Abstract

Basically, concrete has some basic characteristics, thoseare strong to the compressive stress and weak to the tensile stress. The compressive strength of the concrete is influenced by the type of constituent material. If the constituent material is good, solid, then it will produce a concrete that has a high compressive strength. In this case it is planned by adding mountain gravel from Mantup District and natural fiber from water hyacinth at 0%, 4%, 6%, and 8% on concrete compressive strength. This research usesexperimentalmethod, where the gravel from Mantup replaces the common gravel and addition of water hyacinth fiber calculated from the proportion of cement weight used. By using cylindrical test object, it is made 3 test objects for each percentage sample of water hyacinth fiber, so that the result of concrete compressive strength obtained later can be compared to the results. Based on the concrete compressive strength test, the scores of compressive strength in the age of 7 days which then correlated to the age of  28 days ie 0% (9,30Mpa), 4% (6,61 Mpa), 6% (5,66 Mpa), and 8% (3,77 Mpa).

Abstract

The research was conducted to : (1) Knowing how the process of making coconut shell fly ash in concrete mixtures, (2) Knowing how the effect of increasing coconut shell fly ash to the compressive strength of concrete. The researcher was used experiment method. There are three samples of experiment things that used to increase the percentage of coconut shell fly ash. The size of the cylindrical mold was 15 cm and the height diameters were 30 cm. The treatment was passing for 7 days, the value of strong pressure was correlated over 28 days.  The finding research was found that the compound of coconut shell fly ash for quality concrete K-100 which affects the compressive strength of the concrete itself. From the data, it has been carried out that in this research coconut shell fly ash has increased significantly, the highest concrete coconut shell fly ash mixture 1.5% can reach a compressive strength of 31,643 MPa. At last, it can be concluded that coconut shell fly ash can be used as an added material for cement in K-100 quality concrete in the presentation above. For the next research, the researcher should do the deepest experiences to know the strength of concrete. Keywords : Concrete, Compressive Strength, Coconut Shell Fly.

Abstract

Kabupaten lamongan merupakan kabupaten yang memiliki berbagai macam potensi. Termasuk potensi  wisata di kabupaten lamongan juga tidak kalah dengan daerah lain di jawa timur.  Makam Mbah Anggungboyo, orang-orang disana menyebut makam itu adalah makam JokoTingkir. Sebuah makam keramat yang terkadang dikunjungi banyak penziarah dari luar desa bahkan luar kota Dari hal tersebut penulis mempunyai ide untuk mengembangkan potensi yang ada di Dusun Dukoh Desa Pringgoboyo Kec. Maduran Kab. Lamongan melalui Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini. Tujuan Penelitian hendak dicapai dalam program ini yaitu Terwujudnya Perencanaan Desa Wisata Berbasis Wisata Religi Makam Joko Tingkir Dusun Dukoh Desa Pringgoboyo Kec. Maduran Kab. Lamongan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survey lahan area makam dengan mengidentifikasi data ukuran dan batas batas wilayah makam. Setelah itu dilanjut dengan merencanakan denah dan model bangunan yang akan dijadikan desa wisata berbasis wisata religi. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dan pembahasan Perencanaan Pengembangan Desa Wisata Makam Joko Tingkir Berbasis Wisata Religi Desa Pringgoboyo Kabupaten Lamongan simpulkan bahwa perencanaan ini memerlukan luas area sebesar 46.816 m2. Dari luas tersebut memiliki beberapa analisa yaitu Analisis Tapak,Tujuan Analisis Tapak, Proses Analisa Tapak dan Design, Zoning Massa Solid Dan Void, Jalur Sirkulasi. Bangunan yang direncanakan meliputi Pendopo Makam, Museum dan mini teater, pujasera, parkir mobil dan motor, gapura pintu utama.

Abstract

Road damage in Bulutigo Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency affects access to agricultural mobilization in Lamongan Regency. So the researchers studied the value of the carrying capacity of the soil that caused road damage on the Bulutigo Village road, Laren District, Lamongan Regency. This study also examines the factors that affect the decline in the value of the bearing capacity of the soil. Data processing shows that the road subgrade soil in Bulutigo Village, Laren District, Lamongan Regency has a low carrying capacity value in terms of water content testing with an average value of 16.66% which includes high water content, from the Atterberg limit, it is included in the class of clay soil type. has a high plastic value with a PI value of 34.61%. Meanwhile, in the CBR test, the CBR value was 6.80% which was included in the "enough" category. And in the direct shear strength test, the value of the internal shear angle () is 15.03o.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the roots of bamboo fiber can be mixed with asphalt which is adhesive (waterproof) and an alternative to overcome the problem of road damage. The process of mixing bamboo root fiber with AC-WC asphalt is carried out during the frying process with the aggregate, then after the frying process is carried out the pounding process is carried out (compact), then let stand and after cooling the mashall test process is carried out. Effect of the 3 variations used, namely 0%, 3%, and 5% addition of bamboo fiber roots used did not meet the standard specification of Bina Marga V 2002. 0% was the Marshall Stability value of 898,587kg, FLOW with a value of 2.0 mm, 3 % is with the value of Marshall Stability 592,320kg, FLOW with a value of 2.8 mm, 5% is with a value of Marshall Stability 527,110, FLOW with a value of 4.9 mm.

Abstract

Reservoir is a container or place for storing raw water, which will later be used as a temporary water storage area, then used as a place for water treatment for the continued growth of rice plants. In addition to rice plants, reservoirs are also used to minimize drought disasters in the dry season. The construction of this reservoir will be used by the Kramat village community to improve the economy in two sectors, namely agriculture and village potential, Kramat village itself is one of the villages in Lamongan Regency which has an area of ​​194.80 hectares and is located in Lamongan sub-district which has a population of 2,012 people. Most of their livelihoods are farmers. Seeing such conditions, farmers need facilities to help meet the needs of raw water for their agricultural land which will be planned with the planning method carried out by the construction of the reservoir with various stages such as measuring with 2 methods, either surveying in the field or utilizing digital applications or software using fields area or Google earth, after finding the size, then we can determine the sketch of the image on the reservoir by drawing in AutoCAD software. The area of ​​land used for the construction of the reservoir has an area of ​​1,452.03 m2, which is later estimated to be able to accommodate 8,507,190 L of water. The total volume of excavation work is 8,507.19 m3 with an estimated work period of 23 days. Excavator pc 200 heavy equipment operational cost : Rp. 101.200.000 per 23 days and for Dump truck capacity of 8 m3: Rp. 2,400,000 (2 dump trucks) per day.

Abstract

In this increasingly advanced era, the more development is carried out, the increasing scale of development. It shows more and more concrete needs in the future. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the addition of water hyacinth fiber as a mixture on concrete. Data analysis methods begin with the investigation of cement material, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, and water hyacinth material. Concrete is added with water hyacinth fiber with addition variations of 0%, 1%, 3% and 5%. Test object used in the form of a cylinder with size ø 15 cm x 30 cm. Concrete mix design uses ASTM method. In the process of making water hyacinth fiber begins with cutting the water hyacinth by 3-5 cm, then milling it into fiber. The next step is drying into the sun and then into the oven at 150ºC. From the results of the research conducted at the Civil Engineering Laboratory of Lamongan Islamic University, the results showed that there was a decrease in strength in the variation of the addition of water hyacinth 1% and 3% but experienced an increase in the 5% variation. It is known that the correlation of concrete compressive strength at 28 days is 0% at 86.27 Kg/cm2, 1% at 60.66 Kg/cm2, 3% at 55.27 Kg/cm2 and 5% at 57.97 Kg/cm2. Keywords: Water Hyacinth; Concrete; Compressive StrengthDi era yang semakin maju ini, semakin banyak pembangunan dilakukan, semakin besar skala pembangunan. Ini menunjukkan semakin banyak kebutuhan konkret di masa depan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penambahan serat eceng gondok sebagai campuran pada beton. Metode analisis data dimulai dengan investigasi bahan semen, agregat halus, agregat kasar, dan bahan eceng gondok. Beton ditambahkan dengan serat eceng gondok dengan variasi penambahan 0%, 1%, 3% dan 5%. Benda uji yang digunakan berupa silinder dengan ukuran ø 15 cm x 30 cm. Desain campuran beton menggunakan metode ASTM. Dalam proses pembuatan serat eceng gondok diawali dengan memotong eceng gondok sebanyak 3-5 cm, kemudian digiling menjadi serat. Langkah selanjutnya adalah menjemur ke matahari dan kemudian ke oven pada 150 ºC. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Teknik Sipil Universitas Islam Lamongan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penurunan kekuatan variasi penambahan eceng gondok 1% dan 3% tetapi mengalami peningkatan variasi 5% . Diketahui bahwa korelasi kuat tekan beton pada 28 hari adalah 0% pada 86,27 Kg / cm2, 1% pada 60,66 Kg / cm2, 3% pada 55,27 Kg / cm2 dan 5% pada 57,97 Kg / cm2. Abstract

Concrete quality depends on the value of the ratio of materials, how to blend and how to pour the concrete mixture, how to compact and how to care for it during the hardening process. This study aims to determine how much influence the curing process using water with a mixture of Co(NH2)2 and normal water has on the compressive strength of concrete fc' 20 Mpa. The sample is a cylindrical specimen with a diameter of 15 cm and a height of 30 cm. Samples were made 3 test objects with the age of 28 days and tested coherently. The compressive strength of normal concrete has increased in quality with the age between 7 is 9.1 Mpa to 28 days is 17 Mpa. While the concrete with curring process using water with a mixture of urea increased at age 7 with a value of 10.8 Mpa to 21 days with a value of 14.4 Mpa, but at age 28 the strength of the concrete decreased by 12 Mpa. Cracks with cone and split types are 10 pieces, this can happen because the material in the concrete mixer has not been mixed well during the concrete manufacturing process.

Abstract

The road is one of the transportation infrastructures which is expected that the road condition has durability according to the ade of the plan. This study aims to determine in general the use of pegat mountain pebbles as highway pavement material (AC-WC). In this study using a mixture of asphalt laston type IX SNI 03-1737-1989 with variations of pegat mountain gravel mixture by 0%, 50%, 100%. From the research result obtained the highest marshall stability value of 1.214kg, highest plastic melt (flow) of 3,40mm, cavity in mixture (void in the mix) increased by 4,48%, cavity filled with asphalt (void filled with asphalt) highest increase of 0,83%, cavity in aggregate (void in mineral aggregate) increased by 22,23%, and marshall quotient (MQ) increased by 249% in the variation of pegat mountain gravel additives by 50%Keyword : Asphalt, Road, Laston Type IX, Pegat Mountain GravelJalan tersebut merupakan salah satu infrastruktur transportasi yang diharapkan kondisi jalannya memiliki daya tahan sesuai dengan rencana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara umum penggunaan kerikil gunung pegat sebagai material perkerasan jalan raya (AC-WC). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan campuran aspal laston tipe IX SNI 03-1737-1989 dengan variasi campuran kerikil gunung pegat sebesar 0%, 50%, 100%. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai stabilitas marshall tertinggi 1,214kg, lelehan plastik (aliran) 3,40mm, rongga dalam campuran (void dalam campuran) meningkat sebesar 4,48%, rongga diisi dengan aspal (batal diisi dengan aspal) ) peningkatan tertinggi 0,83%, rongga agregat (batal pada agregat mineral) meningkat sebesar 22,23%, dan marshall quotient (MQ) meningkat sebesar 249% dalam variasi aditif kerikil gunung pegat sebesar 50%. Kata Kunci: Aspal, Jalan, Laston Tipe IX, Kerikil Gunung Pegat

Abstract

A large amount of waste is generated from various industrial activities. Limah glass is one of the wastes that allows it to be used as an alternative solution to environmental problems. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of glass waste on the compressive strength of concrete. The experimental method was applied by mixing glass waste which was made into powder with a percentage of 0%, 5%, 15%, and 25% as a fine aggregate substitute. The quality of the concrete is planned to be Fc'16.6 with 12 samples of cylindrical 15x30 cm. The compressive strength test was carried out at the age of 7 and 28 days of concrete. The results showed that there was a decrease in each variation of the mixture. In testing the compressive strength of concrete aged 7 days, the highest compressive strength was obtained in concrete with the addition of glass powder with a percentage of 5% with a compressive strength value of 23.97 Mpa. While at the age of 28 days, the highest compressive strength was obtained in concrete with the addition of glass powder with a percentage of 5% with a compressive strength value of 34.24 Mpa.
