Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of zakat, inflation and the development of micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) to economic growth in the Indonesia period 2011-2018. This research uses quantitative approach methods. This research is a secondary study of data time series that was subsequently analyzed using the EVIEWS 09 application. The data used ate quarterly data on zakat, inflation and the development of micro small and medium enterprises and gross domestic product (PDB) period 2011-2018. The results of this research show that zakat has a positive and insignificant effect, Inflation has negative and insignificant, and the development of micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) has a positive and insignificant effect to economic growth in Indonesia. Simultaneously zakat, development of micro (UMKM) has a significant and insignificant to economic growth.Keywords: Zakat, Inflation, the development of UMKM, Economic Growth

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), Pembiayaan syariah dan Zakat terhadap pengentasan Kemiskinan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang didapatkan dari website resmi seperti www.kemenkeu.go.id, www.baznas.go.id, www.zakat.com. Kemudian data yang didapat berupa data panel di uji menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui aplikasi statistik E-VIEWS 9 dengan mengestimasi semua variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa APBN berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kemiskinan, pembiayaan syariah berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dan zakat berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kemiskinan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of business motivation, business competition, and brand equity on business development using religiosity as a moderating variable. This study uses quantitative methods that aim to confirm the data obtained in the field with existing theories. The object of research used is the perpetrators of the Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Semarang Regency with a sample of 100 respondents. As for the data collection technique using the questionnaire method. The data obtained were then tested using the SPSS 16 application and used multiple linear regression models and tests moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that; (1) business motivation has no significant positive effect, (2) business co petition has a significant positive effect, (3) brand equity has no significant positive effect, (4) religiosity can moderate the relationship between business motivation and business development, (5) religiosity cannot moderate the relationship between business competition and business development, (6) religiosity cannot moderate the relationship between brand equity and business development

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, job satisfaction on the performance of managers. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Tumang. The research was conducted by survey method (survey). Collecting data using a questionnaire based on a questionnaire. The number of samples was taken as many as 120 managers of KSPPS BMT TUMANG by purposive random sampling based on the job description. The test technique used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) which aims to explain the relationship between exogenous variables (transformational leadership style) and endogenous variables (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and manager performance). SEM analysis begins with the instrument validity and reliability test phase, assumption test (assumption of sample adequacy, assumption of normality, assumption of outliers), evaluation of criteria goodness of fit, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that transformational leadership style had an effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style had an effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had no significant effect on manager performance, the organizational commitment had an effect on manager performance, transformational leadership style had no significant effect on manager performance, transformational leadership style had an effect on not significant on performance through job satisfaction, and transformational leadership style affects the performance of managers through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership, Islamic work ethic and compensation on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as an intervening variable (Study on BMT in Semarang Regency). The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative research. The method of collecting data is through questionnaires distributed to managers at BMT Semarang Regency. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents with puposive sampling technique. The obtained data is then processed using the SPSS version 22 tool. This analysis includes validity test, reliability test, statistical test, coefficient test determination, F test, T test, classical assumption test and path analysis test (path analysis). The results of the T test show that Servant Leadership, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Islamic work ethic and Organizational citizenship behavior have a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Path analysis test shows that there is a mediating influence of servant leadership and Islamic work ethic on employee performance through Organization Citizenship Behavior, there is no mediating effect of compensation on employee performance through Organization Citizenship Behavior (OCB).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of income level, trust, and reputation toward donators’ interest to pay Zakat with religiosity as the moderating variable (case study of BAZNAS in Yogyakarta). The method of data collection is done through questionnaire shared by donators at BAZNAS in the city of Yogyakarta. This research studies 100 respondents using purposive sampling. The data obtained then are analyzed using SPSS 20 version. This analysis examines the validity, reliability, classic assumption, statistics through t statistics, f statistics, coefficient determination (R2), and moderated regression analysis (MRA).  Based of the result of t analysis, it shows that the variable of income level and reputation gives the positive influence and insignificances toward the donators’ interest in paying the Zakat. Meanwhile, the variable of trust and religiosity gives positive influence and significances toward the donators’ interest in paying the Zakat. In moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), it states that religiosity does not moderate the income level, trust and reputation toward the donators’ interests in paying Zakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pembinaan perilaku sosial dan spiritual pada santri pondok pesantren Al-Manar bener kab semarang. Dan apa saja faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung pembinaan perilaku sosial dan spiritual pada santri pondok pesantren Al-Manar Bener Kabupaten Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data dengan cara menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan juga dokumentasi, data yang telah didapat kemudian dianalisiskan. Dimana sumber utama dalam penelitian dari pihak yang diwawancarakan adalah pengasuh pondok pesantren, ustadz, santri, alumni, dan masyarakat sekitar yang berada di pondok pesantren Al-Manar. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, Pembinaan yang dilakukan oleh pihak pesantren berkenaan denganperilaku sosial pada santri pondok pesantren Al-Manar yakni dengan Program dalam beragama dan saling tolong menolong, Program madrasah diniyah, Program beberapa piket pondok pesantren (Roan), Program untuk selalu membiasakan individu pribadi santri untuk saling berkumpul dengan individu santri yang lain baik dari segi sisi yang berbeda; edukasi pengaruh positif dari pribadi maupun kalangan santri seperti mengaji, bermusawaroh, rapat berhubungan dengan kepesantren. Sedangkan prilaku spiritual yaitu mengiuti kegiatan rutinan pesantren seperti mujahadah dan tahlilan setiap hari kamis malam jumat, al-berjanji, dan menunjang nilai-nilai spiritualitas bagi santri itu seperti melaksanakan sholat tahajud, sholat hajat, sholat dhuha, Mengikuti proses pembelajaran sorogan kitab bertitik berat pada kajian-kajian kitab kuning karangan ulama’ syafi’iyyah. substansi yang ditekankan adalah nahwu, sorof, fiqih, ushul fiqih, hadits, tafsir, tauhid, tasawuf, dan tarikh.Keduafaktor pendukung Prilaku sosial seperti metode pembiasan dan metode pengawasan, Sitem pembelajaran yang di bekali dengan program kegiatan PPL, PKL & KKN. Sedangkan faktor pendukung Prilaku Spiritual kurang disiplin, kurang maksimal, respon yang masih rendah, kedekatan santri degan masyarakat.
