Abstract

This study aimed to investigate and analyze the influence of motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Sinar Banjaran Abadi. The method used is path analysis (path analisys), because this research in addition to want to get an overview of the performance of employees associated with the motivation and discipline of work, also get an idea of the pattern of the relationship and the influence of variable- variable research that has been set. Based on the research results can be that the motivation of the employees at PT SIBA at a low level towards good enough, then owned by employees working discipline in a low position towards good enough. In general, motivation and discipline affect the performance of employees at PT SIBA, and motivation is the most significant influence on employee performance. The effect of partially variable motivation on employee performance of 50.36%, variable discipline to employee performance amounted to 24.50%.Simultaneously influence the motivation and discipline to employee performance amounted to 74.86%, while 25.1% is influenced by other variables that tida examined in this study.From the research that is done, then the variable motivation and discipline when combined will have a significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Sinar Abadi Banjara (SIBA).

Abstract

Persaingan global, menuntut daerah untuk mampu menghasilkan output secara efisien, agar tetap dapat bertahan. Efisiensi memicu timbulnya pemikiran kreatif, yang pada akhirnya dapat memunculkan ide kreatif. Ekonomik reatif yang identik dengan industri kreatif, pada saat ini dianggap dapat memberikan kontribusi yang sangat signifikan, bagi perekonomian daerah. Dan keberadaannya merupakan bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Dari analisis data bahwa penerapan strategi pemasaran yang merupakan variabel bebas yang terdiri dari variabel X1,X2,X3,X4 secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan usaha industri kerajinan bata merah di kecamatan cibeber Kota Cilegon. Hal ini terbukti dalam uji F besarnya> pada taraf signifikan 0.05 (α),d i mana sebesar 47.446 > (4,25:0,05) sebesar 2,76. Dari hasil analisis regresi juga terbukti bahwa R square diperoleh sebesar 0.884, hal ini menunjukkan besar pengaruh variabel bebas secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel terikat adalah 88,4% sedangkan 11,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang menyatakan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara penerapan strategi pemasaran dengan perkembangan usaha industri kerajinanbata merah di kecamatan cibeber kota cilegon.

Abstract

This research aims to know the entrepreneurial study of entrepreneurial interests (case studies on management students, accounting and computer science of Serang University). It is expected to be able give a benefit and illustrated, that entrepreneurial learning can affect the interest of entrepreneurial. To improve entrepreneurial interest in college students, lecturers are expected to be able to give entrepreneurial learning that will get the students interested in doing entrepreneurial activities. By entrepreneurial learning, students are encouraged and directed to be able to open up their knowledge of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship can potentially give a good life in current employment conditions. Object in this study are 126 students composed of management, accounting and computer science students. Research methods use the simple linear regression analysis to do data analysis. The studies have shown that entrepreneurial study give a positive impact on the entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kesadaran pemilik usaha terhadap siklus keuangan usahanya. Pada UMKM pisang-coklat, siklus keuangan yang dikelola tergolong sehat. Karna uang dibedakan menjadi uang keuntungan serta uang modal usaha. Dengan itu si pemilik bisa melihat dengan jelas di mana letak keuntungan untuk menghidupi hidupnya serta uang modal yang digunakan untuk menghidupi usahannya. Untuk itu kami menegaskan bahwa siklus keuangan sangatlah penting terhadap kelangsungan usaha tersebut. Subjek penelitian kami adalah salah satu UMKM di daerah Griya Permata Asri, Dalung. Metode penelitian yang kami gunakan adalah metode perkembangan. Dengan itu kami mencoba melihat kekurangan dan kelemahan usaha tersebut, agar dapat melihat peluang yang bisa dimaksimalkan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of due professional care, experience and accountability on audit quality with the moderation of the time budget of pressure. The study was conducted at 17 KAP Banten Province with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method by testing the measurement model and structural model. The results of hypothesis testing show that due professional care has a positive effect on audit quality, so the higher the auditor performs due professional care, the better the audit quality will be. Experience has a positive effect on audit quality, so the more experienced the auditor is in carrying out his duties, the better the audit quality will be. Accountability has a positive effect on audit quality, so that auditors who carry out accountability well can make their audit results more qualified. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on the effect of due professional care on audit quality. Time budget of pressure will not interfere with the quality of audits produced by professional auditors. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on the effect of experience on audit quality. Time budget of pressure will not interfere with audit quality resulting from auditors who have high experience in conducting audits. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on accountability to audit quality. Auditors with high accountability are not bothered by time budget of pressure in producing high audit quality.

Abstract

Di pasar modal, kenaikan dan penurunan harga saham ditentukan oleh banyak faktor,salah satunya adalah informasi akuntansi keuangan. Informasi akuntansi yang lebih luas,sehingga tingkat perusahaan akan meningkat. Beberapa faktor yang termasuk informasiakuntansi keuangan adalah keputusan investasi, keputusan dana, dan keputusan dividen. Tujuandari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan dana, dankeputusan dividen terhadap tingkat bunga perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang bergabung di BEI dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Sampel penelitian ini adalah beberapa perusahaan manufaktur yang bergabung di BEI dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2011. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan didapatkan sampel 36 perusahaan. Dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah double region. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Keputusan Investasi berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pertumbuhan perusahaan. (2) Keputusan dana tidak berpengaruh terhadap laju perusahaan. (3) Keputusan dividen tidak harus berpengaruh terhadap tingkat perusahaan. (4) Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Dana, dan Keputusan Dividen berpengaruh terhadap Tingkat Perusahaan. Besar pengaruhnya sebesar 48,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of integrity, independence, competence, work experience, and work pressure on audit quality at the Inspectorate of Pandeglang Regency. The data used in this research is direct questionnaire data distributed to 51 samples of respondents by purposive sampling. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS v23. The variable used as the dependent variable is audit quality. Meanwhile, the variables used as independent variables are integrity, independence, competence, work experience, and work pressure. The results of this study indicate that partial integrity and independence do not affect audit quality. While competence, work experience, and work pressure affect audit quality. Simultaneously, integrity, independence, competence, work experience, and work pressure affect audit quality at the Inspectorate of Pandeglang Regency

Abstract

The method used in this study is quantitative. This method uses to predict the influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable; in this study, the variable X1 (Leadership Style), X2 (Work Environment) is the independent variable and the variable Y (Work Spirit) is the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 70 people; the instrument used was primary data, and multiple linear regression analysis uses to analyze the data. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between leadership style and work environment on employee morale at the Education and Culture Office of Serang Regency. With the test results obtained multiple linear regression equation Y= 28.019 + 0.215 X1 + 0.246 X2. and hypothesis testing, the value of tcount Leadership Style = 2.312, using the significant limit = 0.05, obtained ttable = 1.66757. Moreover, tcount Work Environment = 4.034 obtained ttable = 1.66757. The test criteria from these results are tcount > ttable, meaning H0 reject, and H1 is accepted. Thus, the t-test hypothesis of the leadership style variable and work environment significantly influence work motivation. The leadership style variable has a coefficient of determination of 0.215, which means there is an influence of leadership style. It works environment on employee morale by 21.5%, and the remaining 78.5% influenced by variables others not included in this study.

Abstract

This study is aimed to analyze the influence Transformational Leadership, intrinsic motivation on Job performance of employee, with work discipline as intervening variable. Case study at PT. Indonesia Pos Chemtech Chosun Ref. The population that used in this research is 45 (forty five) employees, from production department and Logistic department. This study used regression analysis to see the contribution from each independent variable Job Performance. Data analysis with multiple regressions and support by SPSS software (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 21.0. The result indicate that Transformational Leadership and Intrinsic Motivation has significant influence to job performance through work discipline as intervening mediator. The suggested variables are: transactional leadership, extrinsic motivation, job satisfaction and work environment. Because with more good performance of employees will also have a good effect on the company.
