Abstract

Meat is one of the sources of animal protein for humans, and one of the requirements that must be met so that the human body does not lack protein, especially animal; this protein can be obtained from beef, chicken, and other meats, but the most important thing here is the content contained in meat, whether it has been contaminated with chemicals, e.g., chicken that has been injected with chemicals that cause the chicken to look fat, or beef whose flexibility has decreased and the pH is getting more acidic. This research tries to predict meat quality by looking at two parameters: flexibility and acidity. The programming language used is R Language, using the k-NN method or Algorithm to determine the meat's condition suitable for consumption. In detail, it will be processed in Machine Learning using the k-NN Algorithm; there are two criteria for consumption of meat, namely good or not good for consumption; in detail, the output will be explained using a specific graph using a plot function, and array data will be specifically classified to represent values. The value of 2 variables, namely feasible or not suitable for consumption.

Abstract

The K-Means research technique is used in this study. By using Satisfaction Variables and visits to college libraries, this research was conducted at the Labuhanbatu library. Researchers used a sample of 35 visitors for this study, which were tested using the Rapidminer data processing application. Where the results of this study showed the results of 18 people were satisfied and 17 people were neutral. Where it is stated that most visitors are satisfied with library services.

Abstract

This research will discuss monitoring pollution in waterways in real time based on GPS. A website-based information system is an essential factor for information media, not only database-based but can be communicated with GPS. GPS is a satellite system that can determine the point of an area with Longitude and Latitude parameters. The Global Positioning System is one of the parameters used in this study. Longitude and Latitude are the primary keys to getting the point in a particular area or point. In research, this location is used in sensor or environmental pollution monitoring. In this paper, we try to review the projects carried out and perform analysis, management, and governance on the server and local host. The program is made by developing the FrontEnd and BackEnd sides. Development can be done on Desktop-based programming and then extended to Mobile by manipulating and modifying programs using Javascript, JSON, and other building scripts for better performance and suitable for deployment on various platforms such as Mobile-based. This system is very efficient in determining various parameters, for example, the environmental pollution factor. From testing, the GPS data is not perfect, all data can be sent, but the accuracy of GPS data can reach 96%. This is due to data errors during uplinking and downlinking data.

Abstract

This study aims to solve the problem of awarding the best customers at HD Graphics companies. To make it easier for HD Graphics companies to choose the best customers to be awarded, a decision support system was built that can help make it easier for companies to select the best customers from that company. The decision support system was built using the Topsis method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The criteria used consist of the percentage of customer purchases, the percentage of smooth payments by customers, customer loyalty, length of subscription, purchase intensity, and the number of cancellations by customers. The results of data processing from this research case study, obtained the 3 best customers, namely Customers 04, 06 and 01 with Vi values of 0.9478, 0.9077, and 0.8104.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan salah satu elemen penting untuk mengembangkan perekonomian masyarakat Desa Gunung Selamat. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keberadaan UMKM sejumlah 1 UMKM Mayarakat lokal dan 2 UMKM baru dari Mahasiswa Pengabdian Kepada Mayarakat yang sedang  di Desa Gunung Selamat (Gunung Selamat, 2023). Dari sekian jumlah tersebut, UMKM yang melaju pesat perkembangannya adalah UMKM pengolahan kerupuk Jange. Perkembangan UMKM yang begitu pesat tersebut, memacu kepercayaan masyarakat Desa Gunung Selamat  untuk membranding Desanya dengan dibantu Mahasiwa/i menjadi Desa Gunung Selamat -ekonomi kreatif. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan mengunjungi UMKM Kerupuk Jangek tersebut  secara langsung dengan didampingi oleh Ketua PKK Desa Gunung Selamat  beserta timnya. Hasil kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk memberikan Penyuluhan Strategi Pemasaran Bisnis UMKM Desa Gunung Selamat, Kecamatan Bilah Hulu, Kabupaten Labuhan Batu, Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Dengan demikian, UMKM sebagai pilar perekonomian Desa Gunung Selamat dapat berkembang dan diketahui masyarakat luas yang berkunjung ke Desa Gunung Selamat  dengan lebih baik sehingga kesejahteraan masyarakatnya akan semakin meningkat. Rekomendasi untuk peningkatan mitra, UMKM Desa Gunung Selamat harus menerus berinovasi mengembangkan produk unggulannya serta memperluas jaringan pemasarannya baik secara langsung bertemu dengan pelanggannya maupun melalui pemasaran digital platform.
