Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to compare mathematics learning achievement of students with Mind Mapping learning methods and mathematics achievement of students with direct instruction methods. This research is a quantitative study using an experimental method. This study population is the class V SDN Jiwan 01. The sample consists of two classes, namely class V A total of 30 students by Mind Mapping learning methods and class V B as many as 29 students by direct instruction method. Data taken using the test method. Data analysis using t test. The results of data analysis showed that the average value of the class by direct instruction methods is 53.611 while the average grade by Mind Mapping learning methods is 62.121. Results of t-test showed that the achievement tobs= 2,449 with a significance level of 5% and dk=68 obtained ttabel = 1,645. tobs > ttabel. This means that H0 is rejected. Thus the working hypothesis proposed by the researchers rejected. So student achievement taught using Mind Mapping method of learning is better than learning achievement of students who are taught by the direct instruction method.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan proses sainsmahasiswa pada mata kuliah Konsep Sains. Penelitian ini adalah jenispenelitian kualitatif fenomenologi. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk memahamifenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitianadalah Mahasiswa PGSD Semester III STKIP Modern Ngawi. Fenomena yangdimaksud adalah Keterampilan Proses Sains pada Mata Kuliah Konsep Sains.Keterampilan Proses Sains yang terdiri dari keterampilan mengamati,mengklasifikasikan, mengukur, memprediksi, menginterpretasikan, melakukaneksperimen dan mengkomunikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwamahasiswa program studi PGSD semester III sangat mampu untukketerampilan mengamati, mampu untuk keterampilan mengklasifikasikan,mengukur, meprediksi, melakukan eksperimen dan mengkomunikasikan, sertacukup mampu untuk keterampilan menafsirkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas V SDN Karangbanyu 03 Widodaren, memiliki tujuan agar mengetahui perbedaan prestasi belajar siswa sesudah diberi perlakuan (treatment) pada saat post-test dan sebelum diberi perlakuan (treatment). Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa salah satunya adalah penggunaan media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS).Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen semu serta menggunakan desain Quasy Eksperimen , bentuk desain Quasy Eksperimen yang gunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group. Selanjutnya menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 5A menjadi eksperimen dengan jumlah 33 siswa dan kelas VC menjadi kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 38 siswa. Data dari hasil belajar siswa diperoleh post-test berbentuk pilihan ganda. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil perbedaan dari data hasil belajar sebesar 75,51 untuk kelas eksperimen, dan 66,44 untuk kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media Teka-Teki Silang (TTS) dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif media belajar siswa pada terutama mata pelajaran IPS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) mendeskripsikan penerapan media TTS mata pelajaran IPS; 2) mengetahui peran media TTS pada hasil belajar kognitif IPS siswa kelas III SDN Karangbanyu 03 Kabupaten Ngawi Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Berdasarkan jenisnya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini melibatkan satu kelompok (satu kelas) saja sehingga digunakan one group pretest-posttest design. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah uji homogenitas, uji normalitas dan uji t Dua Sampel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) Penerapan media TTS mata pelajaran IPS pada siswa kelas III SDN Karangbanyu 03 Kabupaten Ngawi Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi hasil belajar siswa yang kurang baik, perhatian siswa yang kurang ketika pembelajaran, serta menjadi alternatif media pembelajaran untuk menyajikan pelajaran IPS. Melalui media TTS pembelajaran IPS semakin menarik perhatian siswa, siswa lebih bersemangat dalam bertanya maupun menyampaikan pendapat sehingga mampu mendorong siswa mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih baik. (2) Penggunaan media TTS berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar kognitif mata pelajaran IPS. Nilai yang dicapai siswa meningkat dari pre test ke post test dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran TTS. Hal ini terbukti dari nilai thitung pada penelitian ini adalah sebesar 21,512 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. This study aims to 1) describe the application of TTS media for social studies subjects; 2) find out the role of TTS media on social studies cognitive learning outcomes for third grade students at SDN Karangbanyu 03 Ngawi Regency for the 2020/2021 Academic Year. Based on the type, this research is a quantitative research. This research design involves only one group (one class) so that the one group pretest-posttest design is used. Respondents in this study amounted to 20 students. The data analysis technique used in this research is homogeneity test, normality test and two sample t test. The results of the study found that (1) The application of TTS media for social studies subjects to third grade students at SDN Karangbanyu 03 Ngawi Regency for the Academic Year 2020/2021 can be used as a solution for poor student learning outcomes, lack of student attention when learning, and as an alternative learning media to present social studies lessons. Through TTS media, social studies learning increasingly attracts students' attention, students are more enthusiastic in asking questions and expressing opinions so that they are able to encourage students to achieve better learning outcomes. (2) The use of TTS media has a significant effect on cognitive learning outcomes for social studies subjects. The scores achieved by students increased from pre-test to post-test by utilizing TTS learning media. This is evident from the value of tcount in this study amounted to 21.512 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to see and describe the implementation of brave learning during the pandemic on the achievements of third grade students at SDN Kedunggalar 4 Kedunggalar District Ngawi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, and interviews. Interviews were conducted with the principal, class teacher, and third grade students at SDN Kedunggalar 4. The results of this study were that during the learning process the courage to use video went well, before learning began the teacher made a lesson plan, carried it out, made an assessment that included affective cognitive and psychomotor aspects. . Increasing student achievement is very good, because students are not only easy to carry out learning, the material provided by the teacher can be repeated, so that students better understand the material that has been given by the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to implement a scientific approach to improve the culture of literacy movements in elementary schools. The school literacy movement was launched by the ministry of education and culture in 2015. The movement has three (3) stages, namely habituation, development, and learning. This type of research is qualitative depskiptif research. The location of this study was at Kincang 02 Elementary School, Jiwan District, Madiun District, East Java Province. The research subjects were the Principal, Teachers, and Students. The research instruments used were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study were implemented a scientific approach implementation program to improve the culture of literacy at SDN Kincang 02. The efforts made by the school in implementing the school literacy movement program were: (1) adding enrichment books, (2) bringing the book closer to students in a way making the reading area and environment rich in text, (3) carrying out various forms of literacy activities, and (4) involving the public in the implementation of literacy movements. (5) The school has a good communication relationship with parents in terms of providing learning motivation to children. The constraints faced by schools in implementing the Literacy Movement are: (1) low awareness of teachers, (2) enrichment books that are suitable for children's needs are difficult to find, (3) teachers are lazy to read, (4) teachers do not understand the application of literacy movements, and (5) schools lack funding. Thus, the implementation of the scientific approach The school literacy at SDN Kincang 02 needs to be increased to the development stage by involving various parties. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplentasikan pendekatan saintifik guna meningkatkan budaya gerakan literasi di sekolah dasar . Gerakan literasi sekolah telah diluncurkan oleh kementerian pendidikan dan kebudayaan pada tahun 2015. Gerakan ini memiliki tiga (3) tahapan, yaitu pembiasaan, pengembangan, dan pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian depskiptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di SDN Kincang 02, Kecamatan Jiwan, Kabupaten Madiun, Propinsi Jawa Timur. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru, dan Peserta Didik. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah telah dilaksanakan progam implementasi pendekatan saintifik dalam meningkatkan budaya literasi di SDN Kincang 02. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan sekolah dalam melaksanakan program gerakan literasi sekolah adalah: (1) menambah buku pengayaan, (2) mendekatkan buku ke peserta didik dengan cara membuat area baca dan lingkungan yang kaya akan teks, (3) melaksanakan berbagai bentuk kegiatan literasi, dan (4) melibatkan publik dalam pelaksanaan gerakan literasi. (5) Pihak sekolah sudah memiliki hubungan komunikasi yang baik dengan orang tua dalam hal memberikan motivasi belajar pada anak. Adapun kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam pelaksanaan Gerakan Literasi ini adalalah: (1) rendahnya kesadaran guru, (2) buku pengayaan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan anak sulit ditemukan, (3) guru malas membaca, (4) guru tidak memahami penerapan gerakan literasi, dan (5) sekolah kekurangan dana. Dengan demikian, implementasi pendekatan saintifik pada gerakan literasi sekolah di SDN Kincang 02 perlu ditingkatkan ke tahap pengembangan dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Abstract

The mind mapping method is expected to make it easier for students to understand the subject matter. Therefore, researchers conducted research at SDIT Salsabila 6 Magetan grade 5 on the effect of the mind mapping method on theme 5 of animal grouping material. This study uses an experimental method with a Non-Equivalent control group design. The average value of the experimental class is higher than the average value of the control class. With the number of N experimental class 20 and control class 20. In the experimental class tcount> t table = 2,591> 1,529 means a significant effect. If tcount > t table then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. H0 defines that there is no effect of the mind mapping method on student learning outcomes and Ha defines that there is an effect of the mind mapping method on student learning outcomes. Information sig.(2-tailed) also obtains 0.02 where if sig < 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. H0 defines that there is no effect of the mind mapping method on student learning outcomes and Ha defines that there is an effect of the mind mapping method on student learning outcomes. It can be concluded that the results of sig. (2-tailed) < 0.05 then the hypothesis defines that there is an effect of the mind mapping method on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The aim of the researchers in this study was to improve students' intensive reading skills at SD Negeri Tambakromo 1 Geneng in Indonesian subjects. This study uses a quantitative method (experimental) with a one group pretest-posttest design. This study uses interviews and tests. The result of the interview is that the students' reading ability is good but there are 8 students who have low reading ability. The method used by the teacher is a lecture in every lesson. The learning outcomes of students who reached the KKM were only 15 students in intensive reading learning. From the research results tcount> t table = 8.419> 1756 SQ3R method has a significant effect on intensive reading ability in 4th grade students of SDN Tambakromo 1. Because if t Count > tTable then it means, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Likewise with the results of the significance of Sig.(2-tailed) is 0.015, the result is less than 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. SQ3R method has a significant effect on intensive reading ability in grade 4 students at SDN Tambakromo 1.

Abstract

Abstract: Implementation of the Mind mapping Method in Student Learning Activities in Class V Thematic Learning at SDN Karangbanyu 1 This study aims to determine the implementation of the mind mapping method in student learning activities in class V thematic learning at SDN Karangbanyu 1, namely regarding the planning, implementation and results of the implementation of the mind mapping method. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive qualitative type. The source of the research data was obtained from the principal, teachers, and fifth grade students at SDN Karangbanyu 1. The data collection techniques used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, in the analysis, from the data that has been obtained, the results of this research can be concluded that the application of the mind mapping method in the thematic learning of class V SDN Karangbanyu 1 has been going well. During the learning process, students seemed to be more active when using the mind mapping learning method and student learning outcomes also seemed to improve, although there were still some problems experienced by the teacher, namely the difficulty of explaining students who were left behind, such as finding it difficult to catch the explanations given by the teacher. Abstract

Pemerintah telah menetapkan pembelajaran daring (dalam jaringan) sejak Indonesia pandemic Covid-19. Pembelajaran STEM diharapkan mampu mengatasi segala permasalahan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara daring dari rumah di masa pandemi covid-19 yang sekarang kita alami bersama. Objek pengamatan bisa dicari atau menggunakan benda atau lingkungan sekitar rumah demi mematuhi ajuran pemerintah untuk memutus rantai penyebaran covid-19. Dengan demikian pembelajaran STEM selain membantu peserta didik memecahkan masalah juga membuat kesan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menumbuhkan minat dan motivasi belajar pada peserta didik. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran STEM untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 pada pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN Umbulrejo tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimental research). Penelitian terdapat satu variabel bebas dan satu variabel terikat. Untuk mengumpulkan data digunakan metode dokumentasi dan metode tes. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai thitung lebih besar daripada nilai ttabel. Hal ini berarti terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara kelas sebelum dikenai tindakan pembelajaran STEM dengan sesudah dikenai tindakan. Berdasarkan nilai dari rata-rata masing-masing tindakan pembelajaran didapat kesimpulan penelitian kelas sesudah dikenai tindakan pembelajaran STEM dengan nilai rata-rata 76,42 lebih baik daripada kelas sebelum dikenai tindakan pembelajaran STEM dengan nilai 39,28. Hal tersebut berarti pembelajaran STEM lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa di masa pandemi covid-19 pada pelajaran IPA kelas V SDN Umbulrejo tahun ajaran 2020/2021 daripada kelas sebelum dikenai tindakan pembelajaran STEM.
