<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effectiveness of APBG management in the concept of reinventing government. The research design used is descriptive qualitative research with observation data collection methods. Researchers conducted direct observations at the village office in Pasi Pinang Village, conducted interviews with the village treasurer regarding APBG funds and conducted documentation. The research location is in Pasi Pinang Village, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. The results of the study show that the Pasi Pinang Village Government has started to implement the concept of Reinventing Government as evidenced by the existence of village-owned businesses and village assets managed by BUMG as one of the Village's Original Income (PAG). The PAG in 2019 that the village received was very effective (100%) with an income of IDR 56,375,000, exceeding the target stated in the APBG of IDR 36,000,000. In 2020 PAG was less effective (69%) because it decreased by Rp. 24,700,000 so it did not reach the target set by the APBG of Rp. 36,000,000. The stipulation of a Governor's Regulation (Pergub) regarding the prohibition of gampong business results in the form of the distribution of Galian C and also the farm shop business is the cause of the decline in income and the village is experiencing bankruptcy from the gampong business in the form of buying and selling activities on the farming business. People often complain about income that does not match their capital so that the results from these efforts are not given to BUMG. Therefore, in 2020 the business will no longer be a village business]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan belanja pemerintah terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Aceh Barat pada periode 2005-2014. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi, terdapat konstanta sebesar 5,718, koefisien regresi pertumbuhan ekonomi (X2) adalah 428, dan koefisien regresi pengeluaran pemerintah (X2) adalah 2,639. Dengan koefisien determinasi (R adjustes) sebesar 48,1 persen. Ini berarti bahwa pekerjaan di Kabupaten Aceh Barat adalah 48,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh pertumbuhan ekonomi dan belanja pemerintah dan sisanya 51, 9 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar model ini. saran dikemukakan bahwa pemerintah daerah yang telah bekerja pada kinerja ekonomi mereka untuk mendorong dan memacu pertumbuhan ekonomi, terutama di semua sektor yang mampu menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja seperti sektor pertanian dan sektor perdagangan dan perusahaan lokal. Dan juga perlu mencari dalam mengatasi masalah upah sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pekerja tanpa mengorbankan kepentingan pengusaha.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the degree of fiscal decentralization on economic growth in the South West Region of Aceh Province for the period 2011-2019. The data used are secondary data obtained from the Provincial Statistics Agency (BPS) and districts/cities in the South West region of Aceh Province, as well as from related agencies that have relevance to the subject matter of this research. This study uses a simple linear regression analysis model. The variables used are economic growth (dependent variable) and fiscal decentralization (independent variable). The results showed that the degree of fiscal decentralization in the South West Aceh region had a positive effect on economic growth in the South West Aceh. It is hoped that the District / City Governments of the South West of Aceh Province can increase economic growth, and explore productive and potential economic sectors that can influence the degree of fiscal decentralization in the South West Region of Aceh Province.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in Aceh Barat in the era of autonomy. In addition, from expenditure side the analysis of this study evaluate whether the district budget of Aceh Barat was being used efficiently and effectively. The data used were secondary data from 2003 to 2012. The results of the study revealed that Aceh district is heavily influenced by public investment, economic growth, and the cost of tax collection. The level of budget management efficiency was ranging from 24.76%to 85.53%. This means that the budget efficiency in the district was somewhat efficient, while the level of effectiveness rangingfrom 96.32%to 117.78% which wasquite effective.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims at identifying and analyzing factors that affect tax revenues in aceh barat. data were used from 2006 to 2012. A multiple regression model was used. estimation results showed that the number of visitors and supply of hotel rooms have a positive and significant impact on tax revenue in aceh barat. revenue from hotel tax increased by Rp. 570 823 rupiah for each additional one room building units. hotel tax revenues also increased by Rp. 73 785 rupiah for each additional one visitor. based on these results, the local government have to provide facilities that can attract the private sector to increase the number of rooms. the local government is also expected to attract tourists by increasing the availability of tourist destinations that contribute to the increase in hotel tax revenues.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh investasi dan angkatan kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Aceh. Hipotesis diuji dan di analisis mengunakan metode Analisis Regresi Berganda. Aspek yang dianalisis mencakup variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi (PDRB), investasi dan angkatan kerja. Hasil Estimasi menunjukkan bahwa pengeluaran investasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Sedangkan, angkatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pemerintah daerah harus benar-benar menyadari indikator apa yang mampu memacu Tingkat investasi guna menekan angka pengangguran, baik itu yang disebabkan oleh meningkatnya tingkat pendidikan dan pelatihan tenaga kerja lokal atau perubahan struktur ekonomi ke arah yang lebih modern. Dan diharapkan juga kepada pemerintah daerah untuk lebih serius dalam mamperhatikan kondisi ketenagakerjaan, dengan memperhatikan pengalokasian anggaran terutama pada pengeluaran pemerintah daerah dalam bidang sumberdaya manusia dan ketenaga kerjaan, guna menciptakan tenaga kerja yang handal, baik yang mampu mengadopsi teknologi-teknologi baru sehingga dapat lebih terserap dipasar tenaga kerja, yang kemudian membawa dampak pengangguran yang terus menurun serta kepada semua elemen masyarakat harus memulai prinsip kewirausahaan, agar dalam mencari kerja tidak hanya manunggu lowongan kerja, tetapi mampu menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.Kata Kunci : Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Investasi dan Angkatan Kerja.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out how much intensification and extensification of local tax revenues in supporting local revenue (PAD) in the district at Nagan Raya. The model used descriptive qualitative is to see the extensification and intensification of local tax revenues in supporting the original revenue (PAD) areas in Nagan Raya district from 2008-2017. The results of this study indicate that local taxes have potentials that have not been explored by the government in this case BPKD that has the potential to be developed that is restaurant tax and hotel tax then calculations made to the actual potential in know that local taxes have great potential, because the target in set the government still below the potential that matches the actual conditions. PAD’s original source of income in Nagan raya district is the district’s revenue and expenditure budget APBK. PAD’s original regional income is an important benchmark to determining the level of regional capacity in implementing regional autonomy in a real and responsible manner. The objects of original PAD regional income that are already running are supported by improvements or existing qanuns. Taxintensification and extensification in Nagan Raya regency is measured by the amount of income, real data collection and through good revenue capacity. The Nagan Raya district government in tax intensification needs to provide extension agents to improve taxpayers compliance by the community will increase the original income because the more obedient people who pay taxes, the better the original income of the PAD will increase. <![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh investasi sektor publik dan sektor swasta terhadap pendapatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Aceh Barat dan Manajemen Keuangan Daerah dan Aset Daerah (DPKKD) Kabupaten Aceh Barat dan lembaga terkait lainnya yang memiliki relevansi dengan materi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pendapatan per kapita masyarakat (Y) dan inflasi di sektor pulik dan sektor swasta sebagai (X). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel investasi publik berhubungan positif dengan Pendapatan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Barat dengan ,, sehingga secara individu variabel investasi memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Berdasarkan hasil data yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Investasi swasta tidak mempengaruhi Pendapatan Masyarakat di Aceh Barat, sehingga secara individual variabel Investasi Pribadi X2 berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat di Kabupaten Aceh Barat. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian simultan yang diperoleh, maka metode pengambilan keputusan adalah hipotesis nol ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif diterima pada tingkat 95%, artinya variabel investasi dan investasi swasta mempengaruhi tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat di Barat Kabupaten Aceh.Kata kunci: Investasi Publik, Investasi Swasta, dan pendapatan per kapita masyarakat ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pengelolaan dana APBG di Gampoeng Uteun Pulo Kecamatan Seunagan Timur Kabupaten Nagan Raya tahun 2015-2019 serta hambatan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaannya, APBG merupakan sebuah rencana operasional tahunan yang diambil dari program umum pemerintahan dan pembangunan desa yang dijabarkan dalam angka-angka rupiah. Dalam penelitian ini jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan teknik efektivitas dan rasio kriteria efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pengelolaan dana APBG di Gampoeng Uteun Pulo Kecamatan Seunagan Timur Kabupaten Nagan Raya tahun 2015-2019 sudah berada dalam kategori efektif. Dengan perbandingan tingkat efektivitas pada tahun tahun 2015 sebesar 100% tahun 2016 sebesar 100%, tahun 2017 sebesar 95.36%, tahun 2018 sebesar 100%, dan tahun 2019 sebesar99.05%. <![CDATA[The coronavirus pandemic has made some small industrial communities complain, plus there is confusing news information so that some people feel nervous in dealing with the spread of the coronavirus. The study in this research is basically field research (field research) and literary (library research), with a historical and multidisciplinary approach. Existing data, the authors analyze using a comparative method in a qualitative paradigm, through snowball sampling. Through this method, researchers hope to collect information needed by the small industrial community, so that they are motivated and enthusiastic in moving their business in the midst of the Corona pandemic. The role of the media is not only to report but also to deny hoax information and untrue information, moreover, the media has an important and strategic role in following the development of reliable information related to Covid-19 reporting, as a trusted source for the community towards the era of adaptation of new habits (new normal). ). The presence of journalists presenting news about aid programs, business opportunities, and product marketing facilities for small industry players in circulation and online is one of the breakthroughs that can foster new optimism and hope (expectations) among small industry players in the midst of their business slump due to the pandemic. corona.
