Abstract

The problem in this research is the relationship of low interpersonal cummunication. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication of the students. The research method is quantitative. The sample is 42 students taken by simple random sampling technique. The technique’s of collecting data are a scale of confidence and interpersonal communication. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and student interpersonal communication indicated by the correlation value r count = 0.409 r table = 0.304 at the significance level of α = 0.05 (p ≤ 0.05), then Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and interpersonal communication in the tenth grade of Public High School 15 Bandar Lampung in 2018/2019, means that the higher the student's confidence, the higher interpersonal communication skills of students.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan komunikasi interpersonal rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel berjumlah 42 siswa yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepercayaan diri dan komunikasi interpersonal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengtan komunikasi interpersonal siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai korelasi rhitung = 0,409 rtabel = 0,304 pada taraf sigifikansi α = 0,05 (p ≤ 0,05), maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 15 Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019, artinya semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri siswa maka akan semakin tinggi pula kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal siswa.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, kepercayaan diri, komunikasi interpersonal

Abstract

The problem in this research was final-year student’s employability soft skill of social education major. This study aims to provide a descriptive description of final-year student’s employability soft skill of social education major, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The research method used in this research was descriptive quantitative. The research samples were taken from 20% of the population which is 192 students, it was using simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used in this research was employability scale. The result showed that 76% final-year students in social education major, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung have medium level of employability. The result showed that final-year students in social education major, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung have medium level of employability soft skills, consists of possitive self concept, self control, social skill, communication skill, dan high order thinking skill. The lowest of employability skills on final-year students majoring in social science education is self control. The highest of employability skills on final-year students majoring in social science education is possitive self concept.Pendidikan IPS Permasalahan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  soft  skill  kesiapan  kerja  pada  mahasiswa  tingkat akhir Jurusan IPS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran deskriptif mengenai soft  skill  kesiapan  kerja  pada  mahasiswa  tingkat  akhir  Jurusan  IPS  FKIP  Universitas Lampung.  Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  bersifat  deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian  diambil dari 20% dari populasi yaitu  sebanyak 192 mahasiswa, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik  simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data  menggunakan  skala  kesiapan  kerja.  Hasil  penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa  76% mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan pendidikan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung memiliki tingkat kesiapan kerja yang sedang. Mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan IPS FKIP Universitas Lampung memiliki tingkat soft skill kesiapan kerja yang sedang, yang terdiri dari possitive self concept, self control, social skill, communication skill, dan high order thinking skill. Soft skill kesiapan kerja  pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir jurusan pendidikan  IPS  yang rendah  yaitu  self control. Soft  skill  kesiapan  kerja  pada  mahasiswa  tingkat  akhir  jurusan  pendidikan  IPS  yang  tinggi yaitu possitive self concept.Kata kunci: bimbingan konseling, kesiapan kerja, soft skills, ips

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze of employability on final-year students of the Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education University of Lampung. This research method was quantitative descriptive, with the technique analyze of percentage and Rasch model. The sample of this research from the Guidance and Counseling were 49 students, while from the Physical Education were 32 students. The results showed that Guidance and Counseling and Physical Education students had high employability results, namely at 91% for Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education get 86%, then what needs to be improved the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling  is high order thinking skills, while the Physical Education self control. Because most of the results of the scale show high, it can be concluded that the work readiness soft skills for the final-year students from the Guidance and Counseling and the Physical Education are high.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek FKIP Unila. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik analisis data Persentase dan Rasch model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek memiliki hasil kesiapan kerja yang tinggi, yaitu BK 91% dan Penjaskesrek mendapatkan hasil 86%, lalu yang perlu ditingkatkan pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir BK yaitu high order thinking skills sedangkan Penjaskesrek self control. Karena sebagian besar hasil skala menunjukkan tinggi, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa soft skills kesiapan kerja mahasiswa tingkat akhir program studi BK dan Penjaskesrek tinggi. Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, kesiapan kerja, penjaskesrek

Abstract

The problem of the research was the low self concept. The purpose of this research was to find out the use of client centered counseling for improving the students self concept at twelfth grade social one of senior high school in academic year 2018/2019. This research was an ekxperiment research with one group pre test and post test design with the data analysis techniques using the Wilcoxon test. The subject of this research was five students who have a low self concept. Data collection techniques used were self concept scales and interviews. The results of the study showed an increase in the students who were given client centered counseling. It can be concluded that the use of client centered counseling can improve self concept in the students at twelfth grade social one of Senior High School Teladan Way Jepara Lampung Timur  in academic year 2018/2019.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep diri negative siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penggunaan konseling client centered untuk meningkatkan konsep diri pada siswa kelas XII IPS 1 Tahun Ajaran 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen one group design pre test dan post test, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Subjk penelitian ini sebanyak 5 siswa kelas XII IPS 1. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konsep diri dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan konsep diri terhadap siswa yang diberi layanan konseling client centered. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan konseling cliet centered dapat meningkatkan konsep diri pada siswa kelas XII IPS 1 SMA Teladan WayJepara Lampung Timur Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: konseling client centered, konsep diri siswa, meningkatkan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between parental attention and students' learning motivation in the tenth grade of Public Senior High School 12  Bandar Lampung academic year of 2018/2019. The study applied descriptive method with product moment analysis. The population consisted of 323 students and a sample of 64 students taken through simple random sampling technique. The data collection techniques were carried out through parental attention scale and learning motivation scale. The results showed that there was a correlation between parental attention and students' motivation with a correlation value of r-count = 0.381 r-table = 0.244 at a significance level of 0.0,5 therefore Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant correlation between parental attention and students' learning motivation, it means that the greater the parental attention given to children the higher the students' motivation in learning.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara perhatian orangtua dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis product moment. Populasi sebanyak 323 siswa dengan sampel berjumlah 64 siswa, diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala perhatian orangtua dan skala motivasi belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan anatara perhatian orangtua dengan motivasi belajar siswa dengan nilai korelasi r hitung = 0,381 r tabel= 0,244 pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 maka Ho ditolak da Ha diterima. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara hubungan perhatian orangtua dengan motivasi belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, artinya semakin besar perhatian yang diberikan orangtua pada anak maka akan semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, perhatian orangtua, motivasi belajar
