Abstract

Education is the key to increasing the quality of human resources. The rapid development of information technology has necessitated a shift in the educational paradigm. Based on the study of education policy, this study aims to determine how e-learning management can be used to achieve the effectiveness and acceleration of learning in today's 4.0 revolution era. This study uses a literature review as a method of data collection. Indonesia's e-learning policies are not clearly defined by law, according to the findings of an investigation.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the writing is to describe the global capitalism against Islamic education. The findings fall into the discussion of factual and real education environmental research on market demand and industrial management (Islamic education contemporary issues). The techniques used in this research are qualitative research at which the data gained from the deep interview and observation. The techniques of data analyses were applied data reduction (data reduction), data description, discussion and drawing conclusion. The principle of capitalism that only seeks profit personal should not be practiced in the world of education. Rising demand of the education accesses will result in the high cost of education. Islamic education institution should not watch out for the jargon "poor people are forbidden". The findings of the research showed the output of Islamic education, hence the learning outcome of Islamic education (whatever the level), formal, and informal must meet the need to the life-long skill to human values of life. The real connection to the capitalism and Islamic education never be ended to such industrial management and high risk to capital and profit oriented rather than to create high standard religious values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of management of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning in SMK throughout Sukamulya District, Kab. Tangerang, as well as to determine the quality of educators in improving the quality of learning in SMK throughout Sukamulya District, Kab. Tangerang. In conducting this research, the writer uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 60 teachers, determines the size of the sample from SMK in one sub-district using the Slovin formula. Research data were taken through questionnaires, observations, and interviews. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis with SPSS 23.0 program. The results of the study can be concluded that, based on the results, it is known that tcount 4.372 is greater than ttable with a value of 4.06, with a significance level of 0.000 0.05, the conclusion that the hypothesis Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, thus this hypothesis is accepted, because there is a relationship between Strategic management of madrasa principals with quality education. While the value of tcount 9.550 is greater than ttable 4.06 with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 with the hypothesis Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with the conclusion that there is an influence between teacher performance in improving the quality of education ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu penmbelajaran di SMK Se-Kecamatan Sukamulya Kab. Tangerang, serta untuk mengetahui Mutu Tenaga Pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran di SMK Se-Kecamatan Sukamulya Kab. Tangerang. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 guru, menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel dari SMK di satu se-kecamatan dengan menggunakan  rumus Slovin. Data penelitian diambil melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis kuantitatif dengan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, berdasarkan hasil nilai diketahui thitung 4,372 lebih besar dari ttabel dengan nilai 4,06, dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 ? 0,05, kesimpulan hipotesisnya Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak, dengan demikian hipotesis ini diterima, karena ada hubungan antara Manajemen strategi kepala madrasah dengan mutu pendidikan. Sedangkan nilai thitung 9,550 lebih besar dari ttabel 4,06 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 kurang dari 0,05 dengan hipotesis Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, dengan kesimpulan ada pengaruh antara kinerja guru dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manajemen strategi dan kepemimpinan kiai dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik di Pesantren Sultan Hasanuddin Al-Jawi Leuwidamar Lebak Banten.Dalam melakukan penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 guru, menentukan besarnya ukuran sampel dari pesantren dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin.Data penelitian diambil melalui angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskripsi dan analisis kuantitatif dengan program SPSS 23.0. Hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Manajemen strategi kiai dengan kinerja guru.Sedangkan kepemimpinan kiai berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the extent to which complete quality management is applied in distance education in higher education. This research uses policy research methods. This research approach is qualitative with the type of policy research. Policy research is conducting or analyzing core social problems to provide recommendations to decision-makers on how to solve them realistically. According to research findings, Total Quality Management (TQM) in higher education manifests itself in interactions between professors and students in the classroom or in revising accreditation or assessment criteria. A structured system can turn an organization into a learning organization. TQM also contributes to increased morale, cost savings, organizational performance, and responsiveness to customer needs in higher education. Barriers to applying TQM in universities include idealistic goals, lack of agreement on the definition and application of quality, freedom, academic maturity, and administrative abilities.

Abstract

Modernization Islamic Higher can make these adjustments, it will create a new college paradigm. UIN from IAIN and IAIN from STAIN are useless unless changed. True UIN development philosophy is not simply to build an independent worker, but also to develop scientific identity. UIN's science and technology don't castrate Islamic studies programs or its identity. UIN, as a college-based Islamic science, must establish a strong science. Integrate S1, S2, and S3 into majors and courses. Globalization of education policy execution should modify UIN's academic climate to establish Islam's science. Pride in the college motto UIN as a pioneer and excel in the field of Islamic is more than "political jargon," however; it requires a shift in perspective, appreciation, and habit in order to fully harness and leverage the potential of the UIN's most precious wealth: the budhi-sense and morality of all people in the community independent of the UIN with capital itself. A concrete commitment is one that is backed up by a fair and equitable distribution of the organization's profits. For UIN managers, adopting a new way of thinking, appreciating and discarding conventional management practices, and putting these ideas into action through internal and external collaborative agreements, all while having the guts to compete with external organizations and foster internal competition, is an act of political courage. A competitive edge can be gained through risk-taking.

Abstract

The madrasah head has the right to mobilize the teachers to participate in the madrasah working group program. On the other hand, teachers must be able to formulate lesson plans, implement learning procedures, and establish interpersonal relationships with students, fellow teachers, education personnel, parents, and stakeholders. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the empowerment of madrasah working groups to encourage improved teacher performance. The approach used in this research is quantitative, which is research that describes each variable. The purpose of using a quantitative approach is to explain the facts. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, it can be seen that there is a tendency for high teacher performance to be followed by a high score of madrasah leadership. This means that there is a tendency for good leadership to support high teacher performance. The conclusions obtained from the results of this study are: First, the better the madrasah principal's leadership, the higher the teacher's performance; on the other hand, poor madrasah leadership has the potential to reduce teacher performance. Second, the higher the work motivation of teachers, the higher the performance of teachers, otherwise teachers with low work motivation tend to have low performance.

Abstract

In managing education in order for educational goals to be achieved, it must involve the community and stakeholders in managing education. Parents of students who are members of the community and users of educational services have a large portion to participate in improving the quality of education carried out by schools, so that there will be complementary partnerships and become an important part in improving the quality of education in education units. Therefore, the establishment of a school committee should be able to serve as a partner in the implementation of the school program program. This study aims to determine the form of partnership between the school management of SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon and its school committee. In this study, the author used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that there is a partnership between the school and the school committee in the academic and non-academic fields, always coordinating in making plans for school activities in improving the quality of education as well as social society. The Committee is a partner of the school functioning to give consideration, support and supervision to school activities, and become a mediator between the school and all guardians of students, so that with functions and partnerships that are well established with the committee of SMPIT Raudhtul Jannah Cilegon can carry out various activity programs that aim to improve the quality of education so that the vision and mission of the school and the satisfaction of parents of students are achieved together

Abstract

The findings of this research reveal that the Performance of tertiary institutions is greatly determined by the Performance of the professors, with the lecturers' Performance being primarily influenced by their professionalism and competence. This study's findings also demonstrate the importance of HR management in universities, as strong HR management may considerably improve the impact of lecturers' professionalism and competence on their Performance. Even if both universities have professional and highly competent professors, institutions with superior HR management often have more excellent lecturer performance than universities with inferior HR management.

Abstract

This research objective probes every impact of leadership capability on performance at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, which is reduced by lecturer competence, lecturer commitment, and institutional accountability. The total of interviewees participating in that research was 188. Total interviewees or interviewees are lecturers at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. That research uses a quantitative approach. The data used in that research are primary data collected against the completed questionnaire outcome. The analytical technique used in this research was SEM-PLS analysis using the SmartPLS program. From the outcome of the analysis of that research, it can be concluded that the leadership capability of superiors at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang has a significant impact on institutional performance both directly and indirectly through lecturer competence, lecturer commitment, and institutional accountability. Good leadership capabilities will improve lecturer competence, lecturer commitment and institutional accountability which will further support the high performance of the university.
