Abstract

Semua peneliti pasti punya tujuan untuk menggali informasi dari salah satu hasil dari keunggulan produk itu sendiri pada penelitian kali ini kami ingin membahas mengenai pengaruh inovasi produk, kreativitas produk dan kualitas produk secara serempak terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada kerajinan enceng gondok “LIAR”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan kerajinan enceng gondok “LIAR”. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) inovasi produk secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (sig = 0,000<0,05; β = 0,416), (2) kreativitas produk secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (sig = 0,000<0,05; β = 0,305); (3) kualitas produk secara individual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (sig = 0,000<0,05; β = 0,343); dan (4) inovasi produk, kreativitas produk, dan kualitas produk secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing (sig = 0,000<0,05).

Abstract

The era of modern globalization and the industrial revolution which is rapidly developing, and accompanied by an explosion in the growth of the population which is increasing, which is also followed by the increasingly rapid industrial growth in an effort to meet the needs needed to fulfill human desires. The increasing number of human population and the rapid number of industries on this earth indirectly requires the availability and supply of clean water / drinking water which is adequate and suitable for use. The increasing number of population requires open land that is very wide and spread out for the construction of settlements as a place to live along with the supporting infrastructure needed to meet the needs of activities in accordance with human living standards, and the rapid number of these industries also requires open land which is quite wide and adequate as an area modern industry with all adequate infrastructure to support industrial activities that meet the standards as a modern industrial area. Management of Clean Water and Drinking Water Business Management as an effort to reduce the impact of the use of open land and natural resources in it for the needs of human settlements and business development in newly developing industrial areas which will have an impact on the shrinking of open land as a reservoir for reserve availability of resources underground water and surface water reservoirs to accommodate rainfall for human life. Management efforts are needed in managing the needs of residential settlements and the needs of industrial estates in supporting production operations. Management is very important as an effort to maintain a balance in doing business for profit, but also trying to maintain and try to balance the environment for the continuity of human life. , this can be done jointly by the government, entrepreneurs, and society at large and in a sustainable manner

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of due professional care, experience and accountability on audit quality with the moderation of the time budget of pressure. The study was conducted at 17 KAP Banten Province with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis used the SEM-PLS method by testing the measurement model and structural model. The results of hypothesis testing show that due professional care has a positive effect on audit quality, so the higher the auditor performs due professional care, the better the audit quality will be. Experience has a positive effect on audit quality, so the more experienced the auditor is in carrying out his duties, the better the audit quality will be. Accountability has a positive effect on audit quality, so that auditors who carry out accountability well can make their audit results more qualified. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on the effect of due professional care on audit quality. Time budget of pressure will not interfere with the quality of audits produced by professional auditors. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on the effect of experience on audit quality. Time budget of pressure will not interfere with audit quality resulting from auditors who have high experience in conducting audits. There is no moderation of time budget of pressure on accountability to audit quality. Auditors with high accountability are not bothered by time budget of pressure in producing high audit quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intellectual capital and on profitability, productivity, market value and growth listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2017. By using the Public Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) model, the study examines the relationship between the efficiency of Value Added Intellectual Capital (VAIC) from the three main sources of Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), Sructural Capital Value Added (SCVA). Profitability is measured using Return On Assets (ROA), Productivity is measured using Asset Turn Over (ATO), Market Value is measured using Price to Book Value (PBV) and Growth is measured using Earning Growth (EG). The research sample used a purposive sampling method. The research design is complex, secondary data types, data sources are obtained from www.idx.co.id, the websites of each Banking and Investment Gallery Indonesia Stock Exchange Untirta Serang. The data analysis technique uses Statistical Package The Social (SPSS). The test results prove that probabilities affect intellectual capital, productivity affects intellectual capital, market value influences intellectual capital and growth influences intellectual capital

Abstract

Tujuan atas penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui tingkat pelayanan yang diberikan danUntuk mengetahui dimensi yang harus ditingkatkan oleh sebuah instansi. Penelitian dilakukan diDinas Tata Ruang Kebersihan dan Pertamanan (DTKP) Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dimana Dinasini mempunyai tugas dan fungsi diantaranya adalah melakukan pengelolaan retribusi pelayananpersampahan. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel acak sederhana (SimpleRandom Sampling). Teknik sampling acak sederhana yang dipilih dalam penelitian terhadapteknik operasional pengelolaan sampah di Kabupaten Pandeglang adalah metode pengambilansampel acak terstratifikasi (Stratified Random sampling). Salah satu metode yang dapatdigunakan untuk mengukur kepuasan pelanggan adalah metode matrix importance andperformance analysis. Metode ini termasuk salah satu cara dimana responden diminta untukmenilai tingkat harapan terhadap atribut tertentu dan juga tingkat yang dirasakan. TingkatHarapan Pelanggan (customer expectation). disimpulkan Nilai Indek Kinerja diperoleh bobot 5berati penilaian sangat baik. Begitu juga dengan Nilai Indek Harpan/Kepentingan diperolehbobot 5 yang artinya sangat baik.

Abstract

Guru sebagai pendidik harus memiliki keterampilan untuk memberikan pembelajaran kepada siswa, terutama untuk menciptakan moral yang baik sebagai dasar perilaku sehari-hari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui rencana pembelajaran guru di tingkat Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dan kemampuan pendidik dalam membentuk karakter moral siswa di masa pandemi Covid19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan mengambil informasi dari guru madrasah ibtidaiyah di kota Serang. Guru Madrasah Ibtidayyah di masa pandemi Covid19 untuk melatih karimah adalah dengan memberikan contoh akhlak yang baik, memberikan metode pembelajaran yang tidak membosankan dan memperhatikan siswa agar lebih aktif dalam belajar Sekalipun dalam keadaan pandemi.
