Abstract

ABSTRACTInterest in investing must be carefully considered because it will impact financial planning.The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of financial literacy, financial behavior, and minimum investment capital on capital market investment interest among students at YPPI Rembang University's Faculty of Business and Economics. The study included students from YPPI Rembang University's Faculty of Economics and Business. The sampling approach was proportional stratified random sampling, with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique employs multiple linear regression analysis with SPPS 24.0 tools. The findings of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has a positive but small effect on investment interest, whereas the financial behavior factors and minimum investment capital have a strong positive effect. The modified R square value is 0.750, indicating that the three independent variables (financial literacy, financial behavior, and minimum investment capital) can explain 75% of investment interest. Meanwhile, 25% is explained by characteristics outside of this study.Keywords:financial literacy, financial behavior, minimum investment capital, investment interest

Abstract

Nilai suatu bisnis dapat diperlihatkan melalui harga saham yang dibuat di pasar modal dari pemesanan dan penawaran. Studi ini memiliki kegunaan untuk memperlihatkan bagaimana profitabilitas, likuiditas, leverage, dan ukuran suatu perusahaan berdampak pada nilainya pada perusahaan yang tergabung di BEI dalam industri makanan dan minuman. Perusahaan sektor makanan dan minuman yang tergabung di BEI selama dari tahun 2018 hingga 2022 adalah populasi yang digunakan dalam studi ini. Data yang didokumentasikan dalam studi ini dikumpulkan melalui metode pengambilan kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Tujuh perusahaan terlibat sebagai sampel selama lima tahun penelitian, dan mereka menghasilkan total 35 observasi yang dapat dikatakan bahwa data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder. Data dipelajari melalui analisis regresi linear berganda. Studi ini memiliki temuan yang masing-masing memberi dampak pada nilai perusahaan yaitu; profitabilitas memberikan dampak positif signifikan, likuiditas memberi negatif signifikan, leverage memberi dampak negatif tidak signifikan dan ukuran perusahaan memberi dampak positif tidak signifikan. Selanjutnya temuan dari hasil pengujian determinasi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas yang diteliti hanya memiliki cakupan penjelasan sebanyak 7,9% pada variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan, sisanya diterangkan oleh penyebab lain diluar fokus tujuan penelitian.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and proving profitability, company size and risk management committee on risk disclosure in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2021. Total population is 46 companies and only 13 companies are used as the final sample. Data collection techniques using the documentation method. The type of data used is documentary data. The data source is secondary data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results of the research that has been carried out show that profitability has a significant positive effect on risk disclosure, while company size and risk management committee (KMR) have an insignificant positive effect on risk disclosure. The test results of the coeffisient of determination show that the value of Adjusted R2 is 0,803. This means that the variables of proitability, company size and risk magaement committee in the research regression model that has been carried out are able to explain risk disclosure of 80,3%, while 19,7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of the research carried out was to determine the influence of investment knowledge, invesment motivation and financial literacy on the investment interest of YPPI Rembang University Management Study Program student in the capital market. The research population was students of the YPPI Rembang University Management Study Program. Sampling Using propotional random sampling sample of 70 respondents. Data analysis used multiple liniear regression with SPPS 24.0. The research results show that the investment motivation and finacial literacy variables have a positive effect on students’ invesment intentions, while the investment knowledge variables has a positive effect on students’ invesment intentions, but has no significant. The Adjusted R value shows a value of 0,583. This means that the three independent variables, namely investment knowledge, investment motivation and financial literacy, are only able to explain 58,3%, of investment, while 41,7% can be explained by variables out side this.

Abstract

This research focuses on analyzing the impact of Christmas events on LQ 45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022. The research background underlines the importance of capital markets in the economy, where investors seek to understand changes in stock returns, abnormal returns, and activity. trading volume in connection with special events such as Christmas. The aim of the research is to determine significant differences in stock performance, abnormal returns and trading activity before and after the Christmas event at LQ 45 companies during the 2022 period. The method used is event study analysis with a purposive sampling technique for 45 companies. The research results show that there is no significant difference in trading volume activity before and after Christmas, while stock returns and abnormal returns show significant differences during the 5 day period before and after Christmas. The conclusion of this research is that the Christmas event has a significant impact on stock returns and abnormal returns of LQ 45 companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2022, but does not make a significant difference in trading volume activity. The implication is that investors and decision makers may consider events such as Christmas in making their investment decisions, considering the impact it can have on stock performance.

Abstract

Abstract Technology is currently experiencing rapid development with the aim of facilitating various daily tasks, including in the business sector. For the business world, it is crucial for business practitioners to carefully observe customer behavior in order to make more informed purchasing decisions. The high attractiveness of a product may have a significant influence on consumer behavior when making purchase transactions. As part of this understanding effort, research is conducted to investigate how brand perception, product quality, and pricing affect purchasing decisions at Onik Coffee located in Rembang City. The dependent variable in this study is the purchasing decision, while the independent variables involve brand image, product quality, and price. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling, with the research population focused on consumers who have made purchases and consumed products at Onik Coffee Store in Rembang City. The non-probability sampling technique is applied through the accidental sampling method, and a total of 100 respondents are sampled in this study. Multiple linear regression analysis is chosen as the method of analysis to evaluate the relationships between these variables. The results of the analysis indicate that brand image, product quality, and pricing significantly have a positive impact on consumer decisions to purchase Onik Coffee in Rembang City.Keywords:  Brand Image, Product Quality, Pricing and Purchasing Decisions.AbstrakTeknologi kini mengalami perkembangan yang pesat dengan tujuan mempermudah berbagai tugas sehari-hari, tak terkecuali di bidang bisnis. Bagi dunia usaha, penting bagi pelaku bisnis untuk mengamati dengan cermat perilaku pelanggan guna membuat pilihan pembelian yang lebih cerdas. Daya tarik tinggi pada suatu produk mungkin memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumen pada saat melakukan transaksi pembelian. Sebagai bagian dari upaya pemahaman ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana persepsi merek, kualitas produk, dan penetapan harga dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Onik Kopi yang berlokasi di Kota Rembang. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah keputusan pembelian, sementara variabel bebasnya melibatkan citra merek, kualitas produk, dan harga. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling, dengan populasi penelitian terfokus pada konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian dan mengkonsumsi produk di Onik Kopi Store di Kota Rembang. Teknik sampling non-probability diterapkan melalui metode accidental sampling, dan total 100 responden menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Analisis regresi linier berganda dipilih sebagai metode analisis untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, dan penetapan harga secara signifikan memberikan dampak positif terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli Kopi Onik di Kota Rembang.Kata Kunci: Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Penetapan Harga dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting local economic development, yet many micro-entrepreneurs still struggle to establish a strong business identity and manage their finances in a structured manner. This community service program aims to enhance the managerial capacity of the MSME “Warung Makan Mbak Sari” through strengthened branding, improved digital visibility, and the implementation of simple bookkeeping practices. The program was conducted using a participatory approach consisting of a pre-survey, program design, hands-on mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that the MSME successfully developed a new visual identity including a logo, banner, and standardized menu which improved recognition and customer appeal. The business was also registered on Google Maps, making it easier for customers to locate the stall and expanding its marketing reach. In financial management, training on simple bookkeeping enabled the owner to record daily income and expenses more accurately and understand basic cashflow conditions. This intervention increased the owner’s confidence and professional capability in managing the business. Overall, the program positively contributed to enhancing the MSME’s operational readiness and competitiveness. The results suggest that practical and targeted assistance can serve as an effective model for other micro-enterprises facing similar challenges. Continued application of improved branding and bookkeeping practices is expected to support sustainable business growth in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengukur dan menjelaskan dampak profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage bagi harga saham di perusahaan perbankkan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019-2023. Jenis data yang dipakai ialah data sekunder yang setiap perusahaan perbankkan yang diraih dari situs resmi BEI melalui ww.idx.co.id dan anual report. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipakai peneliti menggunkan purposive sampling. Banyaknya sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ialah sejumlah 30 perusahaan perbankan  yang menerbitkan harga saham periode 2019-2023. Teknik analisis data yang dipakaiyaitu uji analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program  IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Nilai observasi memberitahukan  bahwa profitabilitas positif tidak signifikan bagiharga saham. Likuiditas positif tidak signifikan bagiharga saham dan leverage positif tidak signifikan bagiharga saham. Hasil uji determinasi memberitahukan bahwa nilai Adjusted R square 0,053 yang artinya bahwa variabel profitabilitas, likuiditas dan leverage mampu menjelaskan variabel kebijakan dividen memperoleh  nilai5,3%, sedangkan 94,7% diartikan dengan varibel lain diluar model penelitian yang tidak diteliti pada observasi ini.
