Abstract

At present, technology is a tool developed to help facilitate human activities. The making of complex and many bpmn diagrams is impossible to do by one or two people and also there are people who do an examination of the diagram that has been made. The current system is done by utilizing file sharing where BPMN files that have been done are sent via email. Therefore we need a system where a project can be accessed by several users directly.The making of real-time bpmn website is designed by utilizing the MERN stack technology as a single page application and javascript library which is used in making websites, especially library bpmn js for making diagrams and sockets IO for real-time two-way communication between users and system.The final result of this paper is a real-time website bpmn is used to help users make bpmn diagrams that can be done by several users. The presence of features such as sharing systems, real-time diagrams, and real-time chat are made for users to be able to share projects and make diagrams together.

Abstract

Turtle is on of the few animals that many people has interest in for pets,because turtles have this unique and beautiful shells. Turtle usually have a long age, butfor tortoise it is usually longer. In average tortoise can live up to 70 to 100 years. But stillall living things can get sick, including turtles. One of the actions that must be taken by water turtle keepers when their pet is sick is to know the symptoms and disease. Onealternative to find out what diseases our pets have is to go to the vet. But the price that veterinarians offer is relatively inexpensive.This expert system for diagnosis of water turtle disease is equipped with the Certainty Factor method. The usefulness of the Certainty factor method in this program is to display the level of system confidence in the diagnostic results in the form of a percentage. So that later serves to convince users when using this program.Based on the test results, this application can provide solutions that are suitable for diseases associated with symptoms. The results of the comparison between the Certainty Factor method and the Dempster Shafer method also give the same results in cases where the numbers used are the best numbers. The average figure resulting fromthis calculation is 83.6%.

Abstract

Postal code consist of sequential data which refers to a certain address in detail to their smallest form such as rural areas that are seperated by its own respective digits except the tiniest rurals. On the contrary, these pieces of data cannot be used conveniently on map database due to its thorough categorization and filtering process. Some of them may uncorrelated and may cause misunderstanding as of commonly existing digital maps merely processing longitude, latitude, also address data to city level simply using plain text.To solve the database system and postal data system disjoint problem, these two separate yet potentially powerful systems has to be integrated. With the continuous web development and securer HTTPS protocol into practice, also putting Progressive Web Apps into consideration, these core address finding functionsnamely geocoding, geolocation, also reverse geocoding majorly functions optimally without any need to concern users’ convenience on using this merged system at any sort.Test results conclude that this merged system has been significantly improving location finding accuracy, as long as the system works within the right hands. Basic knowledges of mapping system and GIS are inevitably mandatory to unleash existing maps capability of location finding into deeper levels. This will operates even optimally when the postal data system are wholefully implemented into the querying process, in addition to another smart features, such as shortest/fastest route tracking also traffic/riot detection into play.

Abstract

One of the facilities at Petra Christian University for the accommodation of aspirations from the academic community is the suggestion box. However, the use of suggestion boxes is considered less effective and objective because it has a reluctance to fill out and lacks strong evidence through photo documentation.To answer the above problem, an Android-based complaint management system was created that supports the aspiration process that is more effective and objective through the use of mobile devices that are more widely used by the academic community. Application supported by the model. Supported by Vector Support Engine (SVM) with the approach of multiclass One vs. Rest to classify the bureau or related units to overcome errors in determining the recipient of the aspirational recipient.The results of the research conducted show that preprocessing parameter such as normalization, stemming and stopwords removal affect the accuracy of the model. The best kernel type in SVM for aspiration text classification is linear with value of C = 1 which results in an accuracy of 95,441%. In addition, the results of a survey to administrator who manage the management of aspiration shows that the application created already answer the needs and problems, in this case supporting the objectivity and effectiveness of aspiration data delivery.

Abstract

The sea resources of Indonesia are very abundant. According to Indonesia Central Bureau of Statistics, in 2017, there are 16.114.991 tons of farmed fish production [2] and 7.361.116 tons of catch fish production in 2018 [3]. But sometimes when it’s already delivered, the freshness level is already decreasing, so we need a tool or an app to determine the level of fish freshness. Navotas, et al. [6] research use Artificial Neural Network to determine the fish freshness from 3 kind of fish. They got more than 90% accuracy. But they use a tool to take fish eye and gill picture. They also not classifying what kind of fish that is being detected.In this research, Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is used for fish and freshness classification from 4 kind of fish. Detectron2 model is used to detect the fish eye position. Masking is used for detecting the gill. The picture taken with smartphone camera only.The CNN model is already succeed in classifying the fresh and stale fish eye, except for the grouper fish, so the accuracy is 75%. But the CNN model isn't good enough to classify the fresh and stale gills, because there is only a slight difference between the fresh, quite fresh, and stale gills. The accuracy for gill freshness model is 25%.

Abstract

In this day, technology is needed in doing many things that can make it easier for humans to carry out their activities. but there are still many things that are still being done manually and that is less effective. Especially in terms of registering as a member in an event at the Petra Christian University. The purpose of this paper is to create a registration system into an event to help students who need organizational credit points and make it easier for an organization to receive its members.The method that will be used is Content-based recommendation systems, which is a system recommendation method that uses data about each product to recommend new products. In making this application will use student data and data about an activity so that the system recommends division to students in accordance with the division that has been followed by a student from previous events.In this paper a website will be created using the Laravel framework and the database using MySQL.Based on the results of the questionnaire it can be concluded that registering as a member using a system created by the author is more effective than registering manually. And when the organizers of the organization will choose which students will be accepted, this will benefit final level students because the list of registrants is sorted by the year the student enters.

Abstract

PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia uses the fact finding system to analyze the state of public relations within the company. But in making fact finding reports, companies still use manual methods namely by using Microsoft Excel. This causes the making of fact finding reports that are used to analyze public relations requires considerable time and labor.Therefore, the creation of a data warehouse for business intelligence programs is needed by the company PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia in speeding up data processing and making fact finding reports that can help analyze public relations. This program helps reduce the time and labor needed to make fact finding reports. Data contained in reports and data warehouses in accordance with the wishes of the company. This program can be developed by adding the scope of data taken from each system of public relations found in the company PT Mitra Pinasthika Mulia.

Abstract

Society in general uses plants as decoration for all types of places such as hotels, restaurants, to residential homes. But each plant needs its own care so that plants can last long. One of the plants commonly used as decoration is the rose plant. Sometimes people are overwhelmed in caring for roses such as forgetting to water plants, watering for rose plants is lacking or excessive. Many studies have used Arduino to monitor rose plants but cannot be controlled mobile.The use of smartphones is now also increasing in the community, it will greatly facilitate the user if monitoring of plants can be done on smartphones. The plant watering system uses Arduino which is connected to the internet and the Blynk server. By using the Blynk server, you can connect Arduino with a smartphone, making it easier for users to control and monitor rose plants such as watering and fertilizing as well as seeing the condition of roses from a distance and can help the growth of roses. The result of this study are the system can treat and monitor roses according to parameter, which is soil moisture 70% - 80%, fertilizing, monitoring temperature 18 ºC - 26ºC and soil pH 5.5 - 7.0.

Abstract

As the world of video game grown and advances there are evenmore those who likes and play them as well. One way to increaseimmersion within video games is by implementing AI (ArtificialIntelligence). AI is an ability within a program or machine thatcan grant said machine/program a power of “thought” so thatthey can do a command without unnecessary human inputs. AndAI had grown constantly significant since the day it wasconceived.However one of AI’s greatest weakness is if implemented toosimplistic within it’s execution, then when someone manage todecode the AI’s pattern, then said player can use this knowledgefor their advantage. And as a consequence, costed the gameimmersion since the game is played not the way it was intended toor become way too easy. To solve said problem, requires aflexible AI that can adapt to the gameplay. Using ID3 decisiontree, AI are expected to be able to using the variable within aTurn-Based Strategy Game to use different options according tothe data it earn. And hopefully with little improvements, thismethod can be used to differing video game genres as well.The test result proven that while ID3 does give some influence forthe AI decision making, during the test run for Turn-Based Gameshown that the Adaptive AI that always chooses the best option ifplayed the same had a WDL overalls (Win-Draw-Lose) of 1:2:0,while Adaptive AI with the ID3 formula and dynamic decisionmaking had a more balanced results of 1:1:1 and random AIalways ended at a disadvantage with 0:0:3. These tests provedthat Adaptive AI provide the most challenge to the player doesn’thave any influence for the early parts of the game. And that theID3 impact were non-existent during the early game butimproving as the game goes on and the data table more varied.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the city travel activities where people and their families enjoy the beauty of the tourist sites. With so many tourist locations in various cities specifically the city of Surabaya, it is necessary to develop an application that can help in terms of finding a specific tourist location for the city of Surabaya.In this research, an application was made to utilize AR (Augmented reality) technology using the JavaScript-based Wikitude SDK library as a means of searching tourist attractions, so that users could more easily find tourist locations using a smartphone camera. This application will run on Android devices.
