Abstract

Innovation in education is necessary, so that there is a change and provide something new that can improve the quality of education both nationally and internationally. In realizing educational innovation, there is a characteristic that can give color in the innovation itself. And in its implementation requires a decision process that is really mature and not rushed. Before becoming a decision usually the innovation begins from a diffusion that is then organized and systematically designed to be conducted a trial that later turns into dissemination, which is a process in applying innovations that have existing results and considered successful. And success itself requires a strategy so as not to miss the mark and can be used as best as possible, so that the innovation itself really becomes something new and has a positive impact.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the ability to write job application letters for class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020 and to find out whether cooperative learning with the Think-Pair-Share model could improve the ability to write cover letters for class XII students of SMK Negeri 2 Depok City. This study uses classroom action research (action research) in two rounds (cycles). Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is Class XII Computer Network Engineering (TKJ) SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020. The data obtained in the form of subjective test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. The results show, class XII students of TKJ SMK Negeri 2 Depok City in 2019-2020 are able to write job applications. This can be seen from the average score of students' ability to write job application letters and student learning completeness in cycle I and cycle II has increased. The average score of students' ability to write job application letters in the first cycle was 72.77 and learning completeness reached 64.70%. The average score of students' ability to write job application letters in cycle II was 78.38 and learning completeness reached 85.29%. The application of the Think-Pair-Share model of cooperative learning has a positive influence on Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM). Think-Pair-Share model of cooperative learning can improve student learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average student answers stating that students are interested and interested in the Think-Pair-Share cooperative learning method so that they become motivated to learn. Abstract

This article aims to determine the purpose of Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum. The research method in this writing uses qualitative methods, namely by means of library research, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study indicate that Islamic Religious Education has been running since before independence. Then develop and systematically designed and structured which is then formed in a curriculum. The Islamic Religious Education in the National Curriculum follows the changes that the government has made, namely adjusting the content of its learning to the needs of the 21st century, namely the existence of 4 C's. Abstract

This study aims to determine the purpose and purpose of the creation of beings (kholiqul basyar) as a religious foundation of Islamic education purposes. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative method that is by way of library studies, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study show that man was created by Allah Swt to the Earth, none other than as a caliph (preserver) and as a servant. Man is given the task by Allah Swt as a Caliph that is to prosper the Earth and its contents, while Man as a servant is that man is given the task to serve Allah Swt by bringing the vision and mission of Allah Swt to get his pleasure and can be applied through the educational process, as should be applied in Islamic education.Keyword: Kholiqul Basyar; Religious Foundation; Islamic Education. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui maksud dan tujuan penciptaan makhluk (kholiqul basyar) sebagai landasan religius tujuan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni dengan cara studi kepustakaan, mencari dan mengumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan manusia diciptakan oleh Allah Swt ke bumi, tidak lain adalah sebagai khalifah (pemelihara) dan sebagai hamba. Manusia diberi tugas oleh Allah Swt sebagai khalifah yaitu untuk memakmurkan bumi dan seisinya, sedangkan manusia sebagai hamba adalah bahwa manusia diberikan tugas untuk mengabdi kepada Allah Swt dengan membawa visi dan misi dari Allah Swt untuk mendapatkan keridaan-Nya dan dapat diterapkan melalui proses pendidikan, seperti yang harus diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam.Kata Kunci: Kholiqul Basyar; Landasan Religius; Pendidikan Islam.
