Abstract

Kemampuan wirausaha merupakan modal dasar bagi seseorang yang ingin bergerak di bidangusaha tertentu. Ada sebagian orang yang percaya bahwa kemampuan wirausaha adalah bakat yangdibawa sejak lahir, Pendapat ini keliru, Kemampuan wirausaha bukanlah karena faktor bakat, tetapijuga akan timbul dan terasah melalui pengalaman-pengalaman dan pelatihan-pelatihankewirausahaan. Kegiatan PKM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di lingkunga sekolah) ini berupaSeminar yaitu Seminar Kewirausahaan dengan salah satu bentuk kreatifitas mahasiswa keguruandalam pembelajaran selama di kegiatan KEMAL berlangsung, dengan memanfaatkan kegiatantersebut sebagai pedoman dalam terlaksananya sebuah Seminar Kewirausahaan yang bertemakanMembangkitkan Jiwa Interpreneur Generasi Z di SMA 10 Maros. PKM ini di laksanakan di SMAN10 Maros yang merupakan salah satu sekolah pelepasan mahasiswa serta mahasiswi KEMAL padabulan November 2022. Program PKM ini menitik beratkan pada krakteristik, Definisi, sertabeberapa Contoh kepada Siswa dan Siswi yang ikut turut serta menghadiri kegiatan SeminarKewirausahaan sebanyak 31 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan PKM ini yaitu berupaObservasi dan Pendampingan yang terdiri dari sosialisasi serta perbincangan yang termasukdidalamnya tanya jawab, diskusi, dan evalusi. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan dampak yang positifterhadap pembawaan materi dari pembicara atau guest star untuk mewujudkan siswa/i yangberkualitas. Hasil analisis data respon peserta terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan SeminarKewirausahaan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 90.0% peserta sangat setuju dengankegiatan Seminar Kewirausahaan ini serta merespon baik saat kegiatan berlangsung dengan adanyatanya jawab serta pembicaraan antara guest star dengan perserta yang hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut.pada kategori sangat praktis yang berarti terwujudnya siswa dan siswi antusias untuk menjadi lebihberkualitas.

Abstract

This study is a pre-experimental research that aims to determine the effectiveness of mathematics learning through the application of reciprocal teaching models in class IX students of SMP Hang Tuah in the academic year of 2017/2018. This study refers to four criteria of learning effectiveness, namely the achievement of classical learning completeness and improvement of learning outcomes grouped into learning outcomes, student activities related to learning activities, as well as students' positive response to learning implementation with reciprocal teaching models. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this study were students of class IX.A Hang Tuah as many as 31 people as a trial class to apply the reciprocal teaching model. Data collection techniques used were observation techniques for learning achievement, learning outcome tests, observation techniques for student activities, and student response questionnaires. Research results show that (1) learning outcomes are in the medium category with an average score of 82.22 and a standard deviation of 8.64; (2) The average percentage of student activity frequency is 83.24 in the active category; (3) the ability of teachers to manage learning has increased, and is in the category of implementation with a score of 3.20; (4) student response to reciprocal teaching learning is 83.19%; and (5) hypothesis testing p-value 0,000 <0,05 = α, then H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Siswa yang sangat termotivasi untuk berhasil lebih mungkin untuk berhasil jika dibandingkan dengan siswa dengan motivasi berprestasi rendah, mereka akan berpeluang lebih baik untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang maksimal. Selama proses pembelajaran, kontribusi motivasi baik intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik sangat diperlukan. Dengan motivasi belajar dapat mengembangkan aktivitas dan gagasan, dapat mengarahkan dan memelihara ketekunan dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMA di Kecamatan Lau Kabupaten Maros. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian ex post facto untuk melihat pengaruh motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X SMA di Kecamatan Lau Kabupaten Maros yang berjumlah 372 siswa, sedangkan untuk data sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 194 siswa yang pengambilannya menggunakan metode Proporsional Random Sampling dan Rumus Slovin. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket motivasi berprestasi siswa dan tes untuk pengumpulan data hasil belajar matematika siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi siswa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa SMA di Kecamatan Lau Kabupaten Maros dengan kontribusi sebesar 8%.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the independent curriculum which has begun to be implemented in several schools by implementing inclusive learning, where every child gets equal opportunities in education regardless of the child's condition. To support the implementation of inclusive education, the first thing every teacher needs to do before starting the learning process is a diagnostic assessment. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the application of diagnostic assessment of algebraic material to class VII students of SMP YP PGRI 4 Makassar. The research subjects were 30 class VII students of SMP YP PGRI 4 Makassar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Collecting data using diagnostic assessment and interviews. The research data are combined to determine the classification of students' answers. The results showed that 16.67% of students were in the complete understanding category, 10% were in the misconception category, 3.33% were in the guessing category, 50% were in the lack of understanding category, and 20% were still in the do not understand category.

Abstract

This research is a pre-experimental research that aims to determine differences in the mathematical critical thinking skills of class VIII students of MTs Hj. Haniah before and after the application of the problem based learning model. The design of this research is quantitative research with one group pretest-posttest design, the population in this study were students of class VIII MTs Hj. Haniah with samples taken randomly or simple random sampling, namely class VIII A with a total of 21 students. The data were collected using a test of students' mathematical critical thinking skills and an observation sheet on the implementation of the learning model that has been validated by the expert. The research data were analyzed descriptively and inferential with the normality test as the prerequisite test for analysis and paired sample t-test as the hypothesis test. The results of data analysis showed that the mean pre-test was 51.9 while the post-test mean was 74.14. Based on the paired sample t-test, the significant value was 0.000<α= 0.025 . The results of this study indicate that there are differences in the mathematical critical thinking skills of class VIII students of MTs Hj. Haniah between before and after the problem-based learning model is applied to the material pattern and object navigation
