Abstract

Telemedicine as an online consultation tool is also developing in Indonesia. in addition, Indonesia currently does not have a clear legal umbrella for telemedicine issues. This literature review aims to provide an overview of telemedicine services in Indonesia from an ethical perspective. Of the 7 studies reviewed by the authors, there are various expert opinions that differ from an ethical perspective regarding telemedicine, so that it can be concluded that telemedicine can be used to provide health services, but priority must be given to the application of ethical and legal principles. Inappropriate use of telemedicine will cause problems for the patient and the doctor himself. Problems that can occur such as the problem of demands given by patients to doctors in this case malpractice. Respect for ethical and legal principles must always be obeyed by every doctor because it saves doctors from lawsuits and demands while at the same time reflecting the personality of the doctor as a noble and noble profession of all time. It is necessary to make regulations related to telemedicine services in the medical field and the need for further research related to the extent of the use of telemedicine in Indonesia.

Abstract

Online learning is leaning that utilizes online media or the internet in learning. The learning process that is carried out online makes students’ psychological and mental activities trained in the environment, which results in a pile of changes in knowledge and understanding, skills and attitude values. Perception is a point of view or understanding of material or information received during learning activities. This study has four operational definitions, namely online learning, problem-based learning, skills lab, and integration. From the results of this study, it was concluded that students have perceptions of online learning satisfaction because students can study anywhere during the pandemic and can understand the material presented by lecturers. Based on the level of achievement of student respondents, they can take part in online learning without affecting the learning process or behavior.

Abstract

 Faculty of Medicine students spend more time of education than other faculties students, so it is more demanding academically and emotionally and are known to experience a fairly high incidence of psychological distress. This distress has an impact on academic performance and confidence of the students. This study aims to find out the overview of anxiety with exam grades experienced by students of the Faculty of Medicine class of 2021. This study uses a descriptive observational method. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire with the Hamilton Anxiety Rating scale, with the number of samples required amounting to 59 respondents who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Based on the data obtained, the majority of respindents prepared themselves the day before the exam, in the first and second exams, the majority of respondents did not experience anxiety, but at the same time, the failure rate was more than 50% with the main factor of anxiety being the exam materials that were too difficult and/or lack of time to study. There has been an increase in grades from the first, second and the herr of Integration exams. In the Skills Lab Exam, 71% respondents did not experience anxiety with failure rate  of 5% of the total respondents, with the main factor of anxiety being the examiner factor. It was concluded in this study that anxiety did not have a significant impact on the exam results.

Abstract

The use of gadgets in teenagers can’t be separated from the demands of education and entertainment, making teenagers the age group with the highest use of gadgets. Gadgets are also a risk factor that can affect sleep quality. Emission of blue light can disrupt the regulation of the work of the hormone melatonin in the human body, which plays an important role in the regulation and quality of human sleep. This study aims to determine the relationship between the duration of device use and sleep quality in adolescents. The analysis which used in this study is the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire with data on the number of students who had poor sleep quality as many as 105 students (67.74%) and good sleep quality as many as 50 students (32.26%). The results of the cross table show data that students who have poor sleep quality with high duration of device use are 93 respondents (60%). Chi-Square analysis shows the p-value is 0.000 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the length of use of devices and the quality of sleep among students at SMAN 112 Jakarta, Academic Year 2022 2023.
