Abstract

Research has been done on plant germination with the addition of LED light with variations in color, lamp distance, and type of lamp with the aim to determine the growth of green spinach and red spinach when treated at night. This research was carried out by planting green spinach and red spinach in 10 polybags in each light. Every 10 polybags of spinach are illuminated by lights with red, blue, yellow, and polybag colors without the addition of light. Furthermore, at the distance of the lamp 60 cm, 50 cm, 40 cm, 30 cm, 20 cm, 10 cm and without the addition of light. And for this type of LED lights, incandescent, neon and without the addition of light. Illumination of light is carried out at night for 3 hours. Spinach germination is observed every day to find out the time of germination, and is controlled at all times for plant maintenance by watering the plants so that soil moisture remains controlled. The data obtained from this study were analyzed by graphical analysis of the relationship of light to the time of germination of green spinach and red spinach plants. The results of this study indicate that the light influences the red LED light, distance of 10 cm and 20 lights and the type of fluorescent lamp on the germination of spinach plants. While the influence of other lights gives the same effect on spinach plants, because the growth is rather slow compared to plants that are illuminated in red lights, the distance of the lights is 10 cm and 20 cm, and the type of fluorescent lights.

Abstract

The curriculum is one component that has a strategic role in the education system. Curriculum on International Class Program UNM Faculty of Science, has studied the course material to the students as prospective educators to consider the needs of field-oriented learners, particularly RSBI. The purpose of this study was to: (i) conduct an assessment of ICP Curriculum, State University of Makassar with the Education Unit Level Curriculum RSBI junior in Makassar to know kerelevanannya, (ii) quantify the proportion of material Curriculum Education Unit RSBI junior teaching science in City Makassar contained in the curriculum ICP Faculty of Science, State University of Makassar. This research is ex post facto research with data collection techniques through the study documentation and interviews. Data analysis using matrix method and presented descriptively.The results showed that: (i) curriculum with the curriculum of the UNM Faculty ICP RSBI junior in Makassar is relevant, judging from the number of points of the subject / sub teaching science subject that is in the course materials based on ICP analysis performed relevance, (ii) that contains several courses subject / sub subject science teaching also has a fairly high points, reaching 33.3% in Basic Biology courses, and 31.4% in the high School Physics courses Practicum. Based on the interviews conducted, by the author of the given input to produce university educators with international class to send its students to perform practical field experience in junior RSBI..

Abstract

Objectives of this research are: (1) Producing an Interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving and analysis:(2) validator and teacher assessment results; (3) pupils perception result; (4) the effectiveness of use interactive E-Moodle based on problem solving in physics learning toward of student problem solving ability at Senior High School (SMAN) 5 Soppeng that has been developed. This is research and development using 4D model which steps are defining, designing, developing and disseminating. Trial subjects of research was using 9 pupils which held on SMAN 5 Soppeng. This research uses several instruments such as validator assessment sheets, teacher assessment questionnaire, student perception questionnaire, and Problem Solving test which was designed with an essay model. The average of validator and teacher assessments results are percentages of 77.60 and 81.89, respectively. Both percentages show good and very good category. The trial was done twice. First trial result shows that the average score of student test is 18.89 meanwhile, the average score of second trial is 19.67. Generally, the score of students is 19.00. Based on the test score we found that student categories in good and very good categories. In addition, student perceptions result of interactive E-Moodle shows in good and very good category. We can conclude that an Interactive E-Moodle based on Problem Solving is appropriate for use in physics learning.

Abstract

Abstrak – Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru fisika dalam menyusun Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis inquiry dengan menggunakan alat praktikum sederhana. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan di SMA Mahaputra dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 16 orang guru fisika. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi, serta praktik penyusunan LKPD sesuai dengan tahapan inquiry learning. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta memberikan respon sangat baik terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan. Sebanyak 81% peserta menyatakan sangat puas dan merasa pelatihan ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kreativitas dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran fisika. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dalam menerapkan alat sederhana untuk mendukung kegiatan praktikum. Pelatihan ini efektif dalam mengoptimalkan kompetensi guru dan diharapkan dapat mendorong implementasi pembelajaran berbasis inquiry di sekolah menengah.Kata kunci: LKPD berbasis inquiry, alat praktikum sederhana, pembelajaran fisika
