Abstract

AbstractExperiential marketing gives customers an opportunity to engage and interact with brands,products, and services in sensory ways that provide the icing on the cake of providing information. Personalexperiences help people connect to a brand and make intelligent and informed purchasing decisions. Theterm “experiential marketing” refers to actual costomers esperiences with the brand/product/services thatdrive sales and increase brand image and awareness through sense, feel, think, act, and relate to Companyand Brands. It’s difference between telling people about features of product or service and letting themexperience the benefits for themselves. Abstract

Abstract Nowadays, the companies are in the middle of the information competition century.  To  achieve  competitive  success,  the  century  information  environment requires the new ability of the companies must be owned by the manufacturing and services. A company's ability to process information from a variety of instruments is absolutely need, steer the company to across the complex competitive environment. Company requires instrument which capable of explaining various aspects of the environment and performance in monitoring of travel towards a promising future. Balanced Scorecard provides an instrument that is required to steer the company toward the future success of the competition. An accurate understanding about the goals  and  methods  for  achieving  it  is  very  vital.  Balanced  Scorecard  translates mission and strategy of the company in to a comprehensive measure that provides a framework for measurement and strategic management system. Scorecard measures the performance of companies on the four perspectives of balanced: financial, customer. internal business processes, and learning growth. Balanced Scorecard enables companies to record financial performance results as well as monitor progress  in  building  the  company's  ability  and  to  obtain  intangible  assets  that required for future growth. Keywords: balanced scorecard, performance, and trategic management system

Abstract

The awareness of discipline is something very important for any organization. One way to improve the awareness of discipline is through being under the immediate. This reseacrh to know the supervision of superior directly to the awareness of discipline the office of labor and population city Banda Aceh. Respondents this research consisting of employees and each head part on any part of which is in these agencies. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires containing questions relating to monitoring the direct and the awareness of discipline. Data on anaslisis using the statistics multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that pengasan immediate superior which includes monitoring, examination, and judgment influential positive on the awareness of discipline. The koefesien terminated (r2) of 0,217 means that 21,7 percent the awareness of discipline on these agencies influenced by monitoring, check and assess the as a form of supervision immediate superior. The rest of 78.3 percent longer had other factors besides monitoring the immediate superior .The results of testing statistics show value F count larger had than the F table at the belief 95 percent. Hypothesis Ha accepted, on the other hand hypothesis H0 rejected, supervision and monitoring of immediate superior, examination, and assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan pada Bappeda Nagan Raya dengan objek yang diteliti adalah administrasi perencanaan pembangunan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanan administrasi perencanaan pembangunan pada instansi tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan cara membandingkan data hasil penelitian dengan teori teori yang ada dan selanjutnya disusun dalam sebuah karya ilmiahHasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa administrasi perencanaan pembangunan telah diterapkan pada Bappeda Kabupaten Nagan Raya, hal ini terlihat dari telah dilakukannya administrasi perencanaan pembangunan yang dilakukan dengan urutan sebagai berikut: 1) Penerimaan Surat Surat masuk yang datang dari instansi lain diterima oleh petugas penerima surat.2) Pembukaan Surat Surat dibuka untuk mengetahui alamat tujuan surat, kelengkapan surat, ada lampiran atau tidak, selanjutnya surat diberi cap tanggal surat tersebut diterima. Untuk surat rahasia dan pribadi tidak dibuka melainkan langsung diberikan kepada yang berhak menerimanya. 3) Pengarahan Surat Pengarahan surat dilakukan  sesuai dengan unit pengolah yang akan menangani surat tersebut. 4) Pencatatan Surat Masuk 5) Pencatatan Surat Masuk Penting

Abstract

This report aims to understand sector affecting economic growth in simeulue district, in the period 2008-2017.But the data collected is the data on economic growth, government investment and labor sourced from statistics ( BPS ), the financial management and local asset ( DPKKD ) and social affairs, labor and transmigration department.Model analysis the data used was linear regression multiple, correlation analysis and testing hypothesis t use test and the f. Based on multiple linear regression results interpretation with the equation LnY = α + β1LnX1 + β1 LnX2 + e, we can see the size of the contribution variable free on variables bound namely investment (0,074) and 1,128 ) of labor , it means variable free X (investment and of labor) can increase economic growth in kabupaten simeulue .The value of R (correlation coefficient) as much as 0,891 , means that the value the correlation is very strong show of closeness as it had remained in hose 0.8-1. Between X1 (government investment) with (economic growth) show tstat<ttable is 1,046< 1,895.While between X2(of labor) with Y (economic growth) shows tstat>ttable is 4,541> 1,895. In the F (13,472 > 3,79) significant to the level of errors a = 5percent. This means H0 in good and H1 accepted, it means investment and labor simultaneously significant on economic growth in the Simeulue.Recommendations, regional growth can continue to increase in with penigkatan skill labor and optimization the economic growth has increased from sector-sector (GDP) another.Keywords: Economic growth, Investment and Labor

Abstract

Hakikat Komunikasi adalah suatu proses sosial antar manusia, terjadi interaksi individu dengan lingkungannya akhirnya menyebabkan perubahan perilaku tidak paham menjadi paham. Guru waktu bersamaan melakukan komunikasi dengan anak didik, penukaran informasi. Komunikasi terjadi jika penyampai informasi, mengerti bentuk dan pola komunikasi yang baik. Komunikasi keterampilan mengajar guna memenuhi capaian dari pembelajaran. Kegiatan pengabdian pada SDIT dan Taman Kanak Islam Terpadu (TKIT) Ar-Rahman I Nagan Raya terletak di Lorong Cot Ganti Desa Simpang Peut Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya berdiri sejak tahun 2011. Jumlah lulusan TKIT 210 anak. Sekarang ini sebanyak 92, terdiri dari 54 murid laki-laki dan 38 anak murid perempuan. Dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM) di jalankan oleh sejumlah Guru sebanyak delapan orang dan satu orang kepala sekolah. Kesembilannya terdiri dari Eliza, S.Hum. selaku kepala sekolah, beserta dewan guru yang terdiri dari Sandi Herawati, A.MK, Rahmawati, A.Ma, Nursawida, S.Pd. I, Siti Aisyah, S. KM, Nurmayani, Era Diana,S. KM, Yulia Citra dan Anita serta Eka Yuni Kartika. Kelas A anak didik berjumlah 40 orang dan kelas B berjumlah 41 orang anak didik, komunikasi pendidikan dalam mentransfer ilmu kepada anaka didik melalui komunikasi efektif di TKIT dan SDIT Ar-Rahman I Nagan Raya.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan pada salah-satu kegaiatan mahasiwa yaitu latihan kepemimpinan mahasiswa Ippelmas (LKMI)-I Ippelmas Aceh Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan tujuan agar mengembangkan jiwa kepemimpinan mahasiswa dan mengasah soft skill dan hard skill di bidang kepemimpinan. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan semangat jiwa kepemimpinan mahasiswa hingga bermanfaat bagi agama, bangsa, dan Negara Indonesia. Dalam proses pelatihan ini mahasiswa dan mahasiswi diperlukan pemberian motivasi dalam pengembangan jiwa kepemimpinan mahasiswa dan mahasiswi, agar tumbuh rasa percaya diri dan rasa tanggungjawab dalam berorganisasi, baik di dalam dunia kerja maupun dimana mahasiswa dan mahasiswi tersebut berada.
