the data was processed by using the SPSS computer program. On multiple linear regression analysis is obtained regression equation: Y =  0,494 +  0,350X1 +  0, 389X2 +  0, 333X3 with significant value 0.000 <  0.05. In conclusion, there is the correlation between va riables of employees' knowledge, attitude, and action and the implementation of The Safety and Occupational Health Norms  which  collectively  contribute significantly to  the  implementation  of  The  Safety  and Occupational Health Norms amounted to 56,4%.

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the analysis of rainfall data for 2008-2017, the planned rainfall was 135.22 mm/ day with rain intensity in the catchment area of 21.709 mm / hour. The return period is 5 years and the hydrogeological risk is 67.23%. In the research location, PT Minemex Indonesia Pit Block B has a catchment area with an area of 48 ha, the total discharge of incoming water is 9.510 m3 / hour, with a maximum actual sump capacity of 75,867 m3 and there are three units of Coates CD200 pumps in sump with pumping discharge of 810 m3 / hour, there are two open channels and 11 main setting pond with different capacities for each compartment.After evaluating the Pit Block B mine drainage system in 2018, the Sump Capacity will be enlarged to 182,610 m3 and requires an additional 3 Coates MFC-385 pump units to obtain a total pumping discharge of 2,310 m3 / hour. PT Minemex Indonesia's Pit Block B mine drainage system is planned to have open channels that are different from the actual and settling ponds that are the same as in 2018. The effect of the mine drainage system on production is the cause of not achieving OB and Coal production. Abstract

Abstract. PT. Aman Toebillah Putra has a processing plant with a production target of 300 tons / hour. Whereas the January 2018 crusher report is not optimal. The less than optimal performance of the unit is caused by many factors that inhibit the work process of the processing plant. The impact of less optimal production from the crushing plant affects consumer demand for coal. So this is the background of the author to conduct an evaluation of the achievement of the crushing plant production target to meet the production target planned for 2018 at the crushing plant of PT. Aman Toebillah Putra. The type used in this study is the type of applied research. Where applied research is done with the intention of applying, implementing or testing theory by analyzing the supporting factors of the production of crushing plants such as cycletime, support tools, belt conveyors, actual field conditions such as ROM and stockpile conditions. Actual production of support equipment and crushing plant at PT. Aman Toebillah Putra is 127 tons/hour and 273.18 tons/hour for January 2018 and still does not meet the 2018 production target of 300 tons/hour. Availability of crushing plants with a mechanical avaibility value of 97%. Physicl avaibility value is 98%. The value of used of avaibility is 52%. The value of effective utilization is 51%. Availability of support with a mechanical avaibility value of 100%. Physical value is 100%. The value of used of avaibility is 51%. The value of effective utilization is 51%. To fulfill the 2018 production target of 300 tons/hour, an evaluation of the crushing plant and support of Hitachi Zaxis 110 MF excavators is carried out. Evaluation conducted for support tools is the replacement of Hitachi Zaxis 110 MF excavator which has a 0.5 m3 bucket size into a Caterrpilar 320C excavator with 0.9 m3 bucket size so that loading time can be faster, and support tools can still do other work so that production targets what the company wants can be achieved. Abstract

PT. Baturona Adimulya is a coal mining company located in West Supat Village, Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. PT. Baturona Adimulya has a Mining Mine with an area of ± 3,476 ha that has not been functioned. Current land conditions have elevation of 11 meters with slope ± 12% so that on the slope of the land, when the summer causes dust and rainy season cause erosion. The company plans to reclaim the former mine land. However, in the Mining Closure Plan document, it is mentioned that on this land the new planting plan takes into account the planting of pioneer plants (budding plant) ie sengon, while for planting of nucleus reclamation plants has not been determined between oil palm or rubber. Therefore, in the reclamation effort on ex-mining land, it is necessary to make good planning with planting of plants in accordance with the characteristics of the land. The technical planning of reclamation activities starts from knowing the characteristics of the soil, the arrangement of the land by leveling the condition of the embankment, then repairing the slope by making terracing, cover crop covering. Furthermore, the revegetation process starts from pengajiran, excavation planting hole, planting, and maintenance (2 years after the seed planting). Based on the results of laboratory testing, the characteristics of ex-mining land are suitable for planting rubber or oil palm plantations. Based on the calculation in the reclamation planning of ex-mining land by revegetation, the total cost is Rp. 507.372.156.00 for oil palm with sengon laut, and Rp. 505.052.919,00 for rubber with marine sengon.Keywords: ex-Mining Land, Reclamation Plan, Revegetation, Cost, Mining Closer

Abstract

High rainfall at the planned mine site can hamper mining operations in achieving the production target of 500,000 MT / year. Planning of a mine drainage system is needed which is well reviewed technically and also the costs arising from the making of the mine drainage system. Analysis of daily rainfall data in research locations in 2008-2017 by using the gumbel distribution, obtained planned rainfall of 105.09 mm / day for the 2-year return period. Based on the results of the study, it was found that runoff discharge entering the mine was 7092 m3 / hour. The incoming water is accumulated into the sump which is then pumped out towards the open channel. Based on the total pump head of 100,824 and the ideal pumping capability, the type of pump used is Multiflo MF-420 with the recommended operating speed of 1300 RPM resulting in a discharge of 1000 m3 / hour. The dimensions of the open channel that will be used are in the form of trapezium because it is easier to make and maintain. Settling pond that will be made in zigzag shape with a length of 75 m, width of    35 m and depth of 5 m. The total cost that must be budgeted for in making sump, open channel and settling pond is Rp. 1,106,257,200. Keywords: Production,Rainfall,drainage,Pump,Budgeted

Abstract

Dalam sistem penambangan bawah tanah pada lokasi Ciurug L.450 PT. ANTAM (Persero) Tbk UBPE Pongkor masalah yang sering terjadi adalah banyak air yang masuk atau tergenang. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem penyaliran tambang untuk menunjang jalannya aktivitas penambangan, sehingga berbagai infrastruktur yang dibuat bertujuan untuk mengendalikan air yang mengalir di area penambangan khususnya di dalam lubang bukaan. Sistem penanganan air di daerah ini lebih diperhatikan karena berhubungan langsung dengan aktivitas penambangan yang selalu bersifat mobile (bergerak), sehingga debit air yang keluar harus sesuai dengan debit air yang masuk ke dalam tambang.Pada daerah Ciurug L.450 bagian selatan mempunyai 7 mine sump, karena sistem pemompaan dilakukan dengan cara mengalirkan air dari satu mine sump ke mine sump berikutnya hingga mencapai ke mine sump utama. Jenis pompa yang digunakan Tsurumi LH637, Tsurumi LH875 dan Warman 4/3 EHH. Jumlah pompa yang digunakan saat ini berjumlah 28 unit, dikarenakan besarnya debit air tanah yang masuk. Banyaknya pemakain jumlah pompa diakibatkan belum adanya pengukuran debit air secara detail pada tambang Ciurug L.450 bagian selatan. Pengukuran debit air tanah pada tambang Ciurug L.450 bagian selatan dilakukan secara manual terbagi atas dua daerah yaitu Ramp Down A (RD A) menggunakan wadah drum dan Ramp Down B (RD B) menggunakan paritan.Berdasarkan pembahasan dan analisis data dapat disimpulkan debit air tanah pada daerah RD A XC 452 sebesar 0,317 (m3/m) dan XC 445 sebesar 0,112 (m3/m) sedangkan pada RD B debit air 9,29 (m3/m) dan jumlah unit pompa yang dibutuhkan untuk mengeringkan air berjumlah 23 unit terdiri dari 8 unit Tsurumi LH637, 3 unit Tsurumi LH875 dan 12 unit Warman 4/3 EEH serta rancangan instalasi pemompaan yang ideal dan efektif.Kata Kunci: Sistem Penyaliran, Pompa, Debit Air

Abstract. The water that goes to the location of  the mining is largely derived from rainwater, which, at the time a high rainfall season cause the puddle on the mining front. Besides that the plan of the progress of the mine will cause in shifting mining front closer to the direction of sump. Because of that would require the re-planning for mine sump dimensions to keep mining activity running optimally. Beside that also required the calculation of pump, pipes, open channel dimension that is able to flow water to the KPL and KPL dimension itself. The rainfall plan processed using Gumbell Method. While the determination of the intensity of the rain with Monnonobe method that will be used to obtain discharge water runoff. So that it can be specified sump dimensions pump needs, open channels dimensions and KPL dimension. Catchment area in Yarder pit PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite BDMA, as large as 65,57 hectares. Maximum capacity sump to collect water runoff and groundwater amounted to 116.254,23  m3. Pumping systems were performed using HDPE pipes and pumps used is a centrifugal pump Multiflow MF-420 EXHV, which has a maximum head 220 meter and pump discharge to a maximum of 430 liters / sec as a single unit. Abstract

Abstrak. PT. Nan Riang is a coal mining company located in Kecamatan Muara Tembesi, Kabupaten Batanghari, Provinsi Jambi. The overburden daily production target is 2.500 bcm / day, while the actual production is 2.310,91 bcm / day. One of the factors that have not been achieved is the composition of excavators and dump truck that have not been optimal, each fleet uses 1 excavator and 2 dump truck. The excavator used for overburden stripping activities is Volvo EC460BLC and Komatsu PC400LC, while for the transport equipment used is the A40E Articulated Dump Truck. Based on observations in the field using these combinations results in a waiting time on the digging equipment. This has an impact on April's fuel use of 153.389 liters and in May 111.051 liters exceeded the specified target of 100.000 liters / month. Based on calculations with the composition of 1 excavator and 2 dump truck, the actual match factor value on fleet 1 is 0,519 and fleet 2 is 0,462, while the ideal match factor value is 1. The actual fuel ratio obtained is 0,723 liters / bcm and 0,905 liter / bcm and the fuel consumption of both fleet is 196,17 liters / hour, with the actual fuel cost of Rp. 689.747.769,91 / month. After optimization, it was found that the ideal composition for overburden stripping was 1 excavator and 4 dump truck carried out with 1 fleet, the excavator used was Volvo EC460BLC. With this composition obtained productivity of 2.503,65 bcm / day, with a match factor value of 1,03 and the obtained fuel ratio of 0,590 liters / bcm and fuel consumption obtained at 155.58 liters / hour. By using this composition spend a fuel cost of Rp. 547.045.478,60 / month. Then we get savings of Rp. 142.702.291,31 / month.
