Abstract

The environment is one of the natural resources that means a lot for living things. But reality proves, many humans have not realized the importance of protecting the environment, especially in terms of efforts to preserve and maintain its cleanliness. Many even throw garbage in any place and consider it a normal thing. The teaching of cleanliness in Islam is a consequence of faith in Allah. Cleanliness is part of faith. Thus cleanliness in Islam has aspects of worship and morals. So the teaching of cleanliness should not only be a slogan, but must be made into a practical lifestyle, which educates humans to live clean all the time. Regarding the cleanliness of the environment, the Ponorogo, Madiun and Magetan governments have made several efforts in order to make people aware of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness by disposing of garbage in its place. These efforts include issuing local regulations governing waste management and sanctions for anyone who violates them, launching a plastic waste-free program, encouraging the realization of Adiwiyata schools, awarding Adipura trophies and providing as many trash bins in public places as possible.

Abstract

There has been an increase in cases of sexual violence against children in the Ponorogo Regency, some of which have been made public through social media. Due to the courage of both those who commit sexual violence and the victims, this issue makes for an exciting area of research using the interaction theory, the social factor theory, and the coping theory. This study aimed to analyze the interactions of social factors and parents' coping models of the victims and perpetrators of sexual violence. It employed a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings revealed that all victims and perpetrators of sexual violence have an honest relationship with their parents. As a result, this act of sexual violence occurs due to factors in the victim's personality being close to their parents. The social factors of victims, parents, and perpetrators related to education are diverse. This crime occurs at all levels of education because, as Muzaham argues, family education is an essential element of character development that has not been implemented. The fact that all victims and perpetrators are from Java indicates a cultural shift in Javanese society due to social changes. While the concept of family is good, it falls short in building character. Focused coping is the primary mode of coping in the model. Some parents use emotional coping in the beginning, but they eventually switch to a more focused approach

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Education No. 6093 of 2020 concerning competency standards for Qur’an mastery, particularly in the teaching of the Qur’an at IAIN Ponorogo, using a structural-functional theoretical perspective. The research employs a qualitative evaluative approach, with data collected through document analysis, program evaluation reports, and observations of Qur'an learning activities. The findings reveal that implementing Qur'an teaching has significantly improved students' competencies in Qur'anic recitation, memorization, and comprehension. From a structural-functional perspective, the Qur'an learning program functions not only as an academic instrument but also as a mechanism for maintaining educational order and social stability within the institution. Nevertheless, challenges persist due to students' diverse educational backgrounds, which affect the uniformity of competency achievement. Therefore, this study recommends continuous evaluation, adaptive learning strategies, and differentiated instructional approaches to ensure the sustainability, relevance, and effectiveness of Qur'an teaching programs in responding to students' needs and institutional goals.

Abstract

One of the Javanese Tafsir books is the Al-Ibriz Tafsir Book, in which Bisri Mustofa paid attention to the rules for using the Javanese language. This research discusses the nature of Allah in the book Tafsir Al-Ibriz and explains the sociolinguistic and pragmatic studies, which are then linked to the social life of society. This research uses a descriptive-analytical approach with sociolinguistic and pragmatic theories. The results of this research are as follows: in terms of sociolinguistic theory, the use of krama language in the description of Allah in Tafsir Al-Ibriz is a code switch which takes the form of a speech level from Javanese ngoko to Javanese krama. Meanwhile, viewed with pragmatic theory, the use of polite language in this interpretation uses speech act level parameters. Bisri Mustofa uses the language of krama in characterizing Allah because Allah's position is the highest. The relevance of the use of krama inggil language in Tafsir Al-Ibriz to the construction of social values”‹of Javanese society is that Javanese people can apply Javanese krama language as a means of instilling politeness values.
