Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Andragogy Learning Model in Andragogy Competency Training for PKBM Tutors in Kampar Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Researchers used observation, interviews and documentation. Sources of data are 2 tutors 5 students. The results showed that the implementation of the andragogy learning model was the delivery of material from the tutor/training instructor according to the material that had been mutually agreed upon, then there was a question and answer or discussion for joint evaluation. The results of the andragogy learning model showed that there was an increase and change in terms of knowledge, attitudes and skills. In knowledge knowing about andragogy competencies and how to apply them in adult learning. In attitude that the trainees are very good in attitude, behavior and activity so that enthusiasm in learning is very good. In terms of skills, participants have been able to practice in learning about andragogy competencies because they have in-depth understanding of andragogy competencies for tutors after training. The supporting factors are the enthusiasm of the participants, the focus of the participants, supported by PKBM Mutiara Kampar, the network between PKBM and tutors who are able to guide the participants well, and teach the material as expected. The inhibiting factor is the timing and delivery of materials that adapt to the understanding of the participants.

Abstract

This article is intended to review how the motivation of fishermen's parents to send their children to college in Segati Village, Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. The method of this article uses descriptive qualitative research, which is aimed at reviewing the problems that exist in the field and getting an essence that is in accordance with the circumstances in which the research was conducted, which uses a qualitative approach with the aim of measuring the interest of fishermen's parents in sending their children to college in the village. Segati Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency. The results of this research are intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, 1) Intrinsic motivation is a motivation that is attached to work situations that are purposeful and satisfy needs. Another name for this motivation is pure motivation, namely motivation that arises from within the individual to achieve goals, 2) extrinsic motivation comes from outside oneself. Intrinsic motivation includes: (1) Interests, (2) Attitudes, (3) Desire and extrinsic motivation include (1) Family, (2) School environment, (3) Community environment. The conclusion of this study In terms of intrinsic motivation that fishermen's parents have interests, attitudes and desires to send their children to tertiary institutions, namely the interest of fishermen's parents in sending their children to tertiary institutions by feeling interested. Because it can help the family's economy and not be underestimated by others and Judging from the extrinsic motivation that is support from the family, fishermen's parents send their children to college. With loving parents, parents pay attention by taking the time to tell stories with their children, parents never discriminate against their children. Keywords: Motivation, Parents, Fishermen

Abstract

AbstrakOrganisasi remaja masjid pada umumnya memiliki banyak peranan yang diperankan oleh remaja-remaja yang peduli dan aktif terhadap situasi dan kondisi masyarakat dilingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui tingkat Peranan Remaja Masjid dalam Pendidikan Karakter di Masjid Istikharah Desa Kualu. Permasalahan yang muncul  yaitu sulitnya membangun pendidikan karakter pada masa sekarang ini yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor mulai dari perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi yang mewarnai aktivitas sehari-hari masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat peranan remaja masjid dalam  pendidikan karakter di Masjid Istikharah. Dalam peranan remaja masjid dalam pendidikan karakter meliputi peranan individu dan peranan sosial. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Masjid Istikharah Desa Kualu Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah populasi Remaja Masjid Istikharah sebanyak 55 orang. Dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 orang Remaja Masjid dengan tingkat kritis 10%. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini observasi, kuesioner. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan program Microsoft Excel dan SPSS  Versi 23 For Windows. Hasil penelitian ini peranan remaja masjid dalam pendidikan karakter Desa Kualu Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar tergolong cukup tinggi, dengan indikator yang paling tinggi peranan sosial. Kata kunci: Peran , Remaja Masjid, Pendidikan Karakter AbstractMosque youth organizations in general have many roles played by teenagers who care and are active towards the situation and condition of the community in their environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the role of mosque youth in character education at the Istikharah Mosque in Kualu Village. The problem that arises is the difficulty of building character education at this time which is strongly influenced by various factors ranging from technological developments and advances that characterize people's daily activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of the role of mosque youth in character education at the Istikharah Mosque. In the role of mosque youth in character education includes individual roles and social roles. This research was conducted at the Istikharah Mosque, Kualu Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is the population of the Youth of the Istikharah Mosque as many as 55 people. With a sample of 35 mosque youths with a critical level of 10%. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, questionnaires. The data analysis in this study was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis and was carried out using Microsoft Excel and SPSS Version 23 For Windows programs. Abstract

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa tinggi peranan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar anak dan seberapa besar kontribusi peranan orang tua terhadap kegiatan belajar anak berdasarkan indikator dari variabel peranan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di RT.01/RW.15 Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Peranan Orang Tua dalam Meningkatkan Kegiatan Belajar Anak pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi peranan orang tua terhadap kegiatan belajar anak berdasarkan indikator variabel peranan orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan angket. Adapun indikator dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 1) peranan orang tua sebagai informator, 2) peranan orang tua sebagai motivator, 3) peranan orang tua sebagai inisiator, 4) peranan orang tua sebagai fasilitator, dan 5) peranan orang tua sebagai pembimbing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peranan orang tua dalam meningkatkan kegiatan belajar anak pada masa pandemi Covid-19 tergolong cukup tinggi. Kontribusi indikator tersebut memberikan berkontribusi sebanyak 68%, sisanya 32% ditentukan oleh indikator lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.Kata kunci: Kegiatan Belajar, Orang Tua, Peranan AbstractThe problem in this study is how high the role of parents in improving children's learning activities and how big the contribution of the role of parents to children's learning activities based on indicators of the parental role variable in improving children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic in RT.01/RW.15 Kelurahan Tuah Karya Kecamatan Tuah Madani Kota Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the level of the role of parents in Improving Children's Learning Activities during the Covid-19 Pandemic and to determine the contribution of the role of parents to children's learning activities based on variable indicators of the role of parents. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The indicators in this study consist of 1) the role of parents as informants, 2) the role of parents as motivators, 3) the role of parents as initiators, 4) the role of parents as facilitators, and 5) the role of parents as mentors. The results of the study show that the role of parents in improving children's learning activities during the Covid-19 pandemic is quite high. The contribution of these indicators contributes as much as 68%, the remaining 32% is determined by other indicators that are not part of this study.Keywords: Learning Activities, Parents, Role

Abstract

AbstrakHome Industri keripik bawang Intan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri hulu, Keripik Bawang Intan sudah didirikan pada tahun 1999 dengan hanya menjual satu produk yakni keripik bawang khas Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui atau mendeskripsikan produktivitas kerja Ibu Rumah Tangga yang bekerja di home industri keripik bawang Intan di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Lirik Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menjawab secara lebih rinci permasalahan yang akan diteliti dengan mempelajari semaksimal mungkin seorang individu, suatu kelompok atau suatu kejadian tentang produktivitas kerja ibu rumah tangga pada usaha home industri keripik bawang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, veifikasi data dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian tentang tentang Produktivitas Kerja Ibu Rumah Tangga Pada Usaha Home Industri Keripik Bawang Intan Di Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Lirik Kabupten Indragiri Hulu dapat ditemui bahwa ibu rumah tangga sudah bertanggung jawab dengan tugasnya, datang tepat waktu pada saat bekerja. Jadi dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan bahwa produktivitas kerja ibu rumah tangga pada usaha home industri keripik bawang intan dikategorikan sangat baik. Kata kunci: Produktivitas, Ibu Rumah Tangga, , Keripik Bawang. AbstractHome Intan Onion Chips Industry in Sidomulyo Village,Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Onion Intan Chips was established in 1999 by selling only one product, namely onion chips typical of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine or describe the work productivity of housewives who work in the home industry of Intan onion chips in Sidomulyo Village,Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This descriptive qualitative research aims to explain and answer in more detail the problems to be studied by studying as much as possible an individual, a group or an incident about the work productivity of housewives in the home business of the onion chip industry. The data collection technique in this study used guidelines for observation, interviews, and documentation with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, data verification and triangulation. The results of the research on the work productivity of housewives in the home business of the Onion Chips Industry in Sidomulyo Village, Lirik District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, it can be found that housewives are responsible for their duties, arrive on time when working. Abstract

AbstrakEfektivitas pembelajaran adalah jenis pembelajaran yang memungkinkan warga belajar untuk belajar dengan mudah, menyenangkan dan untuk mencapai tujuan belajar mereka sebagaimana diharapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar program pendidikan kesetaraan Paket C di PKBM Harapan Bangsa Desa Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk melakukan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan validasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pembelajaran program pendidikan setara Paket C tidak efektif  di masa pandemi Covid-19, pembelajaran tidak berjalan dengan baik, karena pembelajaran dilakukan secara daring. Dari wawancara yang dilakukan terhadap informan, ditemukan hasil berupa: Efektivitas pembelajaran paket C kurang efektif karena sistem pembelajaran saat pandemi adalah online, tidak semua warga belajar paham dengan pemberian materi secara online. Kualitas pembelajaran setiap warga belajar sama, namun cara penyampaian kepada warga belajar yang berbeda, dengan memberikan perhatian lebih kepada warga belajar yang memiliki usia lanjut, yang pemahamannya kurang baik.Kata kunci: Efektivitas Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Kesetaraan Paket C AbstractEffectiveness of learning is a learning that allows learning citizens to be able to learn easily, fun and can achieve learning objectives in accordance with what is expected. The purpose of this study was to describe the Learning Effectiveness of the Package C Equality Education Program at PKBM Harapan Bangsa, Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District, Kampar Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study amounted to 5 informants. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the learning effectiveness of the Package C equivalence education program was not effective. During the Covid-19 pandemic, learning did not go well, this was because learning took place online. From interviews conducted with informants, it was found that: The effectiveness of learning package C was less effective because the learning system during the pandemic was online, not all learning residents understood the provision of online material. The quality of learning for each learning resident is the same, but the delivery method for learning residents is different, by paying more attention to learning residents who have advanced ages, whose understanding is not good.Keywords: Learning Effectiveness, Equality Education Package C

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan gaya kepemimpinan Bupati Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat FKIP Universitas Riau. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang, yang terdiri dari Ketua masing-masing Divisi yang ada di Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Masyarakat FKIP Universitas Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otokratis ditunjukkan dengan pemimpin yang memaksakan kehendak, memutuskan peraturan secara ketat/jelas, memutuskan secara sepihak, menuntut ketaatan penuh, dan tidak memberikan kesempatan berdialog (menerapkan komunikasi satu arah). Gaya kepemimpinan demokratis ditunjukkan dengan sikap pemimpin yang memberikan peraturan yang jelas, menuntut memenuhi peraturan, menerapkan peraturan melalui pemahaman, memberikan kesempatan untuk berpikir, dan mengajak berdialog. Gaya kepemimpinan laissez-faire ditunjukkan dengan sikap seorang pemimpin yang memberikan kebebasan yang tidak jelas, kurang memberikan kontrol, hanya sedikit memberikan bimbingan, lebih banyak membiarkan, dan kurang memberikan nasehat. Dari ketiga gaya kepemimpinan tersebut, gaya kepemimpinan yang terlihat dalam penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan demokratis, sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan otokratis dan gaya kepemimpinan bebas (laissez faire) tidak terlihat pada hasil penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Bupati Mahasiswa, Himpunan Mahasiswa AbstractThis research aims to describe the leadership style of the Regent of the Student Education Study Program of the FKIP University of Riau. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. There were 7 informants in this study, consisting of the Head of each Division in the Student Association of the Community Education Study Program, FKIP University of Riau. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. While the analysis in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The results show that the autocratic leadership style is indicated by leaders who impose their will, decide rules strictly/clearly, decide unilaterally, demand full obedience, and do not provide opportunities for dialogue (implementing one-way communication). The democratic leadership style is indicated by the attitude of the leader who provides clear rules, demands to comply with the rules, applies the rules through understanding, provides opportunities for thinking, and invites dialogue. The laissez-faire leadership style is indicated by the attitude of a leader who gives unclear freedom, gives less control, provides little guidance, allows more, and provides less advice. Of the three leadership styles, the leadership style seen in this study is a democratic leadership style, while the autocratic leadership style and the free leadership style (laissez faire) are not seen in the results of this research.Keywords: Leadership Style, Student Regent, Student Association

Abstract

AbstrakStudi lapangan ini memiliki tujuan untuk menuntaskan perihal problematika peranan lurah sebagai motivator, fasilitator, dan mobilisator dalam memberdayakan masyarakat dengan menempuh acara pada program bank sampah di Kelurahan Tobek Godang Kecamatan Bina Widya Kota Pekanbaru. Tata cara penelitian yang dipakai pada studi ini, yaitu studi deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik mengumpulkan informasi ataupun data menggunakan observation (observasi), interview (wawancara) serta documentation (dokumentasi), yang dilakukan pada 4 informan, diantaranya ialah Lurah, Kader Bank Sampah, Sekretaris Lurah, serta Masyarakat. Kemudian data yang didapat diolah melalui teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan (verification).Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa problematika peranan lurah dalam memberdayakan asosiasi lewat acara dar program bank sampah atas pemberian motivasi masih kurang efektif karena tidak dilakukan secara berkelanjutan dan tidak dapat merangkul seluruh masyarakat sehingga hanya sebagian masyarakat yang mengerti dan mengikuti program bank sampah di Kelurahan. Pihak kelurahan dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai fasilitator, terdapat problematika yang ditemui yaitu pengalokasian dan transaksi keuangan bank sampah yang rendah berpengaruh terhadap jalannya kegiatan bank sampah. Kurangnya minat masyarakat mengikuti bank sampah menyebabkan turunnya transaksi keuangan yang ada. Adapun problematika peranan lurah sebagai mobilisator program bank sampah yaitu kesibukan dan keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki lurah sehingga hanya memiliki sedikit kesempatan mengikuti kegiatan pemberdayaan.Kata Kunci: Problematika Peranan Lurah, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Bank Sampah AbstractThis field study has a goal to complete the problem of role of the rule of masterpiece as a motivator, facilitator, and mobilisator in empowering the community by taking an event on the Waste Bank program in Tobek Tagek Godang District of Bina Widya City of Pekanbaru. The procedures of research used in this study, the descriptive study by utilizing qualitative approach. The technique of collecting information or data using observation, interview (interview) and documentation, documents), which is performed at 4 informants, among them are the lurah, cadres of the waste bank, the secretary of the lurah, and the community. Then the data obtained is processed through data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions.The findings in this study indicate that the problematic role of the lurah in empowering associations through events from the waste bank program for providing motivation is still ineffective because it is not carried out in a sustainable manner and cannot embrace the whole community so that only some people understand and participate in the waste bank program in the Kelurahan. The kelurahan party in carrying out its role as a facilitator, there are problems encountered, namely the low waste bank allocation and financial transactions that affect the running of waste bank activities. The lack of public interest in participating in waste banks has led to a decline in existing financial transactions. The problem with the role of the lurah as a mobilizer for the waste bank program is that he is busy and has limited time, so he has few opportunities to participate in empowerment activities.Keywords: Problems With The Role of The Village Head, Community Empowerment, Waste Banks

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian bertujuan   untuk mengetahui problematika kehidupan wanita pekerja clening service di Kampus Bina Widya FKIP Universitas Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif naturalistik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Analisa data menggunakan 3 cara yaitu: reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa problematika kehidupan cleaning service di Kampus Bina Widya FKIP Universitas Riau berdasarkan 4 indikator yaitu: (1) Kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk  individu ditinjau dari sub indikator pendidikan, pekerjaan dan status sosial, (2) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk sosial di tinjau dari sub indikator  sikap menerima orang lain , berkerjasama dengan orang lain, (3) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk susila ditinjau dari sub indikator sopan santun, etika dalam bergaul, penampilan, (4) kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk beragama ditinjau dari sub indikator  kegiatan keagamaan dan kesadaran beragama. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa  kehidupan manusia sebagai makhluk individu, makhluk sosial, makhluk susila, dan makhluk beragama memiliki berbagai problematika baik itu pada aspek pendidikan pekerjaan, status sosial, dan lain sebagainya.Kata Kunci: Cleaning Service, Pekerja, Problematika Kehidupan, Wanita AbstractThe study aims to determine the problems of the lives of women clening service workers at the Bina Widya Campus, FKIP, Riau University. The research uses a naturalistic descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data is collected through documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis uses 3 ways, namely: data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and verification. This research shows the results that the problems of cleaning service life at the Bina Widya Campus FKIP Riau University are based on 4 indicators, namely: (1) Human life as an individual being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of education, work and social status, (2) human life as a social being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of accepting attitudes towards others, cooperating with others, (3) human life as a moral being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of manners, ethics in associating, appearance, (4) human life as a religious being is reviewed from the sub-indicators of religious activities and religious awareness. This research shows the results that human life as individual beings, social beings, moral beings, and religious beings has various problems, both in aspects of job education, social status, and so on.Keywords: Cleaning Service, Worker, Life Problems, Woman

Abstract

The behavior and character of the community and even children regarding noble values that are upheld and rooted in daily behavior. These values began to be eroded by foreign cultures that tend to be consumerism, individualistic, materialistic so that the character values are considered no longer important if they conflict with the goals to be achieved. Efforts to integrate and increase character values in the learning process can be done through traditional games with children, namely the Cak Bur game. This study aims to improve and enhance the character through cultural literacy of the traditional game of cak bur. This research uses action research which is carried out in two cycles. The subjects in this study were 2 groups of school-age children. The action taken is a game of cakbur to improve the child's character. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the child's character increased by 8 characters with 9 characters that appeared during the game and were in good or increasing criteria. This development has reached the success criteria where the research is said to be successful if the characters that emerge from the cak bur game are 3 characters and there is an increase in the character of children in the cak bur game as many as 7 children. Thus, this research can be said to be successful
