Abstract

PT Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance merupakan perusahaan keuangan syariah yang menyediakan pembiayaan konsumtif (ritel) seperti mobil dan sepeda motor yang berdasarkan pada prinsip keuangan syariah dengan menggunakan skema Murabahah (jual beli). Intensitas transaksi murabahah pada PT Al Ijarah Indonesia yang sangat tinggi menyebabkan sulitnya proses pencatatan serta layanan oleh admin, sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan menjadi kurang tepat dan tidak sesuai. Sistem informasi pelayanan pemibiayaan murabahah yang baik sangat dibutuhkan agar memudahkan admin dalam melakukan proses transaksi. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Pembiayaan Murabahah Berbasis Web bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi pembiayaan murabahah yang mempu memenuhi kebutuhan pada bagian HC (Human Capital), BO (Back Office) pada PT Al Ijarah Indonesia Finance Cabang Lampung. Metode pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Agile Developmenet Method yang dimulai dari tahapan planning, implementation, testing, documentation, deployment, dan maintenance. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan pembiayaan murabahah berbasis web. Sistem ini memudahkan terhadap proses pencatatan, pencarian data, serta memberikan data laporan yang baik, sehingga mampu memudahkan proses yang dilakukan oleh admin.

Abstract

Knowledge management is a concept that converts information into knowledge that can be followed up and available with easy means so that everyone can access it. The knowledge of information technology is very important for the community, as one of the software and forums providing information about stom and heart disease, which is located in Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek. In order to develop and maintain the process of learning, innovation and renewal must continue to develop and be sustainable and required facilities or activities that are able to provide information about health, website knowledge management system that is specific to heart and heart disease is designed using the waterfall model method. This website is built using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. This research resulted in a knowledge management system website. The use of this website can help the public in obtaining information, provide a forum for discussion and exchange of experiences regarding ulcer disease and heart disease.

Abstract

This community service aims to provide insightful knowledge to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers about the use of Kahoot to improve teacher competence so as to help support the teaching and learning process. This service is carried out by providing training to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers in using the Kahoot application for teachers in the teaching and learning process in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. In the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the implementation of service is still carried out by our team of lecturers. This activity is completed in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation, reporting. Preparation is carried out by conducting a preliminary survey to find out what the teachers need in classroom teaching activities. Implementation of the training, using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. This activity was carried out through zoom media which was due to avoid the spread of the virus and this activity was attended by approximately 20 teachers. At the reporting stage, it was made after the completion of this service activity. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the teachers are very enthusiastic, especially when making teaching media and making exam questions

Abstract

Geographic Information System is also used to analyze spatial data and attribute data in everyday life. Spatial data is data about geographic positions which are usually in the form of maps. Meanwhile, attribute data is a data table that describes the nature of various objects as spatial data. The existence of the services of PT. Telkom Bandar Lampung Branch is currently still facing various problems such as the absence of a digital subscriber map and a number of disturbances that always appear every day so that it requires location information quickly.  Keywords : GIS, Network Mapping, Web Based Abstrak Sistem Informasi Geografis juga digunakan untuk menganalisis data-data yang bersifat spasial dan data atribut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Data spasial adalah data mengenai posisi geografis yang biasanya dalam bentuk peta. Sedangkan atribut data adalah tabel data yang menggambarkan sifat berbagai objek sebagai data spasial. Keberadaan pelayanan PT. Abstract

Searchengine is defined as web page  or website that collects  and organizes all content on the internet, here the user input a question or query, then the search engine will provide links to content that reflects what he wants. Until now, there are two problems paid attention by the experts in relation with search engines namely images in a database and the internet using text or keyword. These problems are far away from the expected. The search image by using  the text or keyword is very biased and difficult to justify because the keyword is very difficult to explain the information in an image. Content base image Retrieval is method return the image or image  retrieval  with the use of content the content contained in the picture or image, i.e. elements that can be taken from within the image that can be converted into a value such as color, shape, texture, line and other elements. Elements that are changed are contained in the image are converted in the form of value is to calculate each element and save the value into a histogram which will be used in the comparison process image and the process returns the image or image retrieval.Keywords: Search engine, content base image retrieval, flora, fauna
