Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, untuk menganalisis penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan berkelanjutan, dan dampaknya terhadap pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif industri konveksi di Dusun Mlangi Sawahan Nogotirto. Dengan menggunakan responden para pelaku yang terlibat dalam manajemen rantai pasokan industri konveksi di Desa Sawahan Nogotirto, peneliti mencoba menganalisis bagaimana pola dan penerapan manajemen rantai pasokan berkelanjutan serta dampaknya terhadap pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola manajemen rantai pasokan yang terbangun pada industri konveksi di Mlangi Sawahan Nogotirto melibatkan supplier utama, supplier perantara, industri konveksi, pedagang besar dan eceran, dan onsumen akhir. Dalam prakteknya, manajemen rantai pasokan juga sudah terintegrasi, baik secara aliran produk, aliran dana, maupun aliran informasinya, dari hulu ke hilir. Industri konveksi di Nogotirto juga sudah menerapkan manajemen rantai pasokan berkelanjutan serta berdampak positif terhadap keunggulan kompetitif, Industri konveksi di Nogotirto saat ini market leader produk di beberapa lokasi pemasaran, dan kualitas produk yang lebih baik dibanding kualitas produk konveksi dari wilayah lain. Disamping itu juga delivery dependability tercapai karena kedekatan lokasi industri dengan supplier perantara dan dengan pedagang besar/eceran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode pembelajaran Active Learning tipe Quiz Team pada mata pelajaran Keterampilan Dasar Komunikasi.Dengan menggunakan sample siswa kelas XAP-1 di SMK Negeri 1 Bogor pada mata pelajaran Keterampilan Dasar Komunikasi, peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan dua siklus tindakan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penelitian tindakan kelas ini dilakukan secara berulang dengan mengikuti tahapan siklus yang telah ditetapkan sehingga tercapainya tujuan dari metode pembelajaran Active Learning tipe Quiz Team melalui penilaian kelompok dan individu. Indikator dari peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa setelah mengalami proses kegiatan belajar dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Active Learning tipe Quiz Team. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penerapan metode pembelajaran Active Learning tipe Quiz Team telah memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel e-service quality dan product quality terhadap e-satisfaction pada pelanggan millenial toko ritel online di era pandemic saat ini. Menggunakan metode simple random sampling, peneliti berhasil mengumpulkan responden sebanyak 123 responden yang ikut berperan serta dalam penelitian ini. Sampel diambil dari kelompok millenial yang sudah menjadi pelanggan toko ritel online. Dengan menggunakan SPSS 20, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel independen e-service quality dan product quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel e-satisfaction, dengan ditunjukkan oleh nilai f-hitung sebesar 48,495 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Persamaan yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 0,311 X1 + 0,409 X2 + ρyε. Secara parsial, variabel service quality dan variabel product quality berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap variabel e-satisfaction, yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai t-hitung masing-masing hubungan adalah 3,223 dan 4.245, dengan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel service quality dan variabel product quality berpengaruh terhadap variabel e-satisfaction sebesar 44,5 %, sedang sisanya 55,4 dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam komunitas Global Enterpreuneur Profesional (GENPRO) Kedu-DIY. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi pada usaha anggota Genpro DIY-Kedu adalah minimnya keahlian pengelolaan keuangan usaha, tidak adanya pembukuan usaha, pengalaman manajerial dan pengelolaan SDM yang sangat terbatas.Atas kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha tersebut, tim pengabdian memberikan pemahaman serta pendampingan kepada anggota Genpro DIY – Kedu terkait financial literacy dan manejemen SDM. Metode pengabdian yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan berkala yang intensif kepada para peserta. Melalui pemahaman dan implementasi yang tepat terkait financial literacy dan manajemen SDM, diharapkan usaha peserta mampu berkembang dalam jangka panjang dan juga meneladani nilai-nilai Islam dalam profesinalisme bekerja.

Abstract

Research on green entrepreneurship behavior is still leaving questions related to the support against the grand theory that has been already acknowledged by academicians or practitioners. This article serves as a literature review of recent findings related to green entrepreneurship behavior variables reviewed from the underlying theories. Using content analysis from previous research articles, the researchers conducted a study that focused on the underlying theories and antecedents of the green entrepreneurship behavior variable. The article selection process is based on internationally reputed journals published over the past five years (2017-2021), searches on the Science Direct web, using the keywords 'green entrepreneurship', 'sustainable entrepreneurship', 'ecopreneurship', environment entrepreneurship, and 'antecedents'. The results showed that there are various theoretical concepts that can be used to explain and determined the antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. This includes psychological, personality traits, and contextual factors that were identified as antecedents of green entrepreneurship behavior. For further research, there are many related issues that can be analyzed, such as the decision-making process to become green entrepreneurs, the implementation of green entrepreneurship practices, etc.

Abstract

Intrapreneurship is a form of behavior that appears in a company, with reference to entrepreneurship. Intrapreneurship behavior within the company is reflected in employees with high motivation in their work, who are full of creativity, and innovation, and who look for opportunities to complete work of the highest quality. This study tries to examine the role of the religiosity variable as an antecedent of intrapreneurship behavior of lecturers at private universities in Yogyakarta. By using data from 103 private university lecturer respondents in Yogyakarta, researchers tried to offer four hypotheses as a basis for data analysis tests. By using the PLS_SEM analysis tool, the results of the study prove that religiosity has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship and organizational support. Likewise, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship. The role of organizational support as a mediating variable in the relationship between religiosity and intrapreneurship in this study showed insignificant results. This means that organizational support does not mediate the relationship between religiosity and intrapreneurship.

Abstract

Increasing competition for higher education institutions in Indonesia requires internal changes for each organization in preparing a competitive strategy in order to survive in the current environment. Growth and survivability have been the most common goals. Intrapreneurship can be a solution to face competition in the higher education industry. Intrapreneurship is very important and appropriate to be developed among higher education in Indonesia. This research attempts to examine the role of the variable spirituality leadership as an antecedent of the intrapreneurship behavior of lecturers at private universities in Yogyakarta. The population of this study were all lecturers from private universities in Yogyakarta. Samples were taken from the population using simple random sampling techniques, and data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires directly and online to respondents. The data analysis process uses Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS), to test the model as well as to test the hypotheses offered. Overall, among the four hypotheses proposed, there are two hypotheses that are accepted, and two hypotheses are rejected. The research findings show that spiritual leadership has a positive and significant effect on intrapreneurship and organizational support. On the other hand, organizational support has no direct effect on intrapreneurship, and organizational support is also not a variable mediating the relationship between spiritual leadership and intrapreneurship.

Abstract

Objective: This quantitative study investigates the key predictors of motivation for green entrepreneurship. Research Design & Methods: Religiosity is identified as an independent variable, green entrepreneurship motivation as the dependent variable, while commitment to environment is the mediating variable. The sampling method was purposive random sampling from 160 SME Leaders in Yogyakarta. Data analysis used SEM PLS. Findings: The findings showed that all hypotheses are supported. Religiosity positively impacts green entrepreneurship motivation and commitment to environment, while commitment to environment positively impacts green entrepreneurship motivation. Besides that, the connection between religiosity and green entrepreneurship motivation is mediated by commitment to environment. Implications and Recommendations: The result suggests that religiosity directly affects both the drive to engage in green entrepreneurship and the commitment to environmental responsibility; the commitment to the environment serves as a key mediator, amplifying the overall motivation. A limitation of this study is its cross-sectional design, which restricts the ability to generalize the results. Therefore, future research could focus on testing the model with a larger sample and exploring religious motivation as a distinct predictor of green entrepreneurship motivation. Contribution & Value Added: Conceptually, this research contributes to existing model antecedents of green entrepreneurship motivation that have rarely been studied before, and highlights the roles of religiosity and commitment to environment. Practically, this finding opens up opportunities for policymakers to develop programs that can help MSME actors leverage their religious motivation to create more sustainable businesses.
