Abstract

Petra Christian University Cooperative (UK Petra) is a cooperative that has 2 businesses namely self-service and cooperatives. The cooperative itself has 2 programs, namely savings and loans. At present the UK Petra cooperative only has programs offline. The programs owned by the UK Petra cooperative can only be accessed by cooperative officials and some activities such as member registration, periodic deposit applications, long-term submissions and loan applications are still using paper. In addition members if you want to know information such as periodic deposit balances, how much loans or installments the remaining is very difficult to know because members must go or ask or call the cooperative management. This is felt to be very less effective in disseminating or facilitating information.Seeing this problem, then in this thesis a website information system will be created. This website can do such as submitting periodic deposits, submitting long-term deposits, applying for loans, can see cooperative financial information.the final result of the thesis is that the system has been able to send notifications online via email based on internet speed, the system has been able to submit applications online, the system has been able to perform periodic savings calculations, self-help time deposits and loans and the system has been able to help the cooperative in looking at financial conditions members in terms of savings.

Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) today are still many who do manual recording using paper so that often causes miscalculation. In addition, MSMEs are also unable to provide information quickly because information is not distributed. MSME actors also need time in analyzing sales. Therefore, a system is needed that can help MSMEs to record and calculate stocks and profit/loss statementsSeeing the problem, then this thesis will be created a website with the feature of recording goods, buying and selling transactions, and the calculation of profit/loss. In addition, the website is equipped with online and offline data storage features so that users do not have to be connected to the internet. The system is made based on a website so that MSMEs can access the website through a smartphone or laptop. The system will be created using the PHP 7 programming language, download the cache using the Service Worker as well as use the CouchDB online database and the PouchDB offline database.Based on the results of this thesis research can be concluded that the use of the website can help MSMEs in recording the business process. Websites can also run without an internet connection, but pages must be loaded one by one. Memory usage is also small enough that it does not interfere with the performance of the device. This website can be developed further by adding features and easier to do cache downloads

Abstract

As survey results conducted, it was found that it was difficult tomonitor water consumption and to manage water consumption.Water consumption become very unregulated and the surveyconducted found that respondents agreed with the existence of aweb-based water consumption monitoring and managementsystem. In this study, a trial will be conducted to help solve thisproblem by modernizing water meters or implementing Internetof Things technology on each water meter. Then for paymentsystem will be using a token system. The implementation of IoT inwater meters is in terms of measuring water consumption andlimiting the water consumption. The results of the system foundthat the system was capable of monitoring water consumption,limiting water consumption, and increase water consumptionlimit using token.

Abstract

Taxi in one of the public transportation that is widely used by people in all parts of the world. Over time, taxis have continued to grow until now online taxis have emerged. Taxis also develop in the dispatch function in installing drivers with requests from customers. As the function of installing drivers to this request develops, the parameters used to get matching results also   increase and the complexity increases. However, with the conditions that are increasingly developing, the matching process between drivers and customers is still required to use the least amount of time and resources and still produce optimal results.  So from this, in this matching process a lot of progress was made in order to get the results of installing drivers to customers that can minimize time and distance.The application is made in Python programming language, Bootstrap 3 for the front end menu, and django as a framework. The Google Maps API is used to get time and distances and as a front end in the online map section. MySQL is used as a database to store simulation data.The final result of this program is an assignment simulation application between driver and passenger using two algorithms and 3 factors, that is time, distance and last trip by the driver. Simulation can display a comparison of the results of the assignment to facilitate the process of comparison of algorithms.

Abstract

Pharmacy X is a drug store that sells variety of drugs that have several pharmacy branches and one central pharmacy. However, each branch and center of the pharmacy have their own administration and server, which cause the central pharmacy is difficulty controlling. In addition, an increase and decrease in drug demand causes Pharmacy X difficulties in determining the right time to buy drugs. With this problem, we need a system that can predict sales for each drug in the future and a centralized system so that the central pharmacy can control the branch pharmacy. To predict the sales, one of the prediction methods is Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). ARIMA is a method of predicting using time series data from the previous period to predict future periods. For making a centralized information system using Slim Framework with PHP version 7 and using a MySQL database. The display of the system uses the HTML programming language, CSS, and Bootstrap. The results testing of the ARIMA method performed for each drug using R-Squared obtained 1.87% good accuracy, 35.06% medium accuracy, and 63.07% poor accuracy. Good accuracy is 1-0.5, accuracy is 0.5-0, and bad accuracy <0. For information systems the results are in accordance with the needs of the problem controlling the central pharmacy to the branch pharmacy. The synchronization feature makes it easy for central pharmacies to monitor sales and stock of goods at branch pharmacies.

Abstract

Blood deficiency will be fatal for human body. However, human cannot create nor made blood, so therefore blood donor event is created to gather blood supplies. Blood donor is a voluntary Activity there is no exact amount of blood supplies to be known or predicted. For now, there are little to no media that help people to access the information around blood donor. That is why we need a system to predict potential amount of blood donors in the future and to provide information about blood donor activities.The application will cover two major thing, administrator website application and Android application for donors. Administrator website will be used to organize blood donor activities data. Android application will be used to provide information about blood donor activities to the user. The system can also predict potential donors using Support Vector Machine.The expected product of the program is a system that manage the blood donor activity. Any information about blood donor will be presented to the donors with the Android application. From the experiment and testing, the system can predict the amount of potential and not potential donors in a specific location at a specific time in a certain period.

Abstract

Online taxi is one of the developments in technology that is currently being used by the wider community. Online taxis also have positive impacts such as drivers and passengers can know each other's location accurately, passengers can see drivers and vehicle information accurately, and passengers can easily find transportation to travel to other places. However, in reality requests from passengers appear randomly in different locations, so we need an application that can optimize the assignment between drivers and passengers..Applications are made with the python, html, and javascript programming languages, with django as a framework, bootstrap 3 for the front end menu, the Google maps API to get time and distance, as well as the front end in the online map section, and mySQL as the database used.The end result of this application is an assignment for drivers and passengers using a web-based branch and bound algorithm that can minimize pickup costs and waiting times by calculating the total combination of mileage, travel time, and the number of trip drivers on an online taxi.

Abstract

Dengue Fever is the one of the most popular endemic illness in Indonesian.. In early 2019, East Java was recorded as the province with the most Dengue Fever cases in Indonesia, because of that the prevent action is needed to reduce the Dengue Fever cases in East Java. But, due to limitations to get East Java data, this research uses Surabaya data as a model, because it has more complete data.The aim of this research is mapping the Dengue Fever with Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) method that give a local weighted in every independence variable such as rainfall, the number of rainy day in a year, temperature, and humidity, so that can give the more accurate output to prevent Dengue Fever in future.The Output of this research is Mapping with color that based on the distribution rate of  Dengue Fever in every puskesmas area in Surabaya, along with mapping the weights of each independent variable to determine which independent variable influences the determination of dengue fever patients in every puskesmas area in Surabaya. So that area, can do a prevent action from the output of this research.

Abstract

In maintaining student satisfaction during online learning period, Petra Christian University conducted a survey to know student’s response. The result then processed manually and takes a long time to gather an information. Therefore, a sentiment analysis application is needed which will help to collect information from survey in a shorter time by classifying sentiments and topics related to online learning. The method used to classify topics and sentiments is the Naive Bayes Classifier. Data will be prepared through preprocessing, by eliminating the same sentence, changing abbreviated words, stemming, and stop word removal.The classification model produced and used in this application can classify student survey data related to the implementation of online learning based on positive and negative sentiments, also based on the topic, material, lecturers, learning media, and supporting facilities. The accuracy of the classification model is 89% for sentiment classification and 80% for topic classification.

Abstract

Game-based Learning becomes one of the most developed learning methods in this 21st century. Game-based Learning is a good learning method because it can create a virtual world where players can simulate real world problem solving. Business process is a series of interrelated activities to achieve certain business goals which are executed sequentially or parallel, both inside and outside the company. The complexity of business processes causes the learning process to be less than optimal if only in the form of theoretical exposure. Practices are needed so that students can hone their business process management skills, but if they practice in the real world, of course it will be very high risk. Therefore, this research develops business process simulation game to facilitate students in practicing their business process management skill. The author analyzed the existing business process simulation games, determined the game system design, developed the game, tested the game, and distribute questionnaires to users. Based on the results of testing and implementing the system that has been done, the game developed in this research give a positive impact on users. The features in the game are running well and as expected. The game provides benefits to users, both teachers and students, so this game is suitable for being used as retail companies’ business process learning tool.
