Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out about online shop (online business shop) in the Islamic view (Islamic law). This research is a qualitative descriptive. This study included literature to examine the written sources such as scientific journals, books reference, literature, encyclopedias, scientific articles, scientific papers, and other sources that are relevant and related to the object being studied. As for the object of study this research is in the form of texts or writings that describe and explain the business / online shop (online shopping), which becomes popular in Indonesia. Results from this study are Islam does business through online is allowed following Islamic Shari’a. While there are elements of usury, injustice, monopoly, and fraud, Prophet hinted that buying and selling is lawful while consensual (Antaradhin), for sale or through an online business as having a positive impact because it is practical, fast, and easy for the buyer. If the business by via online not following the terms and conditions described above, online business is not allowed. Keywords:. online shop, Islamic Shari’a

Abstract

Jual beli merupakan kegiatan yang sering terjadi pada seseorang sehingga menimbulkan adanya interaksi satu sama lain. Hal yang terjadi dalam jual beli tidak hanya dilakukan secara tunai namun ada juga secara kredit. Perkembangan sekarang banyak yang menawarkan transaksi jual beli secara kredit. Dalam penelitian ini jual beli secara kredit dilihat dari sudut pandang Islam disertai kajian beberapa penelitian terdahulu. Hasil dalam penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa jual beli secara kredit diperbolehkan dalam Islam, namun ada beberapa hal yang harus terpenuhi seperti kedua belah pihak sepakat dengan aqad, tidak diharuskan membayar bunga, tidak bersifat gharar/tipuan, tidak bersifat ribawi, selain itu etika bisnis dalam Islam yang dicontoh Rasullulah harus senantiasa kita gunakan seperti Fathonah, Amanah, Siddiq, dan Tabliq. Tujuannya untuk mendapatkan kebarokahan disertai dengan tujuan tolong menolong.

Abstract

Limited access to technology and information among farmers in rural areas is one of the obstacles to developing productive and sustainable agribusiness. This community service program aims to increase farmer capacity through vocational education focused on the application of Appropriate Technology  in agribusiness activities. The program was conducted in the Lampung region, with the primary participants being corn and horticulture farmers. Implementation methods included counseling, hands-on practice, and intensive mentoring for five types of Appropriate Technology: drip irrigation systems, and manual row planting tools. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in using Appropriate Technology, as well as the growth of local initiatives for independent tool replication and development. The program also demonstrated that Appropriate Technology -based vocational education is not only effective in increasing production efficiency but also fosters attitudinal change toward adaptive and innovative agribusiness. This program is recommended for replication in other rural areas with cross-sectoral support to achieve technology-based farmer independence.

Abstract

An analysis of agribusiness skills needs in the digital era shows that farmers and agribusinesses need to master digital skills to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. These skills include the use of information and communication technology (ICT), data analysis, and digital marketing. Digital transformation has had a significant impact on the agricultural sector in Indonesia by improving operational efficiency, opening new market opportunities, and introducing the concepts of digital agriculture and agriculture 4.0. Although the government has encouraged agricultural digitalization through policies and programs, farmers still face challenges such as limited land, climate change, and limited market access. Collaboration between the government, the private sector, and non-profit organizations is needed to support farmers' adoption of digital technology to improve their efficiency, productivity, and well-being. Challenges such as lack of internet access, low digital literacy, and high technology implementation costs also need to be addressed through cross-sectoral collaboration. This study highlights the critical need for agribusiness skills in the digital era, particularly in the case study of agricultural vocational schools, which represent a significant opportunity in the digital era, with the aim of overcoming obstacles to the digital transformation of the Indonesian agricultural sector.
