Abstract

Pengembangan Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Tangerang bertujuan agar menghasilkan produk-produk hasil komoditas unggulan yang berkualitas dan memenuhi standar kebutuhan pasar modern, menghasilkan petani-petani hortikultura handal dalam melakukan usaha tani untuk memproduksi produk hortikultura yang sehat, mengurangi pengangguran dan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan melalui pengembangan hortikultura, serta meningkatkan pendapatan petani perkapita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan, potensi pengembangan dan strategi pengembangan sayuran daun di Kawasan Agropolitan Kabupaten Tangerang untuk mendukung ketahanan pangan. Responden dalam penelitian 65 petani dan 20 stakeholder. Analisis ekonomi usaha sayuran daun dengan analisis pendapatan, R/C ratio, B/C ratio dan BEP. Analisis potensi pengembangan sayuran daun dengan statistik deskriptif dan strategi pengembangan usaha sayuran daun dengan AHP. Analisis ekonomi usaha dari tiga komoditas sayuran daun yaitu caisim, kangkung dan bayam mampu memberikan keuntungan yang cukup besar bagi petani dengan nilai R/C ratio dan B/C ratio lebih dari satu menunjukkan usahatani sayuran daun efisien dan layak untuk diusahakan. Potensi pengembangan sayuran daun dapat mendukung ketahanan pangan dengan penyediaan lapangan pekerjaan dan keamanan pangan sayuran daun. Berdasarkan analisis AHP terhadap strategi pengembangan usaha sayuran daun, kriteria yang dianggap paling utama adalah pengembangan budidaya dengan nilai bobot prioritas sebesar 0,402. Budidaya sebagai subsistem hulu, yang merupakan awal dari usaha tani sehingga betul-betul harus dipastikan keberhasilannya, karena jika dibagian hulu atau budidayanya sudah berhasil, maka untuk subsistem hilirnya juga pasti akan lebih baik. Prioritas alternatif strategi dalam pengembangan usaha sayuran daun adalah pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan bobot 0,470. Kualitas sumberdaya petani sangat penting dalam peningkatan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan petani.

Abstract

A research has been conducted to produce products of various microbial inoculants which synergistically function as a biological fertilizer and could improve soybean production on dry land, especially land that was marginal. Excavation of potential soil microbes on marginal dry land was conducted in Cibaliung District, Pandeglang Banten with a screening technique that had been tested in comparison with isolates that had been successfully tested its superiority. After proving the superiority of microbial synergism between multiple test isolates that had different roles in the transformation of nutrients, especially N and P. Microbial isolates demonstrated synergism effect formulated with a variety of carrier as inoculant products. In this research, isolation of microbes was conducted in the first year that was isolation of Azotobacter and Azospirillum with microbial enrichment with selective liquid media Ashby and Media Okon, BPF Pikovskaya media. The selection of microbial population density, which was aimed to produce a microbial consortium to produce microbes that work synergistically enhance the growth of plants was conducted in the second year. The experiment used a randomized completely block design (RCBD ) with a population density factor Azotobacter sp., Azospirillum and BPF: without treatment ( Z0, AZ0 and BP0) , 102cfu/ml (Z1 AZ1 and BP1), 104 cfu/ml (Z2, AZ2, and BP2 ), 106 cfu/ml (Z3, AZ3 and BP3), 108 cfu/ml (Z4, AZ4 and BP4) and 1010 cfu/1ml (Z5, AZ5 and BP5) soybean plants inoculated at the age of 2 M1ST repeated four times with further testing DMRT 5%. The parameters measured were: plant height, number of leaves, root length, leaf area, dry weight and root dry weight crown. Research showed that treatment of the various levels of population density Azotobacter sp. significantly effect on plant height, while density of population Azosprillium sp. significantly effect on plant height. BPF population density showed significant effect on the number of leaves.Key words: Soybean, Azospirillum, Azotobacter, and BPF

Abstract

ABSTRACTA research was carried out to know response duku seedling on soil from various location to NPK fertilizer. The research was conducted in green house of BPSB TPH IX from January until April and arranged in Randomized Completely Block Design with Split Plot Design and to know NPK absorbtion to leaf meristem obtained through laboratory analysis. The result of research showed that response of duku seedling on soil from various locations to NPK fertilizer was tested not significant to all of parameters observed except to plant height accretion of NPK fertilizer.Key words: Duku (Lansium domesticum Correa), Seedling, NPK

Abstract

ABSTRACT              The research was aimed to know genetic potential of growth and production of four new superior varieties of rice plants grown in the village Kadu Bale in Banjar sub-district  pandeglang Regency of Banten Province. Research was conducted in the village Kadu Bale Banjar District Pandeglang in May until September 2010. The research used a randomized block design with new  superior varieties as factor, which consisted of 4 levels with six replications.  Parameters were observed: 1) The number of tillers (stems), 2) plant height (cm), 3) Age of  panicle  appear  (HSS), 4) Age of harvest (days), 5) production per ha, and 6) The percentage of empty grains per clump (%). 7) The percentage of attacks Bacterial Leaf Light. The result showed that each variety (Ciherang, Inpari 1, Inpari 7, and Inpari 8 ) had potential interaction to abiotic and biotic environment during the period of its life (one season). Inpari 8 showed  the best potential interactions of abiotic and biotic environment during the period of its life (one season).Keywords: rice, production potential, new superior varieties

Abstract

The research was aimed to know the effects of seedling size and kind of organic fertilizer to the plant tuber yield of talas beneng (Xanthosoma undipes K. Koch). Research was conducted from August 2016 until January 2017 in KampungJuhut, KarangTanjung Sub-district, Pandeglang Regency, Banten Province. This research used Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) with two factors and three replications. The first factor was seedling size (D) wich consisted three levels namely D1 : 1 cm – 3.5 cm, D2 : 4 cm – 6.5 cm, and D3 : 7 – 9.5 cm. The second factor was kind of organic fertilizer (P) wich consisted three levels namely P1 : chicken manure fertilizer, P2 : goat manure fertilizer and P3 : organic fertilizer (pertoganik). The parameters observed were tuber weight, tuber diameter, tuber length, number of tuber secondary, oxalate content . The resultsshowed that the size of the seedling diameter giving the best influence on the long tuber length of the taro tuber (Xanthosomaundipes K. Koch) was on the D3 treatment (7 – 9.5 cm). The treatment of organic fertilizer type of chicken manure (P1) gave the best influence to the parameters of the number of secondary tubers. There was no interaction between seed size and type of organic fertilizer on all parameters observed.Keyword: Talasbeneng (Xanthosoma undipesK. Koch), Seedling size, Organicfertilizer

Abstract

Uji pemunculan radikula merupakan salah satu metode untuk mengestimasi vigor benih. Prinsip metode uji pemunculan radikula adalah benih yang berkecambah lambat merupakan tanda awal kemunduran fisiologis benih dan menunjukkan bahwa lot benih tersebut bervigor rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh waktu pengamatan pemunculan radikula yang tepat pada uji pemunculan radikula benih kopi Arabika serta memperoleh korelasi antara hasil uji pemunculan radikula dengan berbagai tolok ukur viabilitas dan vigor benih. Pengujian viabilitas dan vigor benih di laboratorium menggunakan tolok ukur daya berkecambah (DB), rataan waktu perkecambahan (MGT), indeks vigor (IV), kecepatan tumbuh (KCT), bobot kering kecambah normal (BKKN), dan laju pertumbuhan kecambah (LPK). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial yang terdiri dari dua faktor. Faktor pertama adalah varietas benih, terdiri dari tiga taraf yaitu varietas S 795, Gayo 1, dan Sigarar Utang. Faktor kedua adalah periode pengecambahan, terdiri dari lima taraf yaitu 168, 192, 216, 240, dan 264 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa varietas Sigarar Utang memberikan hasil terbaik terhadap pemunculan radikula sebesar 98.87 %. Periode pengecambahan selama 264 jam memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap pemunculan radikula pada benih kopi Arabika. Terdapat interaksi antara varietas dan periode pengecambahan terhadap pemunculan radikula pada benih kopi Arabika (P < 0.05). Hasil uji pemunculan radikula mempunyai korelasi positif yang kuat dengan pengujian viabilitas benih daya berkecambah (r = 0.70), dan berkorelasi positif sangat kuat dengan tolok ukur vigor benih indeks vigor (r = 0.84), kecepatan tumbuh (r = 0.97), berat kering kecambah normal (r = 0.88), dan laju pertumbuhan kecambah (0.80), serta berkorelasi negatif sangat kuat dengan tolok ukur vigor benih rataan waktu perkecambahan (-0.94).
