Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sistem pengendalian internal pada pengelolaan dana BOS SDN 16 Urat Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah SDN 16 Urat Timur. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data dari wawancara yang dilakukan dengan kepala sekolah sebagai ketua tim pengelola dana BOS tingkat sekolah, bendahara, pihak komite sekolah dan pihak guru. Metode pengumpulan data lain yang digunakan adalah metode dokumentasi dan observasi. Peneliti menggunakan PP No. 60 Tahun 2008 tentang SPIP sebagai instrument evaluasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal sudah diterapkan dengan baik, tetapi masih perlu ada perbaikan di kegiatan pengelolaan dana. Pada kegiatan pengelolaan dana, sekolah perlu untuk membuat prioritas untuk alokasi penggunaan dana BOS dan juga perlu untuk memaksimalkan penggunaan dana BOS sekolah. Abstract

Small uncrewed aircraft have become one of the increasingly popular technological innovations and are widely used in various fields, including civil aviation. However, using drones also carries potential risks to flight safety and airport security, mainly when operating in the Flight Operational Control Area (KKOP) around the airport. Therefore, it is important to conduct effective socialization regarding the Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SPUKTA) regulations for airport security personnel to increase understanding of using small uncrewed aircraft operations for the public and workers.This community service research results show that the socialization of SPUKTA regulations to airport security personnel in the KKOP area at Silangit International Airport is done through training and counseling. Socialization includes an understanding of drone classification, flight restrictions in the KKOP area, licensing procedures, and emergency actions in dealing with drone operational disruptions, as well as detection and barrier technology to prevent the entry of unauthorized drones. Collaboration between aviation authorities, airport management, and security personnel is needed to continuously update and improve the socialization of SPUKTA regulations to maintain the safety and security of flight operations at Silangit International Airport.

Abstract

In today's digital era, efficient and modern library management has become an essential need for educational institutions. Medan Aviation Polytechnic as one of the institutions under the Ministry of Transportation, requires a library system that can optimize the borrowing and returning processes, as well as enhance services to users. This study aims to design and implement a smart library system based on smart card technology using Near Field Communication (NFC). The developed system utilizes smart cards as library membership cards integrated with NFC technology to facilitate access to the library system. The research methodology includes literature review, system design, implementation, and system testing. The test results show that all smart cards were successfully detected by the system, and only registered cards were allowed access. The maximum reading distance of the NFC reader was 4 cm, with an average access time of 0.42 seconds. The system also accurately classified book borrowing based on study programs. All system features functioned properly and received a high level of user satisfaction, with an average score of 4.59 out of 5, indicating that the system meets user needs, improves service quality, and modernizes library management.
