Abstract

This research aims to analyze the factors that become the decision to buy LPG 3 kg, a case study in Kampung Pasar Heubeul community, Pandeglang. The data used is a questionnaire. The sample studied was 118 respondents. The number of variables studied was 27 variables. Data processed using factor analysis as many as 20 variables that meet the requirements for further analysis. Data obtained from respondents were processed using SPSS 20 for Windows. The results showed that the results of the 20 variables analyzed, the factors that made the purchase decision of LPG 3 Kg consisted of 7 factors, namely Social Factor with eigen value 3,985, Distribution Factor with eigen value 2,307, Price Factor with eigen value 1,772, Product Factor with eigen value value 1,493, Factor 5 enters the product factor with an eigen value 1,282, Factor 6 enters the product factor with an eigen value of 1,176 and Factor 7 enters the distribution factor with an eigen value of 1,125.

Abstract

Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon as one of the State-Owned Enterprises currently employs as many as 733 people with various expertise and education levels.With the large number of employees/worker involved in the company PT. Indonesia Power UP Suralaya Cilegon, researchers are interested in reviewing or knowing whether there is a significant influence on the level of education on the work performance of employees in the company. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative analysis. The sample in this study were 110 employees from 733 employees of PT Indonesia Power UpSuralayaCilegon. Data collection techniques used are questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique with the hypothesis test used is the t test and F test. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that (1) The results of the calculation of the percentage of employee education level taken based on the respondent's overall answer of 80% which shows that most of the employees in the company have high school / vocational education. 2) With a significance of 5% it can be obtained the price of r table 1.661. It turns out that r count is greater than r table (0.276> 1.661), so the Hypothesis is rejected so that the Education Level does not have a significant effect on Employee Performance. Judging from the results of the output on the analysis of the calculation of the t test above, it can be concluded that the variable level of employee education does not affect employee performance. This is because the value of t count> t table (-2.240 <1.661) or significance <0.05 (0.029 <0.05) so the hypothesis is rejected.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales on business development when viewed from the indicator of sales turnover, number of workers, number of customers on “Pemancingan Serang Hijau”. In this study data was collected by means of observation, documentation and interviews. Almost all daily policies and problems were taken based on statistical methods and the results of data analysis and interpretation both qualitatively and quantitatively.MANOVA is a multivariate statistical analysis that is used in analyzing more than one dependent variable to find out whether the group averages differ significantly but are still rarely used. The purpose of the study is to apply MANOVA to determine business development when viewed from the sales turnover indicator of the number of workers, number of customers.From the results of the 2018 MANOVA test, using the test between the Subject Effect procedure obtained the Sig.0,723 value for sales turnover, while the Workforce obtained Sig.0,000 and for customers the Sig.0,000 value was obtained. This shows that the sales turnover variable does not affect credit sales, while the workforce and customers have a Sig value of less than 0.005, the workforce and customers influence credit sales towards business development in “Pemancingan Serang Hijau”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in the Jayanti District office. Samples taken by researchers are 100 respondents from a total population of 60,091 inhabitants. For data collection in this study using a questionnaire.The analysis technique used to see the effect of service quality on community satisfaction in the Jayanti District office is a quantitative method that uses SPSS calculations.The results showed that there was a close relationship between service quality and community satisfaction as seen from the results of the coefficient obtained at 72.7%. Partially shows that the significant value for the effect of service quality on community satisfaction is 0.042 <0.05 and tcount 2.648> t table 1.665, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence between service quality and community satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how students perceive interest in becoming a teacher and to find out whether there was an influence from student perceptions on interest in becoming a teacher for students in the faculty of teacher training and education at the University of Banten Jaya 2017-2020. The population in the study were 275 students. Determination of the sample using the formula according to Suharsimi Arikunto (2013) by taking 40% of the population as many as 110 students who became the sample. This research was processed using a simple regression technique. The results of this study indicate that the t-test between students’ perceptions of interest in becoming a teacher has a significant influence.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa terhadap citra merk terhadap keputusan siswa memilih perguruan tinggi swasta. Untuk mengukur kualiatas citra merk, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penilaian citra merk dicerminkan dari Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Banten Jaya yang terdiri empat fakultas yaitu Fakultas Ekonomi Fakultas Teknik,Fakultas Komputer dan Fakultas Keguruan Ilmu Pendidikan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu proportional simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 15 persen dari total jumlah populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan kuisioner secara online. Uji realibilitas menggunakan rumus korelasi Alpha Cronbach, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskripsif dengan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil yang di peroleh dari analisis tersebut dari masingmasing variabel reability,Asssurance,empaty dan Tangible secara keseluruhan responden berpersepsi sudah baik namun untuk dimensi responsiveness ada empat item di nilai cukup untuk tiga item lainya dari dimensi responsiveneess sama seperti empat dimensi lain dimana mahasiswa berpersepsi citra brand Universitas Banten Jaya sudah baik.
