Abstract

Menarche peristiwa menstruasi pertama kali akan dialami oleh remaja putri. Berdasarkan dari studi pendahuluan 20 remaja putri, sebanyak (15%) pengetahuan baik, sebanyak (35%) pengetahuan cukup dan sebanyak (50%) pengetahuan kurang. Sedangkan (56%) perilaku menstrual hygiene buruk. Tujuan Penelitian Untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan tentang menarche dan perilaku menstrual hygiene pada remaja putri kelas VII di SMPN 31 Kota Tangerang. Metode Penelitian Ini menggunakan desain penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan Nonequivalent Control Grup Design. Hasil Penelitian Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, menghasilkan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) pada variabel pengetahuan kelas eksperimen dan perilaku kelas eksperimen = 0.000, sedangkan pada variabel pengetahuan kelas kontrol = 0.000 dan perilaku kelas kontrol = 0.001 karena nilai sig (<0,05), maka disimpulkan bahwa “Ha diterima” artinya ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan tentang menarche dan perilaku menstrual hygiene kelas VII di SMPN 31 Kota Tangerang. Saran Pemberian informasi mengenai pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan terhadap pengetahuan tentang menarche dan perilaku menstrual hygiene pada remaja putri kelas VII di SMPN 31 Kota Tangerang untuk menambah wawasan bagi remaja putri sehingga dapat mengaplikasikannya di kehidupan sehari-hari.    Kata Kunci : Pendidikan Kesehatan, Pengetahuan Tentang Menarche, Perilaku Menstrual Hygiene

Abstract

Abstrak: WHO telah menetapkan Covid-19 sebagai sebagai pandemi global karena persebarannya sangat cepat ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Oleh karena itu, Kemendikbud menerbitkan surat edaran tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar dari rumah, sehingga proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan metode pembelajaran jarak jauh. Namun, banyak rintangan yang harus dihadapi oleh pendidik maupun peserta didik. Salah satunya adalah jaringan internet yang tidak stabil, lingkungan tempat belajar yang tidak kondusif, serta beban tugas bertambah dibandingkan pada saat pembelajaran dengan tatap muka. Hal tersebut menimbulkan kecemasan dan dapat berdampak pada menurunnya prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dalam mengelola kecemasan selama Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh pada masa pandemi Covid-19 pada remaja SMA. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah secara virtual kepada remaja SMA. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa penyebab kecemasan selama pembelajaran jarak jauh yang dialami oleh peserta didik yang paling banyak adalah tidak siap menghadapi jenjang selanjutnya, yaitu sebanyak 40 peserta didik (74%), terlambat mengikuti kelas sebanyak 31 peserta didik (57%), dan deadline tugas, yaitu sebanyak 29 peserta didik (54%). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan kesehatan mengenai pengelolaan kecemasan selama pembelajaran jarak jauh pada remaja SMA perlu untuk dilakukan.Abstract: WHO has establised Covid-19 as a global pandemic because it spreads very quickly to all corners of the world. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture issued a circular regarding the Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning from Home, so that the learning process is carried out using the distance learning method. However, there are many obstacles that must be passed by teachers and students. One of them is an unstable internet network, a learning environment that is not conducive, and an increased task load compared to face-to-face learning. This causes anxiety and can have an impact on decreasing student achievement. This community service aims to provide information on managing anxiety during Distance Learning during the Covid-19 pandemic for high school youth. The method used is a virtual lecture method to adolescents on senior high school. The most common causes of anxiety during distance learning experienced by students are not ready to face the next levels as many as 40 students (74%), being late for class as many as 31 students (57%), and task deadlines as many as 29 students (54%). This shows that health education is needed regarding the management of anxiety during distance learning in adolescent on senior high school.

Abstract

School-age children who have a habit of throwing garbage in vain will cause a variety of health problems and environment especially in school environments that can interfere with the teaching and learning process becomes uncomfortable. Objective: Know the student's level of knowledge and parental role in the behavior of throwing garbage in elementary school students. Methods: Quantitative research with Crossectional approaches. Sampling techniques using incidental sampling. Samples of research 110 students,I grade V and VI elementary schools who have filled in questionnaires through Google form. Result: Respondents ' knowledge rate was less than 56 respondents (50.9%). A large role of parents of good respondents is as much as 61 respondents (55.5%). Most are well-behaved in dumping garbage, which is 62 respondents (56.4%). Conclusion: The Chi-square test obtained P-value 0.020 &lt; 0.05 Ho rejected then there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of students with the behavior of throwing garbage. Chi-square test obtained P-value 0.048 &lt; 0.05 Ho rejected then it can be concluded there is a significant relationship between students ' parental role level with the behavior of throwing waste. Conclusion: Students who have good knowledge and students who have a good parental role have good behavior in removing garbage. Advice: It is expected for students to pay attention to and maintain the cleanliness of the environment, for parents and teachers are expected to further improve the supervision of students in order to maintain the cleanliness of the environment not to dispose of garbage.

Abstract

Stigma terhadap ODHA (Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS) banyak di jumpai di kalangan remaja. Hal ini dikarenakan remaja kurang menyadari dan memahami akan bentuk dan efek stigma terhadap orang yang beresiko maupun terhadap ODHA. Pengetahuan yang kurang tentang HIV/AIDS dapat menimbulkan perbedaan persepsi pada siswa yang berdampak pada perbuatan stigma kepada Orang Dengan HIV/AIDS (ODHA). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah Pengaruh Pendidikan Kesehatan Tentang HIV/AIDS Terhadap Persepsi Siswa Tentang HIV/AIDS Se-Tangerang Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain quasi eksperiment dan model nonequivalent control group design. Desain penelitian digunakan untuk mencari pengaruh perlakuan tertentu terhadap suatu kelompok dengan kelompok yang lain, dengan cara membandingkan satu atau lebih keompok eksperimen yang diberi treatment dengan kelompok lain yang tidak diberi treatment. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik aksidental sampling atau incidental sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 180 responden yang terbagi dalam 109 kelompok eksperimen dan 71 responden kelompok kontrol. Didapatkan hasil bahwa ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang HIV/AIDS terhadap persepsi siswa tentang HIV/AIDS. Ada pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang HIV/AIDS terhadap persepsi siswa tentang HIV/AIDS.

Abstract

Government policy to enforce online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic that is not supported by adequate facilities has become a significant obstacle for students and their parents. Each educational institution has different perspectives and perceptions. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the difference in perception between parents and teachers towards the implementation process and evaluation system of online learning. The data was collected using questionnaires of 17 indicators using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model criteria, then distributed online using random sampling techniques to parents and teachers throughout Indonesia at the elementary, junior high, and high school levels so that 118 data were obtained divided into 81 teachers and 37 parents. The results of the student test (t-test) obtained information that there is a difference in perception between parents and teachers, this can be seen from the t-test score of 1,919 with a sig score. 0.057. This is also evidenced by the average teacher response score of 66.19 which means positive, while the average response score of parents is 60.54 which means less positive to the application of online learning during COVID-19. The results of this study are expected to be used as an evaluation of online learning for the government in the future.

Abstract

Observations on several school and community environments in Tangerang Regency where the problem of waste has not found the right solution. The school environment becomes one of the biggest waste-producing agents every day. The behavior of the community and school members towards waste is one of the factors in creating a Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS). The incidence of diseases caused by PHBS is still high. The most common illnesses occur because of a lack of understanding of PHBS, especially those related to environmental cleanliness, this happens because PHBS in Indonesia has only reached a percentage of 56.58%(Kemenkes RI, 2018). The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Kurassaki program (Reducing Waste Our Schools) had an effect on the PHBS of students at the Pilot Project School of the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) Tangerang Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a Quasi-experimental research design. The sampling technique uses stratified random sampling. The sample in this study were 175 respondents in the experimental group and 183 respondents in the control group. This research instrument using a questionnaire. Based on the Mann-Whitney test, the p-value is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that "H1 is accepted", which means that there is an influence of the Kurassaki program on student PHBS at the Bappeda Pilot Project school in Tangerang Regency. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Kurassaki program in schools has a positive effect on PHBS students and makes students more concerned about the environment.
