Abstract

Sometimes, People with disabilities are underestimated by some people. Even though the government has made a law that contains the rights of persons with disabilities, as contained in Law Number 8 of 2016 about Persons with Disabilities. Islam is a religion of rahmatan lil’alamin, which has its meaning for persons with disabilities. It is implied from the sources of Islamic teachings in the form of the Qur’an and Hadith. Therefore, the existence of government regulations and religious teachings contained in the two sources of Islamic teachings regarding persons with disabilities can influence the attitude of the people in Parepare City to interact with disabilities. This research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation. Research informan consisted of students, the general public, persons with disabilities, employees of the Social Service Office of Parepare City, and employees of the Ministry of Religion of Parepare City. The study found that most people of Parepare city defined persons with disabilities as not physically limited. In addition, the community can practice ‘da’wah’ towards people with disabilities with quotes (lectures) and their responses and attitudes towards people with disabilities. As a result, the community can behave and walk according to Islamic religious guidance toward persons with disabilities. In addition, the community can also develop related policies for persons with disabilities.

Abstract

The main problem is how the communication strategy in fostering students' akhlakul karimah. The research uses qualitative methods and theories of persuasive theory and behaviorism. The paradigm of this research is naturalism; the source of data is the head of the madrasa, teachers, education personnel and students (primary data) and documents of fostering akhlakul karimah MTs Ma'arif Pinrang (secondary data); the research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted through data collection tools, namely observation guideline sheets, interview guidelines, digital cameras and tape recorders; data collection techniques are participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation; and testing the validity of the research results, namely credibility, transferadibility, and confirmability. The results showed: (1) The head of the madrasa in fostering the morals of students applies persuasive strategies by using assumption, integration, reward and arrangement techniques. Meanwhile, in applying the behaviorism strategy using 3 steps, namely stimulus, process and response. In the stimulus stage, the madrasah principal sets rules regarding the obligation to be morally good. At the communication process stage, the madrasah principal uses interpersonal communication of the redundancy, verbal and non-verbal communication types. The form of coaching uses exemplary coaching, habituation, advice, and punishment. From the entire series of application of communication strategies, it shows a response / improvement in the morals of students in terms of religiosity (religion), discipline, responsibility, peace-loving, environmental care and social care. (2) Supporting factors for communication are closeness, mutual respect, and feedback by students. While the inhibiting factors are voice intonation when communicating, speech speed or tempo and vocabulary due to ethnic differences.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe educational problems of children of Indonesian migrant workers who attend the Kota Kinabalu Indonesian School (SIKK) generally revolve around the problem of them not continuing their education to graduate level. This happens because they do not have university references and limited access to information to be able to continue their studies. More SIKK students come from Eastern Indonesia, specifically South and West Sulawesi. This encourages community service groups to carry out community service programs in Kinabalu City, Malaysia. This activity needs to be carried out to increase public knowledge, especially children of Indonesian migrant workers, about the importance of continuing their studies at university and to provide information about scholarship services. The service process is carried out in 3 stages, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. This activity went smoothly and was well received by the Indonesian Consulate General in Kinabalu City, SIKK and the Children of Indonesian Migrant Workers

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang strategi pewarisan nilai-nilai pappaseng pada masyarakat Bugis Kabupaten Wajo Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan yang di dalamnya mengandung nilai-nilai yang dijunjung tinggi dalam masyarakat Bugis, seperti; lempu’ (kejujuran); acca (kecendekiaan), sitinaja (kepatutan), getteng (ketehuhan), reso (usaha), siri’ (prinsip malu). Kajian diawali dengan pemerolehan teks pappaseng melalui sumber pustaka, yang kemudian diintegrasikan dengan sumber lisan. Analisis menggunakan teknik antropologi budaya dengan tujuan mengungkap strategi pewarisan nilai-nilai pappaseng dalam masyarakat Bugis Wajo. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pewarisan nilai-nilai luhur pappaseng melalui internalisasi; pembiasaan secara konsisten dengan memberi keteladanan dan penanaman nilai sebagai tindakan keseharian seseorang atau kelompok masyarakat hingga terjadi penyerapan nilai, norma, atau aturan sampai terbentuknya suatu pola tingkah laku sosial dalam kepribadiannya, sehingga dengan proses pewarisan nilai-nilai utama pappaseng yakni: lempu’ (jujur), acca (cendekia) melalui saluran-saluran pewarisan nilai seperti melalui keluarga, sosial masyarakat, lembaga pendidikan, dan pemerintah akan terbentuk manusia-manusia yang berkepribadian dan terpandang selaras dengan lingkungan sosial dan budayanya. Dalam istilah Bugis dikenal dengan tau tongeng atau to matanre siri. Pewarisan nilai-nilai pappaseng diungkapkan dalam bentuk pangaja (nasihat), elong (nyanyian), werekkada (ungkapan), dan bentuk percakapan atau diucapkan secara dialog guna membentuk karakter khas keturunannya dengan kedisiplinan, konsistensi agar senantiasa memiliki etika berinteraksi dengan sesama, tata krama terhadap orang tua, tidak lepas dari fungsi dan peranan pappaseng sebagai sumber nilai budaya dalam masyarakat Bugis di Kabputen Wajo Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation form and identify the opportunities and challenges of applying Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in an effort to maintain and increase customer loyalty at PT. Ranum Jaya Abadi, a Hajj and Umrah travel agency in Sidrap Regency. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through observation, in-depth interviews with management, staff, and customers, as well as documentation studies. The results show that CRM implementation is carried out through three main stages: identification of customer needs, increasing loyalty through sincere and personal service, and maintaining relationships through sustainable interaction. CRM opportunities lie in the use of digital technology for market mapping, operational efficiency, and service personalization. The main challenges are adaptation to rapid technological changes, data management complexity, and the need for human resource development. This study concludes that CRM implemented with Islamic communication principles (Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, Fathonah) and local Pangngaderreng values is effective in building customer loyalty.
