Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut : (1) Mengkaji keberadaan “lembaga” dalam masyarakat, baikdalam artian “wadah” maupun dalam artian “aturan dan norma” mengenai pemanfaatan sumberdaya ikanterbang. (2) Menganalisis profil dan peran lembaga masyarakat dalam kaitannya dengan pengelolaansumberdaya perikanan. (3) Menelusuri faktor-faktor penjelas bagi ketidakberdayaan lembaga masyarakat dalammengarahkan dan membentuk perilaku positif terhadap lingkungan sumberdaya perikanan. (4) Revitalisasi perankelembagaan lokal yang aplikatif atau akomodatif dalam pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sumberdaya telur ikanterbang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif (qualitative research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatifempirik dengan teknik efek snowball melalui pendekatan triangulasi, dan menggunakan metode groundedresearch. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, pengamatan terlibat, dan penggunaandokumen. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan componetial analysis mulai dari reduksi, penyajian dankesimpulan data. Hasil yang ditemukan bahwa perilaku nelayan tuing-tuing Desa Pambusuang masih dominanmempertahankan nilai tradisi sehingga eksploitasi ikan dan telur ikan terbang berlandaskan tingkatkebutuhan dan keberlanjutan ekosistem. Fungsi kelembagaan non formal telah terinternalisasi dalampengelolaan dan pemanfaatan telur ikan terbang. Sementara kelembagaan formal menunjukkan peran danfungsi yang belum optimal dalam mengintegrasikan diri ke dalam praktek-praktek tradisi yangmendukung upaya pelestarian ikan terbang. Skenario sistim kelembagaan dalam pengelolaan danpemanfaatan ikan dan telur ikan terbang yang aplikatif, akomodatif harus merujuk kepada aksesibilitasyang terbuka bagi masyarakat (nelayan) dalam menyalurkan aspirasi dan partisipasinya yang terwadahioleh pengitegrasian antara kelembagaan formal dan non formal berdasarkan konteks lokal.

Abstract

This research aims to study the cooperative roles as fisherman’s need provider (a Case study at Budi Bahari Cooperative, Barru Regency).  The major Problem that was interesting to discuss was how the cooperative roles as fisherman’s need to fulfill specifically as a capital, equipment and daily needs provider, and to affect the consumer purchase decision at Budi Bahari Cooperative. This study used a case study to assess the Budi Bahari Cooperative performance related to fishermen’s catch and daily life.  Purposive sampling method was used with respondents from Budi Bahari’s Cooperative staffs and five fisherman groups (25 people). Data were collected through direct interview for all respondents and were analyzed using chi square method. Results showed that Budi Bahari Cooperative gave sizeable role by loan capital, supply equipment and daily needs of cooperative’s members who work as a fisherman. Hence, the purchase decision was not influenced by the price, and but it was affected by product type, and goods distribution

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak kenaikan harga bahan bakar (BBM) terhadap kondisi sosial nelayan tangkap motor tempel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode survei. Lokasi penelitian terdiri atas 5 desa yaitu, Desa Aeng Batu-Batu, Desa Bontolebang, Desa Tamalate, Desa Tamasaju, dan Desa Bontosunggu. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah Simple Random Sampling ialah teknik pengambilan sampel dari populasi dilakukan secara acak bebas karena populasi dianggap homogen. Sebanyak 50 responden yang menjadi subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari 8 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pancing Rinta’, 11 orang nelayan alat tangkap Rakkang-rakkang, 6 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pancing Rawai, 10 orang nelayan alat tangkap Pukat, 11 orang nelayan alat tangkap Jaring Hanyut dan 4 orang nelayan Pancing Cumi-cumi. Analisi data yang digunakan ialah analisis penerimaan, analisis pengeluaran, analisis pendapatan, analisis proporsi bahan bakar minyak terhadap total biaya, analisis pendapatan rumah tangga dan analisis pengeluaran rumah tangga. Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) tidak berdampak terhadap aktivitas usaha trip penangkapan dan jumlah tangkapan, tetapi berdampak pada harga jual ikan rata-rata naik 13%, biaya operasional rata-rata naik 27.51% dan proporsi BBM terhadap total biaya rata-rata naik 4.99%. Kenaikan harga bahan bakar minyak (BBM) berdampak terhadap ekonomi rumah tangga yang mengalami peningkatan pengeluaran 12.37% sedangkan pendapatan rumah tangga juga mengalami penurunan 15.23%.

Abstract

In an organization, human resources are the main asset that plays an important role in achieving organizational goals. One of the factors that affect the effectiveness of employees' work is organizational culture. Organizational culture reflects the values, norms, and habits that are embraced by the same and serves as a code of behavior for all members of the organization. A strong and positive culture can create a conducive work environment, improve work morale, as well as encouraging employee loyalty and productivity. Conversely, a culture that is not aligned with organizational goals can lower motivation and negatively impact performance. Therefore, it is important to understand the extent to which organizational culture affects employee performance. In general, this study aims to analyze the extent to which organizational work culture affects employee performance in the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency The purpose of this study is to assess how good the Organizational Culture is to Employee Performance in the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency, as well as to measure the influence of Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. The research method applied is quantitative associative. The research sample involved 19 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires or questionnaires and data analysis was carried out using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, associative analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The findings in the study stated that Organizational Culture has a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance at the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. The analysis also shows that the Organizational Culture at the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency is in the good category, and the Performance of Employees at the Wiringpalennae Village Office, Tempe District, Wajo Regency is in the very good category.
