Abstract

Tulisan ini berisi tentang Pengembangan Mutu Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Dalam Penerapan ISO 9001:2008 Pada SMK Swasta Ma’arif NU 1 Ajibarang Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Tulisan ini berfokus pada proses Pengembangan Mutu Manajemen Lembaga Pendidikan Dalam Penerapan ISO 9001:2008. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Dari data dan informasi dan diperoleh dianalisis dengan cara reduksi data, data display, dan pengambilan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini adalah model penelitian studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam kegiatan observasi peneliti sebagai non-participant-observer, wawancara dilakukan untuk menggali informasi dari kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, staff dan perwakilan peserta didik. Data hasil penelitian ini disajikan dalam bentuk narasi deskriptif dilengkapi argumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2008 dibutuhkan dalam proses mengembangkan mutu manajemen lembaga pendidikan. Keseluruhan proses sudah terlihat baik walaupun dalam prosesnya terdapat kendala, dari kendala muncul solusi untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Organizational development is important for schools to become healthy organizations, it needs organizational development that needs to be improved with good managerial skills from the leadership. Good leadership will program training and research for organizational development. In developing an organization it is necessary to have the creativity of all the shareholders in the school, organizational development strategies with various models, and be able to answer the challenges posed by the school in the process of developing towards a healthy organization. Schools need to know and support to meet existing indicators or criteria in order to become a healthy organization. If this is carried out well the school will become a thriving and healthy organization.

Abstract

Wajah manajemen pendidikan Islam di Indonesia akhir-akhir ini terlihat berbeda. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari pola pengelolaan pendidikan di tengah kondisi pandemi Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Kegiatan yang berbeda terlihat pada proses pendidikan di sekolah yang berubah menjadi pendidikan di rumah (keluarga) melalui kegiatan Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) dan adanya dukungan dari masyarakat melalui media televisi yang menayangkan program pendidikan yang sudah terjadwal dan perlu pendampingan orangtua dalam kegiatan belajar di rumah (keluarga). Penelitian studi pustaka ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pendidikan Islam di Indonesia tetap berlangsung dan bermutu meskipun dalam kondisi pandemi Coronavirus disease (COVID -19).

Abstract

The face of Islamic education in the Indonesian State lately looks interesting. This can be seen from the management pattern of educational institutions in the midst of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic. The school principal does everything possible so that the education process runs well and is of good quality. Schools as educational institutions are noble industrial institutions with two important missions, namely profit and society. To achieve this mission, a management pattern is needed. Total Quality Management (TQM) is important, because the process of continuous and comprehensive improvement is in it. This paper uses a literature research method which is discussed in the form of argumentation and descriptive narrative. This literature study shows that to achieve the best quality, all components of educational institutions are encouraged to act together (as a whole) in managing the educational institution.

Abstract

This paper is about the New Trend of Educational Supervision Behavior: The Phenomenon of Supervision in Schools. This paper focuses on the phenomenon of supervision in schools during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Data collection is done by observation and interview. From the data and information obtained analyzed by means of data reduction, display data, and inference. The data of this study is presented in the form of descriptive narratives equipped with argumentation. From the data of the results of the study, managerial supervision carried out by school staffers is carried out according to the prescribed procedures. Various efforts are made by the school superintendent in conducting construction and supervision to the built school. In the process of managerial supervision, school superintendents sometimes experience obstacles because they are done online. This constraint makes school supervisors creative in the managerial supervision process by optimizing existing digital platforms to improve quality (quality) through quality assurance of education in schools.

Abstract

This paper aims to uncover a new educational environment. Using a phenomenological approach, this paper is expected to have a new perspective in the form of an introduction to the educational environment that arises as a result of pandemic conditions covid-19. The results were concluded that two new environments emerged, namely the personal environment and the virtual environment.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the extent of the implementation of strategic management and competitiveness in an effort to improve the quality of education at SMK AL HASRA Bojong Sari Depok. From the data obtained, the research uses qualitative methods. Data collection by means of Observation, Interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in the research uses Miles and Hubermen's theory with a case study research model. The results showed that SMK AL HASRA Bojong Sari Depok had implemented strategic management focusing on work units in schools in the implementation of using 3 systems, namely planning, application, and evaluation.

Abstract

This study aims to to determine the influence of Work Ethic, Work Environment, and Compensation simultaneously or each variable on the performance of MTs Al-Amanah Al-Gontory Teachers. This is a quantitative research, because this study uses a data collection method with questionnaires to retrieve the information needed by researchers. The data collection used in this study uses documentation and questionnaires using the Likert scale. Sampling uses the purposive sampling technique, which is a sampling technique with certain considerations where the respondents have been predetermined according to the number of minimum needs and respondent criteria. The research was carried out from March 2024 to May 2024 and used a sample of 63 respondents who were permanent teachers of the foundation who taught at MTs Al-Amanah Al-Gontory. The tests carried out in this study are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the analysis showed that work ethic, work environment, and compensation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at a significance level of 5%. The F test also confirmed the significant influence of the three variables. The results of the determination coefficient (R²) prediction show that 58.3% of the variation in teacher performance can be explained by the three variables, while 41.7% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine the challenges of character education in the digital era, focusing on the synergy between families and schools in addressing the influence of technology. The research employed a qualitative method through literature review, observation, and interviews with teachers, parents, and students at SDN Total Persada, Tangerang City. The findings reveal four main challenges: disruption of family communication due to excessive gadget use, value conflicts between moral teachings and digital content, declining effectiveness of conventional methods in the face of digital-generation learning styles, and unequal access to technology. Gadget use, predominantly for gaming and social media, hinders the internalization of values such as patience, honesty, and empathy. Parental supervision strategies including structured schedules, online controls, and intensive communication have proven helpful but require consistency and mediation skills. Schools play a crucial role through a whole-school approach integrating collaborative learning and behavioral assessment, although differing views on total bans versus wise gadget use at school remain a dilemma. This study recommends strengthening parents’ digital literacy, integrating character education methods with 21st-century skills, and implementing collaborative policies that minimize technological risks while maximizing its potential to shape a generation that is virtuous, resilient, and digitally literate. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tantangan pendidikan karakter di era digital dengan menyoroti sinergi keluarga dan sekolah dalam menghadapi pengaruh teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, melalui studi kepustakaan, observasi, dan wawancara dengan guru, orang tua, dan siswa di SDN Total Persada Kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter menghadapi empat tantangan utama: disrupsi komunikasi keluarga akibat penggunaan gawai berlebihan, konflik nilai antara ajaran moral dan konten digital, penurunan efektivitas metode konvensional di hadapan gaya belajar generasi digital, serta ketimpangan akses teknologi. Penggunaan gawai yang dominan untuk game dan media sosial menghambat internalisasi nilai kesabaran, kejujuran, dan empati. Strategi pengawasan orang tua, meliputi jadwal terstruktur, kontrol daring, dan komunikasi intensif terbukti membantu namun memerlukan konsistensi dan keterampilan mediasi. Sekolah memainkan peran penting melalui pendekatan whole-school yang mengintegrasikan pembelajaran kolaboratif dan evaluasi perilaku, meskipun perbedaan pandangan mengenai larangan total atau penggunaan bijak gawai di sekolah tetap menjadi dilema. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan literasi digital orang tua, integrasi metode pembelajaran karakter dengan keterampilan abad ke-21, serta kebijakan kolaboratif yang meminimalkan risiko teknologi dan memaksimalkan potensinya untuk membentuk generasi berkarakter, tangguh, dan cerdas digital.
