Abstract

This community service aims to provide insightful knowledge to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers about the use of Kahoot to improve teacher competence so as to help support the teaching and learning process. This service is carried out by providing training to SDIT Insantama Lampung teachers in using the Kahoot application for teachers in the teaching and learning process in the era of the covid 19 pandemic. In the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the implementation of service is still carried out by our team of lecturers. This activity is completed in three stages of activity, namely preparation, implementation, reporting. Preparation is carried out by conducting a preliminary survey to find out what the teachers need in classroom teaching activities. Implementation of the training, using the lecture method, namely the presentation technique, followed by direct practice assisted by the team, accompanied by questions and answers and exercises carried out by the training participants. This activity was carried out through zoom media which was due to avoid the spread of the virus and this activity was attended by approximately 20 teachers. At the reporting stage, it was made after the completion of this service activity. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, it can be seen that the teachers are very enthusiastic, especially when making teaching media and making exam questions

Abstract

UMKM keripik tempe di desa negara ratu mengalami penurunan dalam penjualan produk dikarenakan dampak dari Covid-19. Hal ini perlu diatasi dengan membantu keberlangsungan UMKM dengan memperkenalakan e-commerce. Dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan dalam menggunakan salah satu aplikasi e-commerce. Dalam hal ini, UMKM dipekernalkan dengan platform Tokopedia seller. Platform tersebut dapat Membantu UMKM Keripik Tempe di Desa Negara Ratu dalam penjualan, pengaturan stok, periklanan, customer service, pengaturan varian produk, dll. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah UMKM mendapatkan kemampuan dalam memperluas jaringan pemasarannya melalui e-commerce.

Abstract

 This research discusses various aspects related to Luxury Brand, where in order to research this issue, an in-depth analysis is needed because it relates to psychological factors of purchase.The research variables discussed in this research are Functionalism Values, Hedonics Value, Symbolic/Expressive Values and Financials Values of Purchases  Intentions of famous brand users.The sample used in this research amounted to 180 respondents and collected by purposive sampling method.The test is carried out by the Structurally Equations Models (SEM) method. The results of this research are (1) Functional Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (2) Hedonic Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (3) Symbolic / expressive Value has a positive influence on Purchase Intention, (4) Financial Value does not have a positive influence on Purchase Intention. The implications obtained in this researchcan provide input for future brand development, especially for Luxury Brands.

Abstract

In the era of increasingly rapid technological development, making it easy to innovate and be innovative to be able to develop for the better is no exception for MSMEs. Not a few MSMEs in Indonesia are still lacking in knowledge to develop their businesses with the digital world such as social media or other platforms. MSMEs need training and education on the importance of running a business in the era of very tight competition. The problems faced by MSMEs group of Women Farmers are advancing Together in the village of insight, Tanjung Sari, Lampung Selatan, namely the lack of knowledge and training on business development using digital media such as digital financial management, sales and marketing and innovation in products. The purpose of this community service activity (PKPM) is carried out in groups using training and education methods to MSME players by using a digital basis so that MSMEs can reach a wider market, we provide the training needed for MSME players in advanced kwt Together that produce banana chips, dumpling chips, and semprong cakes in Wawasan Village, Tanjung Sari, South Lampung with members training fish such as marketing through social media, digital-based financial management, and product packaging innovation and the importance of business letters.

Abstract

Perancangan UI/UX desain adalah sebuah tahapan pra-produksi sebelum dilakukan implementasi pembuatan sebuah produk. Tahapan pra-produksi ini cenderung tidak dilaksanakan oleh pengembang piranti lunak dan aplikasi, sehingga terkadang kenyamanan pengguna terhadap pengunaan produk tidak diperhatikan. Dalam pengabdian ini dilaksanakan sebuah penyuluhan secara daring melalui online meeting zoom tentang dasar-dasar dari UI-UX kepada siswa/I SMA dan SMK se-Bandar Lampung, sebagai bekal dasar bagi para siswa/I yang berminat mengambil kejuruan informatika terutama di pengembangan produk teknologi informasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini tersampaikannya materi tentang UI-UX dan contohnya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari ke peserta, sehingga diharapkan akan ada produk-produk baru karya dalam negeri yang kompetitif dan bersaing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of work stress and non-material work environment on teachers' performance in Bandar Lampung High School. The population of this study is high school teachers in Bandar Lampung and a sample of 42 teachers was used. Data analysis techniques used included testing the validity and reliability of data instruments, techniques for data collection by observation and questionnaires, and data analysis techniques including tests for linearity, normality, multicollinearity, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study suggest that job stress and non-manual work environment have a positive impact on the performance of teachers at Bandar Lampung High School.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas nasabah Bank. Tinjauan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) dari Tom Duncan, yang menyatakan bahwa IMC adalah upaya terpadu dan terkoordinasi untuk mempromosikan konsep merek dengan menggunakan berbagai alat komunikasi "yang berbicara dengan satu bahasa". Pertanyaan yang muncul dalam penelitian ini adalah seberapa besar pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh citra merek terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari dimensi citra merek, meliputi kekuatan, kesukaan, keunikan. Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset for an organization that is an active planner and actor of various activities within the organization. Human resources have thoughts, feelings, desires, status and educational background whose mindset can be brought into an organizational environment. The performance achieved by an organization is basically the achievement of the members of the organization itself, from the top to the bottom level. The concept of local government performance itself emerged when government institutions began to try to introduce new concepts in the management of public affairs into good governance. One of the problems that affects the performance of ASN employees at the Pesawaran Regency Regional Revenue Agency, Lampung Province is work culture, in which case the problem solving carried out by the leadership still predominantly comes from the leadership without listening to and considering the opinions of subordinates. As a result, most respondents felt underappreciated in solving problems that occurred, which resulted in a decrease in their performance. This research can contribute ideas to the leadership of the Regional Revenue Board of Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province so that they can find out how Organizational Culture and employee motivation can affect HR performance, as well as other problems that arise in connection with HR performance at the Regional Revenue Board of Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. most respondents felt underappreciated in solving problems that occurred resulting in a decrease in their performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the quality and effectiveness of e-filling application by Indonesia tax payer. The theory adopted IS Success DeLone and McLean using three variables to measure the effectiveness of e-filling include user satisfaction, information quality, system quality, and service quality. Data collected through surveys conducted to taxpayers who have used Tax e-filling. PLS SEM and path analysis was applied to test the influences of the quality antecedents to user satisfaction with IS. The finding reveal that path coefficients provided a measure of the importance of each quality antecedent. The result show that Information quality, system quality, and service quality are increasing taxpayer satisfaction. This result also give evidence that the information quality, quality of system and service quality used by the organization positively affects the level of satisfaction of taxpayers. This study gives suggestion for Directorate General of Taxes could be sought by improving and increasing the information quality, system quality, use, and user satisfaction on e-filing system. This research gives empirical value that information quality, system quality and service quality have significant and positive effects on tax payers’ satisfaction.
