Abstract

This research aims to analyze and describe the existence, role, function, success, obstacle and tips how to overcome the obstacles in the activity of LBKK SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda South Lampung District. It is a qualitative research with case study approach. The result of research obtained 1) The management of LBKK included: the plan prepared by the technical instruction of BKK; organizing along with DU/DI and Disnakertrans. 2) The roles of LBKK are: a) to help the enhancement of school quality; b) to help school in obtaining confidence from people. 3) The function of LBKK is to implement the duties carried out by BKK in secondary education. 4) LBKK success is absorbed of alumnus have been worked.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan eksistensi, peran, fungsi, keberhasilan, hambatan dan kiat-kiat mengatasi hambatan operasional LBKK SMK Negeri 1 Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini menurut sifatnya adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengelolaan LBKK meliputi: 1) perencanaan disusun berdasarkan petunjuk teknis LBKK; pengorganisasian bersama dengan DU/DI dan Disnakertrans. 2) Peran LBKK adalah (a) membantu peningkatan mutu sekolah; (b) membantu sekolah dalam mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat. 3) Fungsi LBKK adalah melaksanakan tugas yang diemban oleh LBKK di satuan pendidikan menengah. 4) Keberhasilan LBKK adalah keterserapan alumni yang telah bekerja.Kata kunci: eksistensi, lembaga bursa kerja khusus, peran fungsi

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of improving student learning outcomes for class IV mathematics at SDN Baros 04 with a factorization table prop on the material to determine the KPK and FPB. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR). The subjects were class IV students, totaling 20 students. This CAR design includes planning, implementation, observation (evaluation), and reflection. Data collection techniques using observation and tests. Data analysis used quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed an increase in learning outcomes in each cycle. During the pre-cycle the average value of 59.50 with the percentage of completeness (30%) increased during the first cycle to 67.75 the percentage of completeness (60%) and increased again in the second cycle with an average value of 80.50 the percentage of completeness (90%). Thus, it can be concluded that the use of factorization table props on the material to determine GCF and KPK can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Menyusui pada seribu hari pertama kehidupan bayi sering kali tidak optimal. Berbagai faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberhasilan menyusui meliputi kendala teknis dalam proses menyusui, produksi ASI yang kurang, serta masalah kesehatan yang dialami oleh ibu dan bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh intervensi susu almond dan susu kedelai terhadap kelancaran ASI terhadap ibu menyusui Puskesmas Pagelaran Tahun 2024 Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada ibu-ibu menyusui postpartum yang mengalami produksi ASI rendah. Sebanyak dua sampel terlibat dalam penelitian ini; satu sampel menerima intervensi dengan susu kedelai, sementara yang lain dengan susu almond. Penelitian berlangsung Puskesmas Pagelaran pada Maret 2024. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan asuhan kebidanan dan mengevaluasi efektivitas susu kedelai dan almond terhadap produksi ASI ibu menyusui di Puskesmas Pagelaran tahun 2024. Hasil penelitian diketahui adanya peningkatan produksi ASI setelah diberikan intervensi susu almond dan susu kedelai pada dua ibu menyusui postpartum di wilayah kerja Puskesma Pagelaran Tahun 2024. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa susu kedelai memiliki dampak yang lebih signifikan terhadap produksi ASI ibu menyusui postpartum.

Abstract

Women's leaders have begun to play an active role in organizational activities in various fields, including education. Therefore, this study aims to analyze women's leadership in creating change, synergy and empowering existing human resources in madrasas using a descriptive and qualitative approach. This study used data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is divided into three current flows of activity: data reduction, data display, and concluding. According to the findings of this study, women leaders lead in several ways, including creating change by applying several principles of being open, insightful, and skilled; being disciplined, authoritative, and responsible; engaging in routine observation and discussion; and improving quality by participating in training. Furthermore, by creating synergy by applying the principle of cooperation and involving all human resources in decision-making that is consistent with decisions and policies, Then, in empowering human resources, women leaders apply the principles of assigning tasks and responsibilities according to competence, collaborating, granting autonomy, and facilitating human resources so that they are freer to develop themselves, especially those related to improving the quality of their learning activities. Based on these findings, this study is expected to serve as a model for women leaders to follow to become quality leaders.
