Abstract

Some  of Trichoderma species  as  antagonistic  fungi  are  usually  considered  soil  microorganism, They  colonize  plant  roots,  some- times  forming  a  symbiotic  relationship.  Three  species  of Trichoderma (T. virens, T. harzianum and T. asperellum) have been inoculated on cacao seedling and  cocoa  pod. Trichoderma species  can  be  re-isolated  from  surface  sterilized  cacao  seedling, including the stem and leaf, root, and pod then observed their colonization ability. Fungal hyphae were observed under the microscope emerging from the leaf, steam, root of seedling and pod as soon as 1 day after their isolation from surface sterilized cacao seedling and pod. All Trichoderma species  were  able  to  enter  and  make  colonization.    The  highest  percentage  of  colonization occurred  in  the T.  harzianum by  73.3%  (leaves),  46.7%  (trunk)  and  86.7%  (roots).  While colonization  on the  skin  cocoa  pod  (epidermis)  also  has  a  different  percentage,  the  highest percentage indicated in the treatment of T. harzianum by 63.3%. We conclude that T. harzianum better  biological  control  agent  base  on  their  ability  to  colonize  all  part  of  seedling and  pod. Trichoderma species into the cacao stem, leaf, root and pod allowing systemic colonization of this tissue.

Abstract

The nutmeg plant known as spice plants that has economic value. South Aceh district is an area of nutmeg production centers in Aceh. The purpose of this study was to determine the type of marketing channels, margin and marketing efficiency nutmeg in Tapak Tuan Sub District. This research was conducted by survey. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive method by analysis of marketing margin and efficiency. The results showed that: (1) Channel marketing of meat nutmeg using zero channel level, while the nutmeg seed marketing channels using the channel one and two levels; (2) marketing margin nutmeg to consumers in Type I of Rp.20.500 per kg and the Type II amounted Rp.21.000 per kg, while the marketing channel nutmeg to refiners in Type I Rp. 95 900 per kg and the Type II Rp. 96 400; (3) The efficiency of marketing nutmeg to consumers in Type I 53.94% and the Type II 55.26%, while nutmeg to refiners at 84.65%of Type I and Type II at 85%.

Abstract

Abstrak - Provinsi Aceh adalah salah satu daerah yang memiliki garis pantai yang luas. Produksi garam di Provinsi Aceh belum mampu memenuhi kebutuhan konsumsi dan industri dengan baik dikarenakan teknologi yang belum memadai dan keadaan cuaca yang tidak menentu, meskipun Aceh memiliki daerah penghasil garam. Akan tetapi Provinsi Aceh masih mengimpor garam dari luar Aceh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan jenis data sekunder. Data yang digunakan menggunakan data runtun waktu (time series) yang merupakan data tahunanselama 11 tahun terakhir. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa Perkembangan impor garam di Provinsi Aceh positif meningkat setiap tahunnya sebesar 6.581.232 Kg/Tahun dan secara serampak factor jumlah penduduk, permintaan garam, produksi garam, biaya impor garam dan harga garam impor memiliki pengaruhi terhadap impor garam di Provinsi Aceh.Kata kunci :Garam, Impor garam, Garam Aceh.

Abstract

ABSTRACTOne of the commodities that became the mainstay of Indonesia's exports is commodities pepper. In Indonesia, many pepper plants grown in the provinces of Lampung, Bangka, West Kalimantan and Aceh. Pepper plants in several regencies / cities in Aceh province. However, the development of commodity pepper planting area tends to decrease in almost every district. Aceh Besar district as a granary, pepper production in Aceh province also decreased acreage planting area. This condition is very contradictory because demand and prices of pepper are high but has not been used optimally. This is a reflection of the low motivation of farmers in pepper farming. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of motivation pepper farmers and determine the factors related to the motivation of farmers. The data analysis method used is Likert measurement scale systems and Spearman rank correlation. The data used are primary data time series period 2008-2013. Based on test results using a Likert scale of measurement that the level of motivation of farmers in pepper farming in Aceh Besar district in the high category. Based on the factors that have been tested using Spearman rank correlation, it is known that factors related to the level of motivation of farmers in pepper farming is the motivation of farmers with the availability of inputs, farmers motivated by cosmopolitan nature of farmers, and the motivation of farmers by supporting institutions. While revenue and service agencies there are not to relation with the motivation of pepper farmers. Keywords: Pepper Farm, Farmer Motivation Levels, External Factors, Spearman Rank Correlation

Abstract

This service is about system utilization (enterprise resource planning) in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Applying enterprise resource planning to MSMES can help increase flexibility and integrate entire business processes, such as inventory management, finance, production, and sales. However, the implementation of enterprise resource planning requires mature preparation, including proper selection of suppliers, optimization of internal teams, and preparation of human resources. The research methodology used is a participatory action learning system with the active participation of MSMES stakeholders and enterprise resource planning providers. The implementation process of the ENERPRISE Resource Planning system in MSMES includes the phases of meetings, planning, system design, training, and support, as well as the use of the system in business operations. The implementation steps of the Enterprise Resource Planning system in MSMES include business information documents, functional requirements documents, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah Negara yang kaya akan sumber daya alam. Aceh adalah salah satu wilyah di Indonesia yang kaya akan sumber daya alam salah satunya adalah komoditas pertanian. Salah satu pemanfaatan produk pertanian untuk meningkatkan perekonomian adalah komoditas buah kelapa. Buah kelapa bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai produk diversifikasi olahan buah kelapa sebagai produk kuliner. Salah satu pemanfaatan buah kelapa sebagai produk kuliner adalah produk kelapa jelly. Kelapa muda jelly merupakan minuman yang terbuat dari buah kelapa muda, dan jelly yang sangat diminati oleh berbagai kalangan dan berbagai usia. Minuman ini sangat disukai karena memiliki rasa yang segar dan nikmat sehingga banyak orang yang menyukai jenis minuman ini. Karna rasa kelapa muda yang segar mampu menyehatkan tubuh serta daging kelapa muda yang lembut memiliki banyak kandungan vitamin yang baik untuk tubuh. Kelapa jelly mulai berkembang beberapa tahun belakangan ini di Aceh. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan memberikan kuisioner dan wawancara langsung dengan pemilik dan pekerja usaha home industry tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CV. Taya Jelly memanfaatkan peluang dengan mengolah buah kelapa menjadi produk pangan yang bernama Kelapa Jelly Taya. CV.Taya Jelly merupakan sebuah home industri skala kecil yang memproduksi kelapa muda menjadi kelapa jelly sebagai produk utama. CV Taya Jelly mengembangkan produk dengan menerapkan konsep manajemen produksi dengan baik dimulai dengan pemilihan bahan baku, sistem operasional sampai dengan manajemen pemasaran.
