Abstract

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is one of the processed products from coconuts that has high economic value. As one of the villages in Pangandaran Regency that produces a lot of coconut agricultural products, it is necessary to have a wider use of coconut itself. The benefit of community service from this program is to increase people's understanding, especially farmers or producers of virgin coconut oil (VCO). The goals to be achieved in processing coconuts into virgin coconut oil (VCO) are to increase the income obtained by the community because they have been able to process coconuts into virgin coconut oil (VCO), and to increase people's knowledge and skills in processing coconuts into virgin coconut oil (VCO). The training was held in February 2022 in Emplak Village, Kalipucang District, Pangandaran Regency. The implementation method used is divided into three stages, namely the coordination, preparation and training stages. The results of this community service have succeeded in training the community in Emplak Village to make virgin coconut oil (VCO) well. In addition, other results obtained from this service are high participant responses. This can be seen from their attendance and enthusiasm in participating in the training. The community has additional skills in utilizing and processing local natural resources (coconuts). Abstrak Minyak kelapa murni atau virgin coconut oil (VCO) adalah salah satu produk olahan dari buah kelapa yang memiliki nilai ekonomis yang tinggi. Sebagai salah satu desa di Kabupaten Pangandaran yang menghasilkan banyak hasil pertanian buah kelapa maka perlu adanya pemanfaatan lebih luas dari kelapa itu sendiri. Manfaat pengabdian masyarakat dari program ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, khususnya para petani atau penderes terhadap minyak kelapa murni “virgin coconut oil (VCO)”. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam mengolah buah kelapa menjadi virgin coconut oil (VCO) adalah untuk mingkatkan pendapatan yang diperoleh masyarakat karena telah mampu mengolah buah kelapa menjadi virgin coconut oil (VCO), dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah buah kelapa menjadi virgin coconut oil (VCO). Pelatihan dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2022 di Desa Emplak, Kecamatan Kalipucang Kabupaten Pangandaran. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dibagi dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahap koordinasi, persiapan dan pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil melatih masyarakat di Desa Emplak membuat virgin coconut oil (VCO) dengan baik. Selain itu hasil lainnya yang diperoleh dari pengabdian ini yaitu respon peserta tinggi. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kehadiran dan antusias mereka dalam mengikuti pelatihan. Masyarakat memiliki keterampilan tambahan dalam memanfaatkan serta mengolah sumber daya alam lokal (buah kelapa).

Abstract

Abstract This article aims to determine the nature of educators in Islamic education. The method used in this paper is a library research approach that uses books and other literature as the main object. The type of research used is qualitative, namely research that produces information in the form of notes and descriptive data contained in the text under study. The results of this study state that the essence of educators is Allah SWT who teaches knowledge to humans and humans also have an obligation for him to transfer that knowledge to other humans for the benefit of humans including nature in it. Educators should develop and clean the souls of students so that they can get closer to Allah SWT, keep them away from evil, and keep them in their nature. Abstract

Teacher competence is one of  the benchmarks for the success of the education implemented. Therefore, qualified educators will be able to produce students who grow according to thei rstage of development. This ability is closely related to the ability of teachers to teach in the classroom. This includes the ability to manage classes and the ability of teachers to interact with students. The purpose of this study was to analyze several teacher competencies including teacher competence in pedagogic competence,  personality competence, socialcompetence, and teacher professional competence. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysi sapproach. The results of the study indicate that teachers have applied pedagogic competence, personality competence, social competence, and professional competence in classroom learning but still need to be improved. But the competence of its application In learning is still in the poor category. It is suggested that teachers canimprove their competence in classroom learning by participating in various competency development trainings.

Abstract

Classroom management is very important in the learning process. Because a comfortable classroom atmosphere can make the learning process conducive and enjoyable, especially at the early childhood education level. The purpose of this research is to find out and describe how classroom management at RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran also makes RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran a model of classroom management that can be used as an example in good classroom management. The method that researchers take is a service learning method. The results obtained from this research are that classroom management at RA Al-Hamidiyah Pangkalan Pangandaran went very well. The importance of good classroom management because it is the main factor that can create a conducive, fun and effective classroom atmosphere has a major influence on the ongoing learning process in the classroom.

Abstract

The role of education in higher education is very important to prepare students to become individuals who have the ability to be able to develop themselves further. Based on the results of a field survey, data on students who continue their tertiary education in Langkaplancar Village are still lacking, and their motivation to continue on to tertiary education is still low. The reality is that currently in Langkaplancar Village there are many high school graduates/equivalents who decide not to continue their education at tertiary institutions, some choose to work or even become unemployed, due to economic factors and lack of motivation. One of the efforts made to solve this problem is holding an Education Motivation Training Seminar. The purpose of this activity is to increase student motivation to continue their studies at tertiary institutions and to raise awareness of all parties, especially parents, in providing support for children to continue on to tertiary institutions. The results of this community service activity are (1) Socialization and coordination with related elements (2) Implementation of activities and (3) Responses of the Village Government, School Principals, Teachers and Parents to activities.

Abstract

Seiring perkembangan zaman, peran pendidikan di perguruan tinggi sangatlah penting untuk menyiapkan siswa menjadi pribadi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk bisa mengembangkan dirinya lebih maju lagi. Berdasarkan hasil dari survey lapangan data siswa yang melanjutkan pendididikan keperguruan tinggi di desa langkaplancar masih kurang, serta motivasi mereka untuk melajutkan ke jenjang perguruan tinggi masih rendah. Kenyataannya saat ini di Desa Langkaplancar banyak lulusan SMA/sederajat yang memutuskan untuk tidak meneruskan pendidikan ke Perguruan Tinggi, ada yang memilih untuk bekerja atau bahkan menganggur karena faktor ekonomi dan kurangnya motivasi melanjutkan. Salahsatu ikhtiar yang dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini adalah diadakannya kegiatan Seminar Education Motivation Traning. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa untuk melanjutkan kejenjang yang lebih tinggi atau ke perguruan tinggi dan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran semua pihak khususnya orangtua dalam memberikan dukungan terhadap anak (siswa/siswi) agar melanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi atau perguruan tinggi.Kata Kunci : Seminar, Motivasi, Pendidikan

Abstract

The introduction of learning to read and write the Al-Qur’an is one of the musts that must be given to early childhood as part of the Muslim community. Al-Qur’an as the holy book of Muslims acts as a source of law, the basis of knowledge and as a benchmark in the formation of early childhood behaviour, trough learning the basics of the Al-Qur’an such as reading and writing it, the child gets to know the good values contained in the Al-Qur’an. The formation of religious characters is through learning the Qur’an, one the wich is being able to read and write. The Qur’ani religious and personal character are needed in forming a civilized nation. The research was conducted the aim of knowing how to learn to read and write the Al-Qur’an properly and it should be for early childhood. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a literature study appoarch. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by collecting and analizyng primary data sources from books, articles and research results that have been conducted by previous researchers. The data analized is relevant to research on learning to read and write Al-Qur’an for early childhood. The findings from several references ilustrare how the implementation of learning to read and write Al-Qur’an for early childhood.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of MSMEs in improving economic prosperity in Indonesia. This research approach collects data through literature studies, which involves reading literature from various sources including books, journals and reports using qualitative and deductive approaches. The findings in this research are that micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are a very crucial sector for economic prosperity in Indonesia. This is because MSMEs play an important role in absorbing labor, increasing people's income, creating new business opportunities, increasing economic equality, and preserving local culture and wisdom. Apart from that, MSMEs also play an important role in creating jobs, increasing local economic growth, increasing innovation and creativity, stimulating local economic growth, economic diversification, as well as contributing to taxes and state revenues. This can improve economic prosperity in Indonesia. The indicators for measuring the level of welfare are income, housing and settlement, education and health.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the purpose and purpose of the creation of beings (kholiqul basyar) as a religious foundation of Islamic education purposes. The research method in this paper uses a qualitative method that is by way of library studies, searching and collecting from various relevant sources. The results of this study show that man was created by Allah Swt to the Earth, none other than as a caliph (preserver) and as a servant. Man is given the task by Allah Swt as a Caliph that is to prosper the Earth and its contents, while Man as a servant is that man is given the task to serve Allah Swt by bringing the vision and mission of Allah Swt to get his pleasure and can be applied through the educational process, as should be applied in Islamic education.Keyword: Kholiqul Basyar; Religious Foundation; Islamic Education. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui maksud dan tujuan penciptaan makhluk (kholiqul basyar) sebagai landasan religius tujuan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian dalam penulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yakni dengan cara studi kepustakaan, mencari dan mengumpulkan dari berbagai sumber yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan manusia diciptakan oleh Allah Swt ke bumi, tidak lain adalah sebagai khalifah (pemelihara) dan sebagai hamba. Manusia diberi tugas oleh Allah Swt sebagai khalifah yaitu untuk memakmurkan bumi dan seisinya, sedangkan manusia sebagai hamba adalah bahwa manusia diberikan tugas untuk mengabdi kepada Allah Swt dengan membawa visi dan misi dari Allah Swt untuk mendapatkan keridaan-Nya dan dapat diterapkan melalui proses pendidikan, seperti yang harus diterapkan dalam pendidikan Islam.Kata Kunci: Kholiqul Basyar; Landasan Religius; Pendidikan Islam.
