Abstract

Advances in technology have made many companies and agencies, especially cooperatives, use information technology for their operational activities. Not infrequently in the operation of its business cooperatives have several obstacles caused by data processing and loan decision making still using conventional models. Cooperatives need a computerized information system in achieving organizational goals. To overcome this problem, a system is created that is integrated in one database which will be implemented by the Cooperative to facilitate its business operations. This study uses the Viewpoint Oriented Requirement Definition (VORD) method to analyze system requirements based on the user's point of view. In addition, the C4.5 Algorithm and the Naïve Bayes Algorithm as decision making for loan approval which will be compared in recommending and classifying loans using the confusion matrix, the results of testing the two algorithms with an accuracy value of the C4.5 Algorithm of 88.00% and an accuracy rate of the Naïve Bayes Algorithm of 76.00%. It can be concluded that the accuracy value of the C4.5 Algorithm is feasible to be implemented into the Koperasi Jasa Pratama system. The application that is made is then tested using the ISO 25010 standard to produce an optimal application. After conducting a needs analysis using the VORD method for ISO optimization, an application test is carried out using the ISO 25010 standard. From the test results, the characteristics of the Functional Suitability test are: Appropriate; Usability : 90.08; Performance Efficiency : Grade "B"; Portability : no errors. The test results show that the system is appropriate and feasible to use.

Abstract

Data mining bermula dari peningkatan data yang cukup pesat dilihat dari segi volume serta variasi data yang dihasilkan oleh berbagai sumber, dan jumlahnya yang sangat besar, serta kompleksitasnya data hingga pembuatannya yang cepat. Dengan data bisa menghasilkan prediksi yang membantu pemerintah dalam mengambil keputusan dan kebijakan di masa mendatang. Selain itu prediksi dapat membantu pemerintah dalam perencanaan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan, karena prediksi ini dapat memberikan output terbaik sehingga diharapkan resiko kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh kesalahan perencanaan dapat ditekan seminimal mungkin. Prediksi biasanya digunakan untuk  menemukan informasi dari sejumlah data yang besar sehingga diperlukan data mining. Data mining dapat digunakan untuk menggali informasi dari data yang besar sehingga didapatkan informasi yang dapat digunakan dalam memprediksi sesuatu. Dalam data mining terdapat banyak teknik dalam pengerjaannya, untuk menemukan pola atau informasi yang tersembunyi diantaranya adalah Klasterisasi (clustering), Regresi (regression), Asosiasi (association), dan Klasifikasi (classification)

Abstract

Berkembangnya teknologi informasi terutama internet yang saat ini menjadi kebutuhan pokok bagi pengguna menjadikan pelaku usaha yang melek internet dapat semakin mengembangkan bisnis. Namun, masih banyak pelaku usaha yang belum mengenal internet sehingga mereka kalah bersaing dengan yang lain. Saat ini banyak pelaku usaha yang beralih dari offline ke online. Ada banyak cara untuk beralih ke online salah satunya adalah membuat e-commerce. Hal inilah yang kemudian menjadi latar belakang pelatihan pembuatan e-commerce kepada mitra Konveksi Anugrah. Konveksi Anugrah menjalankan bisnis yang bergerak dibidang konveksi pakaian yang mana konveksi tersebut menawarkan jasa konveksi dalam jumlah besar, permak pakaian, menjahit pakaian serta menjual pakaian jadi. Keterbatasan pelanggan yang mewajibkan datang ke toko untuk mengukur pakaian menjadi salah satu hambatan dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pelatihan untuk membuat e-commerce yang dapat digunakan untuk memasarkan dan meningkatkan penjualan secara online. E-commerce dibangun menggunakan PrestaShop. PrestaShop  merupakan platform yang sering digunakan untuk membuat e-commerce secara gratis. Hasil dari penelitian berupa e-commerce yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pemesanan baju dalam jumlah banyak dan menjahit baju sesuai permintaan.

Abstract

The emergence of blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize the accounting field with substantial consequences. These challenges encompass issues in traditional accounting practices, such as the potential for fraudulent activities, human mistakes, and manipulation of data. The objective of this study is to assess the potential of blockchain technology as a means to address these issues from an accounting standpoint. The employed approach is Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which entails a thorough exploration and examination of relevant literature. The findings of this systematic literature review (SLR) demonstrate that the utilization of blockchain technology in the field of accounting holds the promise of enhancing security, transparency, and efficiency in financial record-keeping and reporting. Blockchain technology also facilitates the implementation of triple-entry based accounting principles and real-time reporting, thereby enhancing financial performance. Furthermore, blockchain provides a robust level of data security via advanced encryption technology. Despite the existing technical and regulatory obstacles, the advantages presented by blockchain technology in the field of accounting are substantial and have the capacity to revolutionize accounting methodologies entirely. The study concludes that blockchain technology holds significant potential in addressing various challenges in accounting, enhancing the accuracy of financial information, and reinforcing integrity throughout the accounting process.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the most important assets of a company. So. there must be good internal handling for the large amount of data items in the warehouse. At this time, the existing system of goods reporting is still conducted manually. This can result in errors in data storage. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a website application for inventory that can help users to more easily store and find the items needed. The application is the one using binary search and sequential search algorithms for the process of searching for goods data to speed up data search. This study compares the binary search and sequential search algorithms. The testing process uses microtime to produce the fastest time. The results of the test carried out 50 times out of 500 data show binary search produced an average time of 0.0402524 ms and sequential search of 0.0519893 ms. Then, the next test uses the searching time complexity method with the best case with a binary search algorithm of 0.0125 ms and a sequential search of 0.11293 ms. The conclusion is that using the binary search algorithm has the fastest time compared to the sequential search algorithm.

Abstract

Accounting seeks to facilitate the process of financial managers gathering financial records, categorizing financial elements, identifying patterns in financial transactions, and conveying financial circumstances. Originally, accounting was performed manually by individuals, but with advancements in technology, robotic process automation (RPA) emerged as a method for carrying out accounting tasks. This implementation has a beneficial effect on the company, resulting in enhanced performance and efficiency. Nevertheless, it has the capacity to generate employment issues. Hence, a comprehensive investigation is required to explore the utilization of robotic process automation in the domain of accounting. The approach employed is a rigorous systematic literature review utilizing scientific publications. The scientific literature utilized must adhere to the specified criteria. The data analysis employs a descriptive and argumentative methodology. The findings indicate that the presence of RPA does not have a substantial capacity to substitute for human involvement. In reality, RPA merely eliminates human tasks, thereby allowing humans to allocate their time towards enhancing more accurate decision-making processes. Occupations within the accounting sector that can benefit from the implementation of RPA encompass bookkeeper, financial accountant, controller (management accountant), business data analyst, treasurer and risk manager, and financial systems and process manager.

Abstract

Pengelolaan Pengetahuan (PKM) adalah konsep yang dapat diterapkan dalam strategi digital marketing untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha ekonomi kreatif. Permasalahan yang diangkat adalah bagaimana melakukan strategi digital marketing bagi pkm untuk menumbuh kembangkan usaha. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini agar Pelaku Bisnis dapat mengembangkan usaha kegiatan E-Commerce berbasis Web dengan baik melalui bimbingan fasilitator. Rekomendasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah perlunya sinergisitas dengan dinas/instansi terkait agar pelaku bisnis mendapatkan akses usaha berbasis online demi peningkatan ekonomi mereka sehari-hari. Pemanfaatan konsep pemasaran berbasis teknologi digital menjadi harapan bagi usaha kecil dan menengah untuk berkembang menjadi pusat kekuatan ekonomi. Usaha Kecil dan Menengah dapat menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana digital marketing. Pemasaran digital merupakan sarana utk memperkenalkan produk melalui media digital maupun online. Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini sedang trend dan menjadi kebutuhan di semua kalangan. Banyaknya UKM yang masih mengalami kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produk dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah Meningkatkan kemampuan dan pengetahuan usaha kecil dan menengah melalui digital marketing untuk memasarkan produk yang lebih luas sehingga penjualan bisa meningkat.
