The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of mudharabah and musyarakah financing on profitability (ROA) at BPRS HIK Bekasi Karawang Branch Office. The research method using descriptive quantitative method with population is all quarterly financial statements of BPRS HIK Bekasi Karawang Branch Office. The results of the research conducted show that: (1) mudharabah financing has a positive and not significant effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Karawang Branch Office 2009-2016 partially. This is evidenced by the sig value. 0.187> 0.05 and the value of t count is 1.351 <t table 2.042. (2) Musyarakah financing has significant negative effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Branch Office Karawang 2009-2016 period partially. This is evidenced by sig. 0,000 <0,05 and the value of t count is -7,560> t table 2,042. (3) Mudharabah financing and musyarakah financing have a significant effect on profitability BPRS HIK Bekasi Return on Assets (ROA) Karawang Branch Office 2009-2016 period simultaneously. This is evidenced by the sig value. 0.000 <0.05 and the calculated f value is 31.022> f table 3.32.

The purpose of this study to determine how much influence of fixed asset investment vehicles against profitability CV. Parahyangan Express Karawang Branch. This research uses a descriptive verification method with a primary data source that is a financial report CV. Parahyangan Express Karawang Branch period 2007 to 2016. The result of this research is r average investment value CV. Parahyangan Express in the period 2007 until 2016 tends to decrease, the average value of profitability CV. Parahyang n Express in the period 2007 to 2016 tends to decline. Based on test results t comparison t arithmetic with t table showing 2.840> 2.093 t count more than t table. vehicle fixed asset investment has a significant effect on profitability in a CV. Parahyangan Express. The percentage of influence of fixed asset investment of 30% means 30 % development of profitability CV. Parahyangan Express is influenced by in-kind fixed assets while 70 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji serta menganalisis pengaruh antara Pendapatan Murabahah dan Financing to Deposit Ratio terhadap Return on Assets pada Bank BNI Syariah. Sumber data pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan yang diambil dari laman BNI Syariah secara triwulan pada tahun 2012-2019. Data tersebut diterbitkan pada laman www.bnisyariah.co.id. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 32 pengamatan. Analisis akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan program SPSS. Hasil dari riset ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendapatan Murabahah memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap Return on Assets, sedangkan Financing to Deposit Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return on Assets.

This study uses PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk as the object of research. This study wasconducted with the aim of analyzing how to forecast operating expenses at Bank BRI. The data used inthis study is secondary data, namely the operating expenses of PT Bank BRI obtained from theFinancial Statements of PT Bank BRI where the data is obtained from the official website of PT BankBRI from 2016 in the 1st quarter to 2020 in the 4th quarter. The method used in this study is the TimesSeries method by calculating the calculation of the error rate (the difference between the results of theincident and the results of the study). The type of times series method in this journal is the LeastSquare Method which is based on the calculations of previous years that have been running, while theMean Absolute Defiation (MAD) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) are used to calculatethe forecast error. The results of the study can be concluded that by using the least squares method topredict the operating expenses of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in the 4th quarter of 2021and 2022 are Rp 96,140,848 and Rp 106,155,635, with forecasting errors obtained from calculations,namely MAD Rp 23,190,171 and MAPE 52 ,38%.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of exports, gross domestic product (GDP) and the rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate) on Indonesia's foreign debt. The data used in this study uses secondary data, including time series data from 2015 to 2019. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS23. The results showed that exports, gross domestic product (GDP) and the rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate) had a significant positive effect on Indonesia's external debt.

Mutation and career development in Karawang Municipality is implemented in the hope to improve the performance of its employee. The purpose of this research wash to determine, review and analysis how much the effect of mutation and career development partially and simultaneously to the Performance of Echelon Structural Officer IV in the Governement of Karawang Municipality. The number of samples were 250 people, with the sampling technique of Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and data was analyzed by using descriptive and verificative methods (Path Analysis). The research results indicates that descriptively, mutationis responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with each indicator of purpose. The implementation of career development is responded as strongly agree and agree in accordance with the indicator of interest and satisfaction.The performance of official is responded as well for all indicators of the fulfillment of all necessary resources. Verificatively, the direct partial effect between mutation and official performance is on a low scare (R = 0.215) while the indirect effect is on a very low scale (R = 0.196). In the hypothesis testing, it was discovered that there is a significant relationship. Keywords: Mutation, Career Development, Performance

The result of preliminary studies was found that Employees Performance is not optimal. Motivation and work satisfactin is the most dominant factor of influence. The research of target is obtaining empiric evidence and finding clarity of phenomenon and also conclusion about the influence of motivation and work satisfaction to employees performance PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang. Expected can giving something for development economic science especially; management development of institute, public service management, marketing management, human resource and generally of economic science. The method used is descriptive survey and explanatory survey. The sampling technique was used simple random sampling. Data analysis techniques is to expose each variable we,it used range scale. Data analysis technique used correlation analysis technique variables and Path Analysis Technique, to expose the influence of motivation and work satisfaction. The conclusion from the examination that Motivation at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 628,6. Work satisfaction at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 613,9. Employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang is good with total score 626,7. Influence directly motivation to employees performance of 31,25%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 34,31%. Influence directly work satisfaction to employees performance of 7,13%, while the indirect influence of 3,06%. In total influences of motivation to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 10,19%. Simultaneously influence motivation end work satisfaction to employees performance at PT Indotech Metal Nusantara Karawang of 44,50%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan pembiayaan musyarakah pada PT BNI Syariah dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat pembiayaan musyarakah pada PT BNI Syariah. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode dokumentasi. .Penelitian ini dilakukan pada laporan PT. Bank BNI Syariah yang dipublikasikan oleh Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2016-2020 melalui bnisyariah.co.id. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perkembangan pembiayaan Musyarakah pada PT BNI Syariah selama beberapa periode mengalami perkembangan fluktuatif. Dengan rata-rata peningkatan atau penurunan pembiayaan musyarakah adalah Rp 5.999.000.000.000,-,- atau 27,97% pada tahun 2016-2020.

This study aims to determine the effect of ratio profitability, liquidity and leverage on sharia bond rating (sukuk). The research method in this study uses a quantitative apporoach. There were 13 companies that were used as populations in this study and by using a purposive sampling technique 4 sampels were also obtained. The statistical methods taken in the study are multiple regression analysis using classic assumption test. Based on the variable T test of profitability, it obtained tcount 2.974 > ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.004 < 0.05. It means that return on asset positively and partially affected sukuk rating. Liquidity obtained tcount -8.927 < ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. It means that Current Ratio partially affected sukuk rating. Leverage ratio obtained tcount 3.362 > ttable 2.030 and significant value of 0.001 < 0.05. It means that Debt to Equity Ratio partially affected sukuk rating. Furthermore, analysis of F test obtained fcount 26.800 > ftable 2.76 and significant value obtained was 0.000 < 0.05 which means that independent variable simultaneously affected sukuk rating. The background of this study is intend to identify, analyse, and describe the effect of size company, profitability, leverage, and environmental performance on environmental disclosure. The data on this uses a descriptive verificate research with a quantitative approach. In this study, used researches purposive sampling to determine the samples. This research using the secondary data taken from annual report that is published by companies sample. While in the process of data analysis in this research using SPSS 26 software consisting of classical assumption test (normalitas test, autocorrelation test, heteroskedastisity test and multicolinearity test) double regresilinear analysis, hypotesis test (t statictical test and F statistical test) and coefficient of determination test. The result of reseach is profitability has a negative influence on environmental disclosure. As for the size company, leverage, and environmental performance have no influence on environmental disclosure.
