Abstract

This employee filing information system has several features, including managing curriculum vitae, employee leaves, salary increase, and rank, retired, and transfer. The data is still stored conventionally, making the data search process very long. This system is desktop based and uses the Java programming language. The results of the questionnaire showed that as many as 24 respondents stated that they agreed to 80% and as many as 6 respondents stated that they strongly agreed to 20% for the use of this application. Abstract

Vehicular Ad-hoc Network is the concept of a subset of Mobile Ad-Hoc Networks (MANET) where vehicles act as nodes on the network. Protocol routing is very influential on the performance of the network to deal with challenges related to the rapidly changing network topology. This study analyze the routing performance of the AODV protocol on vanet networks in the district of Cakranegara by analyzing performance results using end to end delay parameters, packet delivery ratio (PDR), throughput, and routing overhead. The average Maximum value at end to end delay is 940.577 ms while the minimum value is 50,065 ms, and the average speed value decreases delay at speed 50 to 30 km / h by 78,314 ms and from 30 to 10 km / hour decreased by 102,827 ms. The maximum average value in the packet delivery ratio is 84.75% while the minimum value is 55.33%, and the average speed value decreases the ratio at the speed of 50 to 30 km / hour by 7.26% and from 30 to 10 km / h has increased by 10.39%. The average maximum value at throughput is 69,553 Kbps while the minimum value is 10.06 Kbps, and the average speed value decreases throughput at speeds of 50 to 30 km / h by 1,065 Kbps and from 30 to 10 km / h decreases amounting to 0.658 Kbps. The average Maximum value on routing overhead is 37,311 bytes while the minimum value is 7,439 bytes, and the average speed value increases at a speed of 50 to 30 km / hour by 1,321 Bytes and from 30 to 10 km / hour decreases by 5,453 Bytes. Abstract

Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) have a very important role as a driver of the economy in Indonesia because SMIs can function as a provider of employment for a number of people who are not accommodated in the formal sector. SMIs also contributes to the formation of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and as a source of foreign exchange. However, SMIs experienced obstacles in the fields of marketing, business networks, and information technology. In realizing an independent and developing SMIs, a supporting media is needed which can later be useful as a tool to introduce SMIs to the wider community and align it with other business actors. In addition, the government also needs a media that can be used for licensing data collection, taxes, and as a tool to monitor the development of SMIs. In this case a geographic and web-based geographic information system has been built to meet the need for information on SMIs in the city of Mataram. It is hoped that this system can help the community and the government to find out the information needed easily, quickly, and accurately. Based on the results of the Mean Opinion Score, it shows that the average rating of respondents of website users on the system agrees and strongly agrees to agree worth 67.50%. While the average rating of respondents of mobile users to the system agree and strongly agree is worth 78.33%.

Abstract

The thesis is one of the graduation requirements that students must take to obtain a bachelor's degree. Each student informatics study program who will carry out the Thesis will do several processes, including the process of registration of titles, guidance, registration of Thesis seminars, Examination and judiciary sessions. The thesis administration process is still running manually, where at the time of title registration, students must fill in the form of thesis title. After that, students will wait for the announcement to find out their supervisor as well as the registration of the Thesis Seminar, the examination, and the Judiciary sessions. Students must come directly to the office with the registration requirements. The process requires a long time so that thesis administration services become less effective. Therefore a website-based Thesis Information System was built which aims to facilitate the thesis administration process of Informatics study programs. Based on black box testing, this system was declared to have run well while testing using the MOS method showed that 95.34% of informatics student respondents, 99.33% of non-informatics student respondents, and 100% of lecturers and admin respondents agreed. Therefore this system is suitable for use. Keywords: Thesis, website-based, black box, MOS.

Abstract

This paper presents the application of the Backpropagation method of the Artificial Neural Network algorithm in the case study to forecasting the amount of export value in NTB province. This forecasting process uses two scenarios, namely forecasting the amount of export value in NTB province and forecasting the amount of export value based on a commodity which then the forecasting results based on these two scenarios will be compared. Based on the results of the system testing that has been done, the best network architecture is obtained from 12-4-1, the best value of learning rate is 0.2 and the best number of epochs is 6000, which in the training device produces these variables resulting in an MSE value is 0,0034 and MAPE value is 8.52% and for the testing result MSE value is 0.0169 and MAPE value is 17.94%. Based on the results of forecasting with two scenarios that have been carried out are forecasting results that are negative. This is because the pattern of data used is not stable so that it can produce negative values.

Abstract

Information technology governance is an integrated part of the organization's management that governs leadership, the organization's organizational structure of the processes that govern information technology is used optimally. Human resources are currently not managed properly, which has not met the needs of IT human resources in Central Lombok. To solve this problem, the writer implements IT Governance using the COBIT 5 framework in the Lombok State Polytechnic. This study will provide recommendations for the improvement of IT problems in the Poltekpar Negeri Lombok and can be used as a reference, especially in managing IT human resources and can improve the performance of the Poltekpar Lombok using IT processes EDM02 and APO08. The results of this analysis are the level of ability of IT Governance that reflects the conditions of IT governance in the Poltekpar Negeri Lombok. With improvements to the capability level provided by the COBIT 5 framework, from levels 1 to 5 at the EDM02 capability level, IT processes are at level 3.

Abstract

Pemberian beasiswa merupakan program kerja yang ada di setiap Universitas atau perguruan tinggi. Bidikmisi adalah program bantuan biaya pendidikan yang diberikan pemerintah melalui Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi. Dalam melakukan penetapan mahasiswa peserta beasiswa bidikmisi pihak Universitas masih menggunakan cara manual yaitu dengan cara melakukan pengecekan kembali data mahasiswa satu persatu di Microsoft excel oleh Subbagian Kesejahteraan Mahasiswa dan hasil seleksi data diurutkan berdasarkan fakultas atau prodi masing-masing. Untuk membantu dalam proses seleksi maka perlu dibangun sistem pendukung keputusan, agar dapat menjadi pertimbangan dalam mengambil keputusan. Dalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan 10 kriteria antara lain: penghasilan ayah, penghasilan ibu, jumlah tanggungan, kepemilikan rumah, luas tanah, luas bangunan, jarak pusat kota, mandi cuci kakus, sumber listrik dan sumber air. Didalam sistem pendukung keputusan ini perhitungannya menggunakan metode weighted product. Metode weighted product digunakan karena metode ini lebih bisa memberikan nilai bobot disetiap kriteria kemudian dilakukan perangkingan dari yang terbesar ke terkecil dari hasil perhitungan nilai akhir. Dalam pembangunan sistem ini, menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP dan database yang digunakan mysql dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter.

Abstract

Based on the of tourist visits of West Nusa Tenggara from 2013 to 2017 obtained from Tourism Office of NTB Province the number of tourist visits changes every year. a prediction is needed to estimate the number of tourist visits in the upcoming year to help the government in making policy. The Tourism Office currently estimates the tourist visit based on the events that will be carried out. There are no mathematic calculations in estimations. This study uses Backpropagation to predict the number of tourist visits. Backpropagation is a good and accurate in predicting process involving fluctuating data. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the backpropagation in predicting the number of tourist visits based on the minimum value of the Mean Square Error (MSE). Using a maximum iteration of 1500, learning rate 0.3 and the number of hidden layers 21 produces the minimum MSE value of 0.003901 and the prediction of tourist visits in 2018 has the most tourist arrivals in July 2018 of 465.202 tourists and the lowest visit was in February 2018, which estimated to 236.864 tourists.

Abstract

Mobile Ad Hoc Network (MANET) is a network consisting of a group of mobile nodes that don't have a fixed infrastructure. This causes the MANET to be vulnerable to attacks that can interfere with the process of communication and data transmission on the network. One type of attack that can attack the MANET is a wormhole attack. The wormhole is an attack on a network where there are two or more wormhole nodes that are interconnected and work together to attack network traffic or discard data packets it receives. Each wormhole node will be connected to each other using a wormhole link. To prevent wormhole attacks, the method that can be used is the Delay Per Hop Indicator (Delphi) method and the Round Trip Time and Topological Comparison (RTT-TC) method. The Delphi detects wormhole attacks by calculating the delay in each hop from the source node to the destination node. Whereas in the RTT-TC, wormhole attacks are detected by calculating the value of round trip time and topological comparison. The Delphi and RTT-TC methods have their advantages and disadvantages. In this study, it was proposed to combine the Delphi and RTT-TC methods to cover the disadvantage of each method.

Abstract

Climate conditions are very influential on various sectors of human life, such as agriculture. Extreme climate can affect the planting and harvest period which can eventually lead to crop failure. Climate forecasting can be done to help mapping the planting period so that agricultural productivity is optimal. Artificial neural network is a method that can be used to forecast climate in the future. In this research, a backpropagation model was used to forecast monthly data on minimum and maximum temperatures, humidity, air pressure, number of rainy days, and rainfall in Mataram city. The accuracy of forecasting result is measured based on MSE (mean square error). Based on the research conducted, the MSE of testing phase are minimum temperature 3.59 x 10-3, maximum temperature 1.97 x 10-4, humidity 2.11 x 10-3, air pressure 2.50 x 10-3, number of rainy days 7.97 x 10-4, and rainfall 1.00 x 10-3.
