Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of Good Corporate Governance toward profitability of listed manufacturer companies in Indonesian stock exchange in 2012-2016 periods. The proxies of Good corporate governance are board of commissioners, board of directors, and audit committee. Moreover, the profitability is measured by Return On Equity (ROE). Population in this study were registered manufacturer companies in Indonesian stock exchange in 2012-2016 periods. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Based on this method, it is obtained 29 companies. The type of data is secondary data. The data processing uses SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) v.20. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions. The result of this study showed that partially, the Board of Commissioners and the Audit Committee have no significant effect on profitability while the Board of Directors has a significant influence on profitability. Simultaneously the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and the Audit Committee had a significant influence on profitability.

Abstract

Perencanaan pembangunan daerah yang efektif memerlukan data yang akurat, partisipasi aktif pemangku kepentingan, serta pemanfaatan teknologi yang tepat guna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran teknologi digital dalam mendukung perencanaan daerah melalui kolaborasi antara dosen, mahasiswa, dan Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) Kabupaten Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan partisipatoris melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berbasis riset dan pengembangan sistem informasi spasial interaktif. Kolaborasi ini menghasilkan prototipe dashboard digital yang menyajikan data pembangunan secara real-time dan berbasis wilayah. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dalam proses perencanaan daerah. Selain itu, kolaborasi lintas aktor berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia lokal serta penguatan hubungan antara perguruan tinggi dan pemerintah daerah. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perluasan pemanfaatan teknologi digital serupa di daerah lain sebagai bagian dari inovasi tata kelola pembangunan daerah.

Abstract

A change in profit is a condition in which a company over a period of time has an increase or decrease in profits compared to the previous period. Failure to make a profit will seriously affect business operations. In the short term, losses may not matter unless the business suffers a substantial loss. The purpose of this research is to empirically examine if the ratios of current, debt, net profit margin, and total asset turnover have a significant impact on the growth of income for MNCs included in the IDX index between the years 2020 and 2022. This kind of study is quantitative and makes use of already collected data. For the years 2020-2022, this research focuses on American MNCs trading on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). A total of 68 samples were collected for this investigation through a purposive sampling strategy. Several different types of statistical tests (descriptive, multiple regression, traditional, and hypothesis) were utilized to analyze the data for this study. This research found that although changes in the Debt Ratio, Net Profit Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover did impact profits, Current Ratio no effect on profits. financial development. In addition, the findings demonstrate that the ratios of current, debt, net profit margin, and total asset turnover all have a synergistic impact on the rate at which income fluctuates.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) di Dusun Gondang, Desa Gondanglor, Kecamatan Sugio, Kabupaten Lamongan melalui digitalisasi ekonomi kreatif dan peningkatan literasi keuangan dasar. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah keterbatasan akses pasar dan minimnya pencatatan keuangan usaha. Solusi yang ditawarkan berupa penerapan platform digital “SOGA” sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran produk tradisional ramah lingkungan, serta edukasi akuntansi praktis untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan usaha secara sederhana namun sistematis. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi awal, pelatihan, pendampingan, serta evaluasi partisipatif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mitra terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital dan pencatatan keuangan. Produk-produk lokal yang sebelumnya hanya dijual secara offline kini mulai dipasarkan secara daring, sementara anggota KUBE juga mulai terbiasa melakukan pencatatan transaksi harian. Program ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi dan literasi keuangan dapat memperkuat kapasitas pelaku usaha desa dalam menciptakan ekonomi kreatif yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Information technology is very influential for the progress of a business. Various ways are done to promote the business owned, one of them by using ecommerce website. E-commerce is a buying and selling activity conducted online through the website or website. In KUN Toko case study case, the problem that often faced is the promotion media using only banners, the sale is still limited to offline, data storage and printing report is still in the form of records in the form of archives. The purpose of the research is to provide solutions to solve existing problems by designing an ecommerce-based sales information system. The results and conclusions of this research is ecommerce-based sales website can be used as a media campaign, simplify the process of selling done online, and can simplify the data processing and printing reports that no longer require recording in the form of archives.
