Abstract

Aplikasi untuk inventarisasi Seni dan Budaya Kota Pelambang lewat dokumentasi citra digital dengan Aplikasi berbasis Web sudah dibangun dengan alamat situs http://www.PalembangCulture.com dan diberi nama e-cute yang dapat diakses secara daring oleh pengguna. eCUTE telah berhasil mendokumentasi sebagian koleksi benda budaya seta cagar budaya di kota Palembang. Pengelolaan aplikasi tersebut selanjutnya akan dilakukan oleh Dinas Kebudayaan Kota Palembang. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan menggunaan aplikasi tersebut diberikan bagi pegawai UPTD terkait di Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata kota Palembang sebagai bagian dari upaya implementasi eCUTE. Kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan peserta dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi. Dengan implementasi eCUTE untuk inventarisasi bendabudaya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ketahanan budaya serta turut melestarikan benda budayadi Kota Palembang.Kata kunci : Inventarisasi, Website, Benda Budaya, Palembang,

Abstract

Perangkat lunak berbasis komponen banyak digunakan pada pengembangan sistem berskala besar dengan cara mengintegrasikan komponen – komponen perangkat lunak  yang ada. Pada proses pengintegrasian komponen sering ditemukan beberapa komponen yang tidak kompatibel dengan sistem baru. Dalam rangka mewujudkan penggunaan kembali komponen secara efektif dan efisien maka perlu dibuat aturan pengukuran (metric) untuk mengetahui  apakah komponen fungsional dan non fungsional telah memenuhi standar untuk digunakan pada sistem  baru. Aturan pengukuran (metric) yang dihasilkan akan diterapkan untuk mengukur  komponen  sehingga komponen yang sudah terstandarisasi  dapat digunakan pada sistem  yang berbeda.  Makalah ini menitikberatkan pada aturan pengukuran (metric) untuk  aspek  usabilitas.  Kunci - Komponen, Kegunaan-ulang, usabilitas dan metric

Abstract

CV. Zoom Computer is a private enterprise engaged in the sale of electronic goods. To resolve this issue Zoom Computer requires a good system and programmed the system to be more effective and efficient so as to optimize profitability. The problem of this study is limited to the design of electronic commercial sales information system with reference to the theories of commercial electronic design. The methodology in the design of electronic commercial sales information system is to implement the framework Waterfall. Using the programming language PHP and MySQL as a database manager application. CV. Zoom Computer using the Sales Information System Electronic Commercial is expected to facilitate the control and processing, the data inventory, purchasing, and sales and better payments so as to reduce the likelihood of potential errors in checking the information obtained will be faster and more accurate as well as a broad range.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an objective and transparent system for selecting outstanding students at MTsN 2 Palembang by applying the Preference Selection Index (PSI) method. Conventional evaluation in schools often prioritizes academic performance while overlooking extracurricular involvement and religious achievements. To address this limitation, three main criteria academic achievement, non-academic activities, and tahfidz were integrated into a multi-criteria decision-making framework. The research involved several stages: determining criteria and weights (0.5 for academics, 0.3 for non-academics, and 0.2 for tahfidz), collecting and normalizing data, calculating preference values, and ranking students. Data from 189 students were processed, producing PSI scores ranging from 0.6703 to 0.8329, with an average of 0.7251 and narrow gaps among the top five students. The results showed that although grade IX students dominated the top ten rankings, a grade VIII student achieved the highest score of 0.8329, demonstrating that balanced performance across criteria can outweigh seniority. These findings highlight the effectiveness of PSI in ensuring fair and holistic rankings by recognizing diverse dimensions of student performance, unlike conventional teacher-based assessments. Furthermore, the study illustrates the broader applicability of PSI as a decision-support tool that can be adopted by other schools and educational institutions to align evaluation practices with institutional values and educational goals. This approach not only improves fairness and transparency in student selection but also encourages the design of balanced development programs that foster intellectual, social, and spiritual growth.
