Abstract

Abstrak Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) adalah suatu ukuran untuk menentukan kualitas dari sebuah sinyal yang terganggu oleh derau. Penelitian ini, estimasi SNR dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode korelasi. Sinyal masukan (sinyal uji) dimodelkan dengan sinyal sinusoidal. Sinyal derau dimodelkan sebagai sinyal random dengan distribusi normal (Gaussian). Perancangan simulasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Simulink Matlab. Hasil pengujian telah diperoleh bahwa variasi frekuensi sinyal masukan menghasilkan nilai estimasi SNR yang bervariasi. Pada hasil simulasi, yang mendekati nilai SNR target adalah pada frekuensi 1000 Hz dengan metode korelasi tak tertapis dan frekuensi 500 Hz dengan metode korelasi tertapis. Ukuran frame sinyal masukan 512 sampel/frame, baik dengan metode korelasi tak tertapis maupun dengan metode korelasi tertapis. Frekuensi sampling terjadi pada 16 kHz dengan metode korelasi tak tertapis dan pada 8 kHz dengan metode korelasi tertapis.Waktu tunda sampel pada sampel adalah 50 sampel dengan metode korelasi tak tertapis dan pada 30 sampel dengan metode korelasi tertapis. Abstract In a communication system, a signal transmission of information will be disturbed by the unwanted signals called noise. Signal to Noise ratio (SNR) is a measure for determining the quality of a signal are disturbed by the noise.This research, SNR estimation is done using the correlation method. The input signal (test signal) modeled by a sinusoidal signal. Signal noise is modeled as a random signal with a normal(Gaussian) distribution. The design of the simulation is performed using SimulinkMatlab.The test results on simulated SNR estimation has been obtained that the variations in the frequency of the input signal produces a variety SNR value estimate. In the simulation results, the results are approximate to the target SNR value is at a frequency of 1000 Hz withthe unfiltered correlation method and at frequency of 500 Hz with the filtered correlation method. Frame size of 512 samples of the input signal both with the unfiltered and the filtered correlation method. Sampling frequency occurs at 16 kHz, the with the unfiltered correlation method and at 8 kHz with with the unfiltered. Delay timeat 50 samples with the unfiltered correlation method and in 30 samples with filtered correlation method. Abstract

Sometimes, People with disabilities are underestimated by some people. Even though the government has made a law that contains the rights of persons with disabilities, as contained in Law Number 8 of 2016 about Persons with Disabilities. Islam is a religion of rahmatan lil’alamin, which has its meaning for persons with disabilities. It is implied from the sources of Islamic teachings in the form of the Qur’an and Hadith. Therefore, the existence of government regulations and religious teachings contained in the two sources of Islamic teachings regarding persons with disabilities can influence the attitude of the people in Parepare City to interact with disabilities. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informan consisted of students, the general public, persons with disabilities, employees of the Social Service Office of Parepare City, and employees of the Ministry of Religion of Parepare City. The study found that most people of Parepare city defined persons with disabilities as not physically limited. In addition, the community can practice ‘da’wah’ towards people with disabilities with quotes (lectures) and their responses and attitudes towards people with disabilities. As a result, the community can behave and walk according to Islamic religious guidance toward persons with disabilities. In addition, the community can also develop related policies for persons with disabilities.
