Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkritisi konsep net farm income yang berkontribusi bagi ketergantungan petani. Studi kasus dikhususkan pada ketergantungan petani tembakau terhadap perusahaan rokok PT. Bentoel International Investama. Penelitian dilakukan di desa Campurejo, Kecamatan Tretep, Kabupaten Temanggung, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode etnografi kritis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep income yang ada saat ini belum mampu mengakomodasi kepentingan petani sebagai pelaku inti usaha pertanian. Konsep income cenderung memihak kepentingan perusahaan swasta dan agen ekonomi sehingga membentuk ketergantungan petani. Refleksi etnografi kritis menunjukkan bahwa untuk mendukung perwujudan kemandirian pertanian nasional dibutuhkan: 1) rumus baru net farm income berkeadilan; 2) kebijakan pembentukan harga jual berkeadilan oleh pemerintah; 3) kesadaran seluruh stakeholder pertanian untuk menjaga serta melestarikan nilai-nilai kebudayaan dan kearifan lokal untuk menyokong keberadaan petani.   Kata Kunci: net farm income, akuntansi, ketergantungan, petani tembakau, etnografi kritis, kemandirian pertanian.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas pada masa pandemi merupakan upaya mencegah terjadinya learning loss agar proses pembelajaran dapat berjalan efektif sekalipun ditengah pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan implementasi Kebijakan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas yang merupakan hasil keputusan bersama empat menteri dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi Kebijakan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu metode wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di Sekolah Dasar Alam Kebun Tumbuh sudah berjalan dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi Kebijakan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas yaitu, komunikasi yang berjalan dengan lancar, sikap dan komitmen seluruh warga sekolah, koordinasi sekolah dengan Babinsa, Puskesmas Bojongsari dan Satuan Tugas Corona Virus Disease 2019 Kecamatan Bojongsari, sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sebagai penunjang pencegahan penularan COVID-19, serta adanya dukungan positif dari seluruh warga sekolah yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan implementasi Kebijakan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka Terbatas di Sekolah Dasar Alam Kebun Tumbuh. Namun terdapat faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaannya yaitu masih ditemukan para siswa dan tenaga pendidik yang belum melakukan vaksinasi dan kendala dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan bagi para siswa.

Abstract

Kebun Raya Mangrove (KRM) Surabaya is the first thematic botanical garden in Indonesia that focuses specifically on the mangrove ecosystem. It serves multiple functions, including conservation, education, research, and recreation. With its ecological uniqueness, KRM has strong potential to develop into a prominent ecotourism destination. However, post-pandemic conditions have seen a significant decline in visitor numbers, indicating the urgent need for more effective and targeted marketing strategies. This study aims to identify and evaluate marketing strategies that can enhance tourist interest and increase visitation to KRM Surabaya. The research adopts a descriptive method with a qualitative approach by collecting both primary data (through observations and interviews) and secondary data, which are then analyzed thematically. The findings indicate that KRM is currently facing several critical challenges, including limited accessibility, inadequate digital promotion, and environmental maintenance issues. Existing marketing efforts—such as affordable ticket pricing, minimal promotion via the official social media accounts of the Food Security and Agriculture Service, and limited collaboration with local SMEs—have not successfully expanded KRM’s market reach or visibility. To address these gaps, the study recommends a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes the optimization of digital marketing through official KRM-managed social media channels, strategic partnerships with ecotourism influencers, the organization of thematic events (e.g., mangrove festivals), and the innovation of mangrove-based products that can boost local identity and visitor engagement. By implementing these strategies, KRM is expected to strengthen its destination branding, attract a broader audience, and establish itself as a leading model for sustainable tourism in Surabaya and beyond.

Abstract

This research is based on the large number of public reports that have been submitted to the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman regarding allegations of maladministration that have occurred in the education sector, especially complaints about New Student Admissions. This problem requires a resolution by the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman to handle public complaints and prevent recurring maladministration in the education sector, especially regarding complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This study aims to analyze and describe the performance of the Greater Jakarta Ombudsman in handling complaints about Acceptance of New Students in Depok City. This is based on the problems that occurred in the implementation of the Acceptance of New Students which were still colored by allegations of maladministration, which made public services in the field of education inefficient, lack of supervision in the implementation of the acceptance of new students. The results of the study concluded that in the Productivity indicator there are still a number of things that need to be improved such as policies that have been made that are not in accordance with the needs of society in the digitalization era. Service Quality Indicators still need a number of things to pay attention to such as budget constraints, human resources and very limited work space. Responsiveness Indicators There are still a number of things that affect performance achievements. The Responsibility Indicator is still lacking in realization to achieve the target every year. As well as the Accountability indicator, there is still no specific accountability report in the form of the Jakarta Raya Ombudsman annual report on various media platforms.
