Abstract

This study analyzes the canvas business model application for the needs of Loud Wise's marketing strategy. The research problem found that Loud Wise must maintain the existence of products with intense business competition. The canvas business model element, combined with the marketing mix mapping, was able to map the problem and recommended marketing strategies according to product needs. The recommendations given are increasing product promotion and giving new prices to consumers. The recommendation process through marketing analysis was using the SWOT Analysis approach. Companies must prioritize handmade-based production and increase product promotion to consumers. The use of social media must be used massively so that the increase in market growth is in line with the company's business targets.

Abstract

Strategy is a fundamental part of a business due to its purpose as a foundation forbusiness organization lay out their plan and action into commotion. One of the frameworks tosetup a strategy is diamond strategy. The strategy diamond framework can be used todevelop strategies in multi-business enterprises at all organizational levels and across marketor product. This article demonstrates how the framework yields insight that managers andexecutives need in order to make critical strategic decision. The power of single integratedapproach lies in its transformative ability to unite a form with one template based on acommon language and shared lexicon. This is a case study of Bimbingan Belajar Primagama,focusing on how the management examines the components of diamond strategy frameworkand it’s implementation in their organization. Primagama, one of the tuition center, gained alot of experience and successfully expanded its business to various parts of Indonesia.However, eventually, the rigors of competition forced some or even many tuition center toaccept a reduction in income and number of students. Several things affected the decline, suchas management, competitors, and marketing. Therefore, a prepared strategy or grandstrategy aimed at restoring its tutoring business on track and to reap maximum benefits.

Abstract

This study dives into the qualities companies seek in their workforce, highlighting the need for employees who are not only skilled but also dedicated to their tasks. By examining PT Delta Indonesia Praneggar's employees, it focuses on how work motivation and career development influence employee loyalty. The research draws from a sample of 36 permanent employees who have worked for at least two years. Data was collected using questionnaires—distributed either online or offline—and secondary sources like company records and documentation. The findings reveal an interesting pattern. Work motivation alone does not have a notable impact on employee loyalty. In contrast, career development significantly strengthens employee commitment. When examined together, work motivation and career development both contribute to fostering loyalty among employees. This indicates that while motivation is important, structured career growth plays a more substantial role in retaining a committed workforce.

Abstract

This study entitled "Financial Performance Analysis of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk With PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (2018-2022 Period)" is motivated by the increasing number of people who start shopping online rather than shopping directly in stores, so the author wants to see what the financial performance is like in conventional companies in this case PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in performance between PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk using the ratio analysis method and bankruptcy analysis (Altman Z-Score). The sample in this study were companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the non-primary consumer goods sector (E), Retail Trade Sub-sector (E7), Department Store Industry (E73), Department Store Sub-industry (E731), Department store sub-industry in the period 2018-2022. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method, by analyzing the financial statements of PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk and PT. Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk. The results of this study indicate that both companies have good financial performance, with PT. Matahari Department Store Tbk tending to be better seen in the activity ratio and profitability ratio.
